Ninth Circuit Court Examines The Cochran Firm Fraud

1. The Cochran Firm Atlanta office was ruled NONEXISTENT by Georgia judges when Hattie and Mary Neal sued the firm for fraud and malpractice, which The Cochran Firm did in order to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail after Larry Neal was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered there in 2003. Elite white supremacists and black Confederates have united against working class and poor people to make justice for us nonexistent. Down with courts that lie to enable corrupt law firms to escape liability after lawyers help murderous police departments, jails and prisons escape accountability for wrongful deaths of Americans who are black or poor or disabled. Hattie and Mary Neal were extorted by courts twice when we paid the filing fees and service of process fees to sue The Cochran Firm frauds, not knowing that U.S. courts and lawyers conspire together to prevent due process of law for poor and working class Americans. Many so-called "white liberals" fully support racketeering against African Americans - The Cochran Firm fraud - which has been taken before courts repeatedly by dozens of its former clients, attorneys, partnering law firm, and even some of the firm's former partners, alleging racism, fraud, malpractice, and even sex discrimination. Yet, most courts are "down" with the scheme that "keeps wealth out of black hands," an old CoIntelPro mandate. Media companies support the frauds against The Cochran Firm's clients by refusing to report the many complaints and lawsuits against that corrupt enterprise.

4. We will soon learn where the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals stands on this issue. The Cochran Firm claims before that court that it is "ONE Nationwide Law Firm," and it even accepts criminal cases in states where the firm is not registered and has no law offices whatsoever after doing false advertising. When The Cochran Firm defrauds clients in states where it does have offices, like Georgia, it commits perjury when sued and disclaims operating any offices at all within the state, and courts join the corruption. I greatly admire U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia's honesty. He said, THE CONSTITUTION IS "NOT A LIVING DOCUMENT. IT'S DEAD, DEAD, DEAD." Petition to Exonerate Troy Davis

September 21 will be the first anniversary of Troy Davis's execution. Davis was never given a new trial by jury to hear his claim to innocence. Davis requested that we "continue to fight this fight" to clear his name. Will you do that? Please sign the petition requesting re-investigation of Officer Mark MacPhail's murder. UPDATE: Paragraph 1 of 4 --  The Neals' home in Stone Mountain, Georgia was burglarized on August 11, 2012. The only things stolen were two boxes of Neals v. The Cochran Firm files and evidence that the Neals had been prevented from submitting to a jury by judges who ruled wrongly that (a) there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia (Ga Sup. Ct. 2006), and (b) whatever The Cochran Firm did to defraud the Neal family was "immaterial" (USDC 2009). This theft may have been done to enable conspirators to alter the court records so it will not be so patently obvious that my family is denied due process of law regarding Larry's secret murder and The Cochran Firm's fraud that prevented accountability by Shelby County Jail. Both courts' files Changed before/after the cases were dismissed; therefore, I know it happens. Georgia Superior Court supposedly "lost" a motion (that I saw in the file during an examination before a court clerk two weeks prior), and I was never notified by United States District Court that Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) had joined the lawsuit. MARTA was concerned because it ran The Cochran Firm ads for the firm's Atlanta office, which the law firm denied the existence of in courts of law in order to lie and say the Neals' lawsuit was served wrongly when sheriffs served suit on its Atlanta  law office. Numerous pleadings on the Neals v. Cochran, Cherry, Givens & Smith docket were no longer links that enabled printing without actually going to the courthouse. Those may be the pleadings that are jeopardized by my burglary.

Update, Paragraph 2 of 4 -- I discovered my altered USDC file when I went to the federal courthouse in 2010 to check on Kathryn Johnston's settled lawsuit (regarding a 92-year-old Atlanta police victim), another case The Cochran Firm "represented" in a peculiar way. The Johnston case docket was altered more thoroughly than mine was after the Dozier v. City of Atlanta case settled. It is inconvenient for burglars to have stolen my original files from my home. But whenever their cyber stalkers kept me offline, which happens frequently, I would duplicate my DVDs and other records and share them with people, because the Neals often received cyberthreats to burn down our house to destroy our evidence. One attorney told me he had never seen so much fraud and perjury in his whole career, but he did not take our case. He said if that amount of effort is used to prevent the Neal family from prevailing, his firm would not be permitted to win. Plus, his partners would never be able to run for political office after representing us and revealing The Cochran Firm fraud against blacks in the America.

