On July 11, 2010, Rev. Pinkney interviewed former Memphis Shelby County Jailer Earley Story about corruption in the third largest jail in the country - the jail where my brother Larry Neal was killed after three weeks of secret arrest. Story was allegedly fired and maliciously prosecuted on false drug charges for refusing to go along with the murder cover-up involving another mentally ill inmate, Jerry Gregory. Story continued his interview the following week, when another law official (from Louisiana) also testified about persecution he suffered for standing for justice http://www.blogtalkradio.com/rev-pinkney/2010/07/18/pinkney-to-pinkney . Gregory was a small, effeminate man who was warehoused in an isolation cell on a ward with mentally ill inmates. Apparently, he and a much larger prisoner were released from their cells simultaneously, which should not have happened. Guards then enjoyed watching a HUMAN DOG FIGHT in the hall. Gregory lost, and he was tossed in his cell to die of his wounds. Story found Gregory bleeding there the next day and called for emergency medical services. Gregory told Story what happened before being taken to the hospital. Story was never called to testify regarding Gregory's death. As a black mental patient, Gregory's death is not deemed worthy of the level of justice that is demanded for pit bulls in the USA. Instead, Story found himself targeted for retribution for not agreeing to the fabrication that Gregory fell in the shower. Because of Sgt. Story's credibility, Gregory's family was able to sue for wrongful death. Story's malicious drug charges were dropped, but he was never rehired, like the judge ordered.

Just as Earley Story claims, there is a definite alliance between certain jails and the federal government to cover up inmate abuse. In fact, former U.S. Attorney General Antonio Gonzales, along with other federal officials and local judges, was indicted for misusing his position to withhold Department of Justice investigations regarding inmate abuses in Willacy County, Texas in 2008. That conspiracy to deny inmates and survivors due process of law was allegedly done because the officials and judges owned shares in private jails and/or they accepted kickbacks from the jails, like two Pennsylvania judges were indicted for doing in 2009. The Pennsylvania senior justices were responsible for channeling thousands of children into private juvenile facilities, whether or not the children deserved punishment, in exchange for $2.6million.

America has a very corrupt legal system that causes much suffering among citizens in this country. The system retaliated against Earley Story for his refusal to help cover-up Gregory's murder and for being a whistleblower against Shelby County Jail in a lawsuit alleging racism that was filed by the NAACP years before Gregory's wrongful death. Story called this writer because of the close parallels between his circumstances and my family's denial of records and investigation after the Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder by Memphis Shelby County Jail and the federal cover-up of that murder that continues today. Story tried to hire The Cochran Firm to sue the jail for lost wages and get him reinstated as a jailer after the judge in his case dismissed the phony drug charges. However, The Cochran Firm rejected Story as a client, saying that firm would be in conflict of interest to represent him, because Julian Bolton, a Shelby County Commissioner, was the managing partner in The Cochran Firm's Memphis office. The Shelby County Commission owns and operates Shelby County Jail. 

On August 11, 2012, one document burglars stole from the Neals' home in Stone Mountain, Georgia was Earley Story's original affidavit attesting to the fact that The Cochran Firm refused to represent him in a lawsuit against Shelby County Jail because of its conflict of interest, although the law firm signed contract to represent the Neal family under that very same conflict of interest. The lawyers kept its conflict secret from the Neals: Julian Bolton was both managing partner of The Cochran Firm's Memphis office and a Shelby County Commissioner, and the Commission owns and operates the jail. Hopefully Larry Neal's murderers and cover-up accomplices will not harm Story to prevent him from making a new affidavit to be presented to the jury in Neals v. USDOJ, et al. Criminals are dangerous. Story said in his radio interview with Rev. Pinkney that one of the youths who the jail planned to testify against him and falsely allege that Story sold the youth drugs refused to do it. The young man was then murdered. After that, the man who murdered the youth was himself murdered (like Oswald was after JFK's assassination). Julian Bolton was eventually ousted from The Cochran Firm. In 2008, he worked in the building with attorneys who contracted to represent Duanna Johnson, a transgender woman who was beaten by two officers in Shelby County Jail for having a sex change operation. She infuriated police by refusing to answer to derogatory commands ("Hey, he/she, come over here"). The videotape of Johnson's beating in Shelby County Jail's intake area was uploaded on YouTube and viewed by many people throughout the world. Johnson was assassinated three months before the end of her statute of limitations to file suit for police brutality. America's legal system is largely administered by sociopathic criminals: burglars, murderers, and conspirators against open disclosure and justice.

America has many fine police officers and jail/prison guards who would like to honor their commitment to protect and serve the public. However, they have reason to fear retribution by the unjust system for revealing murders and brutality they sometimes witness. Most people in law enforcement probably know there is no righteous agency to go to and report abuses of power with any expectation of protection, since the USDOJ is itself criminal. Nevertheless, members of the Black in Law Enforcement of America courageously stand together with the public against police brutality. This writer looks forward to Damon K. One interesting fact is that none of the Memphis Police officers who witnessed Duanna Johnson's beating intervened to protect her, and Early Story is the only jailer from that facility who attempted to help Larry Neal's family so far. Unfortunately, Story was already terminated before Larry's murder there in 2003. We hope that as Damon Jones and BLEA officers take a public stand against oppressive policing, more police officers and jail/prison guards will become emboldened and dare to say to their brutal partners, "STOP THE VIOLENCE."

Some people believe the entire system is corrupt, but praise God for righteous police officers, judges, and government officials who have not bowed their knee to Baal. Consider the fine, courageous police officers who are members of BLEA. Thank God for judges like Judge Fine in Texas who denounced capital punishment and Judge Forrest in Manhattan who placed a permanent injunction against indefinite detention under NDAA, ruling it unconstitutional. Think about Sen. Wyden, who prevented Congress from voting away our net freedom and passing SOPA or PIPA before Americans had a chance to know about and object to the USDOJ taking over our Internet. Consider Congressmen John Lewis and Hank Johnson and others, who voted against NDAA concentration camps and stand against reducing the nation's budget to feed hungry Americans through food stamps and school meal programs. Praise God for Google, the Internet giant that refused to remove certain police brutality videos and was hit with congressional antitrust hearings as a result. And what about the Nashville judge who refused to sign warrants against the Occupy Movement protesters? Former president Jimmy Carter recently published an article condemning America's human rights abuses. In January 2012, Rep. Ron Paul introduced H.R.3785 to repeal indefinite detention provisions under NDAA. Sometimes, We the People may feel alone in our struggle against oppression. But God encouraged his prophet Elias, who also felt alone, by saying:

“I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal. Even so then, at this present time also, there is a remnant according to the election of grace." ~Romans 11:4-5

What are Christian police officers and government officials to do if they have yielded to temptation and bowed their knees to Baal in these Last Days? If they are willing to change, "would God cast aside His people? God forbid" (Romans 11:1). Jesus saves. He is not willing that any should perish but urges everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Start treating everybody with respect, and honor their human rights. Honor your contract to uphold the U.S. Constitution. Jesus will pardon you. He invites us all to the Royal Celebration

Kenneth Chamberlain's Family Files $21m Lawsuit

The family of Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr. has filed a $21m lawsuit for his wrongful death. In this article with four links are excerpts from The Guardian (UK) about another African American elder who was murdered by police. Police responded with Tasers and gunfire during their home invasion when the 68-year-old retired marine's medic alert went off in White Plains, NY in November 2011.

"