Update, Paragraph 3 of 4 -- These are some of the reasons why I tried diligently to help Troy Davis, knowing that his life depended on getting "a fair day in a just court" in Georgia (Davis's words). That is impossible for Davis now and highly unlikely for the Neals and other black people. These are some of the reasons why I am followed and my electronic communication is controlled while I am denied police assistance. One does not have to be  terrorist to be under close scrutiny, because the Truth terrifies wrongdoers. Actually, some of the attorneys who saw my evidence seemed frightened, also, although they had no part in the intrigue. Had I known the world had entered the Revelation* period, I would not have expected justice. The real tragedy is that officers of the court and justice officials would prefer subterfuge to doing justice after the secret arrest and murder of a harmless, lifelong mentally, physically disabled black man, and it seems that nothing dissuades them. Trayvon Martin Shooting: A Set-up for Martial Law?

Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man you shall not go (Prov.22:24). (This article has five photos, ten paragraphs, and two links.) Is Trayvon Martin's shooting death being used as a set-up for Martial Law? Like I warned years before the Troy Davis execution, don't let anyone make fools of you over Trayvon Martin. People could use the opportunity of rallies for justice after wrongful deaths to spark riots. Perhaps the concentration camps are ready now. The Army advertised for resettlement relocation specialists last fall, and I read reports that companies were placing bids to service the camps months ago. Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) bills in November, and President Obama signed NDAA on New Year's Eve. Numerous states are passing laws against public protests. On March 16, the president signed an Executive Order for peacetime Martial Law. Every time you turn on the news, some American official is grinning and shaking hands with Chinese officials as our human and civil rights and jobs disappear. Approach everything with a cool head, and go nowhere with angry people. That is biblical advice, and I concur. Only free people can free people.

Notice that whereas media companies usually suppress news about black people's murder by police and others who act under the color of law, they are reporting Martin's murder widely. Whereas federal officials helped cover up Larry Neal's murder (my mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered under secret arrest in 2003), Trayvon's death may get an immediate federal investigation. Many of the SAME human/civil rights advocates and government officials who are arousing people regarding Trayvon's shooting refuse to help numerous others after abuses of power - not just my brother's murder. So be careful about this case. There could be an evil plan.

Hopefully people who have nothing to say about other suspicious deaths are advocating for Trayvon because it is politically correct to do so, especially during an election year, but it could be more than that. Therefore, watch out. No matter what happens regarding Trayvon's death, let's give peace a fighting chance. Don't be a sucker. If you attend a rally where someone gets loose, get gone. A friend from the original BPP said people would sometimes send paid instigators to their rallies to start trouble (like car fires) for them to be blamed. That also reportedly happened in California at Oscar Grant protests and at an Occupy protest.

Larry was a lifelong schizophrenic heart patient who police falsely denied having until he died under circumstances which Memphis Shelby County Jail and the United States Justice Department REFUSE to divulge to his family in defiance of open disclosure laws. Freedom of Information Act requests and federal subpoenas are disregarded in Larry's death. A federal court ruled that The Cochran Firm's fraud against our family to help the jail cover-up Larry's murder was "immaterial." Media companies refused to report that when my mother and I sued The Cochran Firm for defrauding us to help the jail escape accountability for Larry's murder, The Cochran Firm and Georgia Superior Court declared falsely that there is no Cochran Firm office within the State of Georgia. That is big news since Atlanta's Cochran Firm's law office is listed on The Cochran Firm's website, in all Atlanta phone books, with most legal searches, and the same firm regularly misrepresents minorities in botched justice quests. Below is the photo of Thomas Arthur, a man who Alabama plans to execute Thursday, March 29, 2012, although his 2009 DNA test results exonerated. The court actually sealed Arthur's DNA test results time they were received, and plans to execute Arthur continued. Mainstream media did not report that Alabama Forensic Laboratory found that Arthur's DNA test results were no match for any evidence tested until long after I did, and cyberstalkers tried mightily to prevent my online reports. (This article has five photos, ten paragraphs, and two links.) There is more crime scene evidence available to test, and Arthur desperately wants to take more DNA tests to prove his innocence at his attorneys' expense, but Alabama refuses. No one at the federal level has stopped Thursday's execution, as far as I know. Do these sound like people who'd care about another dead American from the 99%? Certain people in government who claim to be outraged about Trayvon's death raised no objections to Troy Davis' execution. Troy was just a teen like Trayvon when he was sentenced to die for a crime he probably did not do, and he never got a re-trial no matter how many witnesses admitted they lied on Troy, whose photo is below.

So excuse me for looking for ANOTHER conspiracy when people who have a history of withholding comment about injustice speak up for Travon Martin. I am suspicious because media companies that pretend not to see me standing in front of their headquarter offices (CNN) with a 4 foot long, 2 foot wide sign report Trayvon's shooting death. It bears watching when human rights organizations that regularly turn away justice seekers show almost immediate interest in Trayvon although their usual style is to wait until it is nearly sundown on a justice quest before offering support, if then. The Ramapough People's case was then handled in The Cochran Firm's home office in Dothan, Alabama, and devious partners settled the Mann v. Ford case for a mere $12.5 million, not enough to pay for the tribe's sick Native Americans' ongoing medical care, much less address the tribe's many wrongful deaths. Steps to Justice A thru R

A)    Shelby County Jail was under federal overview in 2003 when Larry Neal was secretly arrested and murdered in that facility.

B)    Shelby County Government was supposed to make an inmate fatality report to the USDOJ regarding Larry's fatal incarceration, which the County Attorney said was done.

C)    But the USDOJ denies receipt of any such report from Shelby County regarding Larry's death. The trouble is that whether or not Shelby County made required reports to the USDOJ regarding Larry's demise, the federal agency is not off the hook.

D)    That is because the USDOJ communicated directly with Mary Neal about Larry Neal's death after his family learned The Cochran Firm never did discovery and sought records about Larry's fatal incarceration.

E)    The communication between Mary Neal and the USDOJ happened before the USDOJ allowed Shelby County Jail to omit reporting Larry's death in the jail's Release hearings regarding Shelby County Jail's federal overview.

F)    When the USDOJ allowed Shelby County Government to omit reporting Larry's fatal incarceration during the jail's release hearings and subsequent reports, the USDOJ officials joined Shelby County officials in committing a fraud on the USA and denial of due process to Larry's survivors. 

G)    Collusion between Shelby County Government officials and USDOJ officials was done to cover-up the murder of Larry Neal, a harmless, middle-aged, black, schizophrenic heart patient and disabled American citizen.

H)    The Cochran Firm's fraud against the Neals was supposed to complete the cover-up by keeping Larry's murder off the record and out of court. 

I)     The Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm for its fraud foiled that plan. Therefore, judges prevented the Neals' lawsuit from proceding to jury.

J)     Mary Neal is now stalked, persecuted, censored, and threatened because the USDOJ wants to avoid investigating and prosecuting criminal behavior in county and federal officials and their Cochran Firm fraud lawyers.

K)    In fact, it appears that citizens police have been moved into the foreclosed homes around the Neals in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

L)    I make frequent reports to the public so as to avoid being attack and will file suit to get all cyberterror, videos recording censorship, and witness affidavits that evidence disparate treatment, collusion and terrorism by government officials against the Neal family into public record.

M)    We hope to discourage actual attacks and further censorship against the Neals by entering these allegations and proof into federal court records although the Neal family anticipates another kangaroo court process.

N)     The conspiracy between federal and county government officials, The Cochran Firm, and courts to hide Larry Neal's fatal incarceration prove that SOME PEOPLE ARE CONSIDERED MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS.

O)     WHEREAS Larry Neal was murdered under secret arrest in a government owned and controlled facility and government officials refuse to answer a single question about it and do or allow crimes against Larry's survivors including censorship and terrorism to prevent wide disclosure, I hereby make the following requests: 

P)      Death sentences for every condemned inmate should be commuted to life in prison and all such inmates should have new trials and/or DNA tests upon request, beginning withDarrell Lomax (CA), Jeff Wood, Andre Thomas and Hank Skinner (TX).  Thomas Arthur (AL) is to be the next victim. His  execution is scheduled for March 29 although Arthur's DNA test results conclusively excluded him as contributor for all evidence tested in 2009. Mary Neal was locked out of her advocacy group at Care2 about the time Thomas Arthur's death warrant was secured in Alabama to prevent wide disclosure about his pending murder. Visit Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI). Arthur's DNA test results were sealed by Judge Pulliam until Arthur's execution, just as Troy Davis was under gag order until Georgia killed him. Arthur's daughter defied the court order, and Thomas' DNA test results are online at his website. Cameron Todd Willingham (TX) should have been saved from execution by the fire expert's report that stated there was NO evidence of arson, therefore Willingham should not be punished for killing his children who perished in a fire at their home. But Texas killed Willingham despite the report, possibly because death penalty states are in a race with one another to see who can kill the most people. Virginia leads because that state killed the most people before 1976, but Texas will take the lead with around 50 more executions. Perhaps they get extra points for executing innocent people like Willianham and Thomas and Davis.

Q)      I further request for capital punishment to end immediately and that public apologies be given to Troy Davis' survivors and to everyone who was executed for murder, because government employees essentially kidnapped and murdered a harmless schizophrenic man, Larry Neal, without censure, colluded to cover up Larry's murder like a criminal gang, and continually allow or facilitate terrorism and censorship against the victim's survivors to intimidate them into silence.

R)     Having proved that federal and local government officials disregard human and civil rights of individuals, including U.S. citizens, and that some officials have no regard for the Constitution of the United States of America or state law, I further request that NDAA Section 1021 be immediately repealed under pending congressional bill H.R.3785 or another act of congress. Larry's secret arrest and murder and the denial of resolution for eight years through two presidential administrations prove conclusively that nobody in government is that trustworthy. Neither the founding fathers nor God the Father intended for any human being to have such powers over another.

Elite Integration re Troy Davis and S.1867

Chatham County Superior Court Judge Penny Freesmann (912-652-7252) issued Troy Davis' death warrant. Judge Freemann is a Caucasian woman.  The Chatham County District Attorney is Larry Chisolm, a Negro.  (Twelve links and six photos are in this article.) Troy Davis' execution was unjust, because guilt was not proved. His death resulted from "elite integration."  Dr. King said, "I have a dream that one day the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood." His dream finally came true. Unfortunately, the point of agreement between descendents of masters and slaves seems to be that everyone should live in oppression, not just Africans in America.  Economic and social oppression in the 21st century negatively impacts all 99% people (the working class), whether or not they have awakened to that reality. There has been an "elite integration" among decision makers from every race and political party against liberty and justice for all, as evidenced by Senate bill 1867, a bill that allows indefinite military detention of American citizens without criminal charges or trial. * In January 22, 2009, H.R. 645, the FEMA center bill, was introduced by Alcee Hastings (D-FL), a Negro. Throughout American history, Hastings is one of only a handful of federal judges who was ever ousted for corruption. Considering the caliber of some judges who remain on the bench, Hastings must be a whistle. He then became a U.S. congressman. To be discharged from one federal position due to corruption and elected to another should be illegal. H.R.645, which proposed erecting six (6) concentration camps in America for Americans, was introduced the day following President Obama's inauguration, meaning that it was drafted during the previous presidential term. On November 30, 2011, Senate Bill 1867 was passed. Ironically, the bill that allows indefinite military detention of Americans without criminal charges or trial (concentration camps) was introduced by Senator Carl Levin (D-MI), a Jew. We the People must unite for justice. The elite already did. Black, white, and Jewish representatives do not always act in the best interest of We the People, and Americans can be sent CAMPing if we resist oppression. I share Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s dream that freedom will ring throughout this great country and that representatives We the People entrust with governance over us will cease to enact laws that undermine our God-given human rights and the civil rights that were purchased by the blood of soldiers of all races and socioeconomic backgrounds from the Revolutionary War until today. The Bill of Rights is the collective name for the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution which limit the power of the U.S. federal government. These limitations serve to protect the natural rights of liberty and property, including (1) freedoms of religion, (2) free speech, (3) freedom of press, (4) the right for peaceful assembly, and (5) free association, as well as (6) the right to keep and bear arms (Wikipedia). Those are the core rights upon which government of, by, and for the people is based. Senate bill 1867 threatens every one of those rights. If people cannot freely exercise citizens' rights without fear of indefinite military internment without criminal charges and trial, the Bill of Rights is dead, and even the hope of freedom in America is lost.  It was not the dream of Dr. King or any of America's founding fathers' intention for elitists who are "black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics" to ever use their collective power to enact laws such as S.1867. According to Romans 13:1, our representatives should submit to the those in authority over them - We the People, not corporations. The Constitution is in place precisely to prevent "black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics," and all other citizens from being indefinitely interned without criminal charges and a fair trial. Even when Americans have a trial, like Troy Davis did, citizens' right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness should mandate post-conviction DNA tests if requested and/or new trials with substantial new evidence. No Americans should lose their youth behind bars or be executed unless guilt is proved irrefutably. Dr. King spoke about our hope of freedom in his historic speech, "I Have a Dream" (excerpt below).

"I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.

2.  Mary Neal responded:  Stress is hard on people who are wrestling disease. Troy Davis' mother died weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected her son's final appeal. That makes three people who likely had their lives shortened by a wrongful conviction. 4.  I responded: Bless you Sister Darlene. Yours may be the last message by friends on my FB wall. I turned off that option because I may use FB very little in the future. With the passage of Senate Bill 1867, America is officially a fascist state. The bill, which Congress passed on November 30, 2011, provides for indefinite military detention of Americans without criminal charges in camps in the U.S.A or abroad. Warning people about fascism has been my primary reason to be online for the past six years. I learned things were bad in 2003 when my mentally, physically disabled brother was secretly arrested for 18 days while Memphis/ Shelby County, TN police lied and denied having him and killed him by undisclosed means. I became convinced that government had turned against the citizenry when my family was defrauded by The Johnnie Cochran Firm (under its new management) and denied open records and due process of law by the U.S. Department of Justice and courts in 2005 and 2007. 5. None of us can know what will happen as a result of Congress passing S.1867. As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. warned over 40 years ago, "No justice, no peace."  That refrain was repeated many times by protesters before and after Troy Davis was executed on September 21, 2011. Let us now ask President Obama to VETO S.1867, as I did in an open letter to the president at this link http://goo.gl/8HVHb  - The fascist bill provides for indefinite military detention for Americans. If S.1867 is not vetoed, people on the video below and everyone else who protests perceived government wrongs could be rounded up and interned in camps. Citizens can be held for cause or without any cause - criminal charges are not needed. This happened to Jews in Nazi Germany, and ironically, a Jewish American, Sen. Levin, proposed this bill.

I concluded my response to Darlene regarding Martina's death and America's tragedy (S.1867) with this post:  I did not post the link to the Davis/MacPhail Truth Committee Petition because news about Troy Davis is censored. They want us to forget him. My fb links sometimes lead to an altered view of my articles, petitions, etc. [Google "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal"]. Over 600,000 signatures were presented to the GA Pardons and Parole Board to save Davis in September, yet Troy's execution went forward. I do not expect authorities to actually grant a new investigation into MacPhail's murder. I do expect people who care about Justice to do Troy asked and "keep fighting this fight" for the sake of other potentially innocent men and women on death row. Do not allow the world's largest justice quest to end with the death of the principal, or decision makers will look at all the people's protests as mere children's tantrums by "boys" and "gals." That will endanger every protest, whatever the subject, in the future. Although authorities showed us by passing S.1867 that citizens' rights under the Constitution are largely moot, keep fighting peacefully for justice. If no one else hears us, God does. Blessings.

2.  MICHAEL MOORE ADDRESSES OCCUPY WALL STREET IN THE VIDEO BELOW. Notice people wearing "I Am Troy Davis" signs. If the Davis/MacPhail Truth Committee petition at http://goo.gl/QjsiB for a new investigation regarding MacPhail's murder were not cyberstalked, it would get hundreds of thousands of signatures. But this is America. Covert Internet censorship is practiced until Internet censorship bills presently before Congress are passed. If Americans complain about police violence or executions without proof of guilt by demonstrating once the Internet is taken over, another pending congressional bill may be used to intern dissidents without criminal charges or trial: Senate Bill 1867, Sec. 1031.



3. The word "dissidents" is used to label Americans who actually try to USE the Bill of Rights to say anything other than "the kings wear beautiful robes." Criticizing wrongful executions, mass incarceration and government murders, and revealing CoIntelPro programs against minorities are not allowed uses of  "freedom of press." Peaceful human rights activists who work to promote democracy online are treated like criminals. Petitions for justice are not appreciated. Such petitions are often treated like presidential elections to skew results. Signatures are stolen and DoS sometimes prevents signatures and comments. The Change.org petition for a new MacPhail murder investigation which was entered on November 13 was sent to @MMFlint immediately, but that tweet does not show among my tweets. I must check and see if my tweets about the boycott of the State of Georgia ever went to @MMFlint. Censorship in America around executions, mass incarceration, the attack on civil and human rights of Americans, The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud, and the secret government murder of Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, are notorious. No wonder stalkers stole the document from my desktop wherein I had copied and posted my November 2011 tweets! Stalkers stole the ones they wanted to prevent, and I presume the tweets to @MMFlint were seen on no computers other than the ones using my own IP address. That method of censorship is discussed in my article "Internet Censorship American Style." Michael Moore recently tweeted that the GOP has poor choices for 2012, as though he believes the Dems have better choices. That is a MISCONCEPTION. They are ONE. It matters not about the race or party of people who are determined to rob Americans of livelihood and freedom. I have seen no Change in the government's determination to hide my brother's secret arrest and murder since January 2009. Draconian bills like H.R.645 for concentration camps in America for Americans and S.968 to put the Internet under the Department of Justice were introduced by Democrats and enjoyed bilateral support. 4.  Another thing stalkers did to prevent signatures on the petition for a new MacPhail murder investigation was to date my Change.org petition September 21, 2011. That is the way it was dated online for the first week after publication to make the public think it is too late to sign the petition because Troy Davis died on that day. People who see a Troy Davis online petition dated September 21 or any earlier date would assume it is a petition to save him rather than a PETITION TO CLEAR AN INNOCENT MAN'S NAME. Be aware that if Senate Bill 968 and H.R.3261 pass, they will put the Internet firmly under the fist of the U.S. Department of Injustice, and no petitions that reveal injustice in America will ever get accurate results (if any do now). Cyberstalkers will no longer be needed. As a result of cyberattacks to prevent you from seeing and supporting the petition for a new investigation regarding Officer MacPhail's murder, see the pathetic results in paragraph 5 that announce the stalkers' success thus far (delivered via email today).

5.  Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI) and U.S. Dept. of Justice (USDOJ): Investigate Officer Mark MacPhail's murder and take appropriate action  5 signatures this week | 58 signatures total  -- 5 from Facebook | 1 from email | 0 from Twitter  - 42 signatures still needed to reach your goal of 100.

6. Google revealed that the company had been commanded to take police brutality videos offline between January and June 2011, but it refused. Google faced antitrust hearings before Congress and a barrage of antitrust lawsuits by its competitors after announcing its opposition to Senate Bill 968 and refusing to remove certain police brutality videos. The Injustice System is the beast. The beast has been contained by Americans' ability to show abuses and murders by police online. Recently, a video of college students at U.C. being pepper sprayed directly in their faces as they sat handcuffed on the ground went viral. The beast has been caged for a long time, and he impatiently paces the cage the Internet put around him. He sneaks out now and then and kills people, being a bloodthirsty werewolf, but he must exercise restraint to keep up the pretense of respecting citizens' rights. The beast wants to be able to secretly arrest and murder mental patients like my brother without a sister publishing the crimes online. The beast wants to stretch out unarmed young men like Oscar Grant and shoot them in the back without the video going viral and forcing the arrest of the beast's sons (even for 11 months). The beast wants to STEAL, KILL, AND DESTROY while still claiming that America is a place that upholds liberty and justice for all.
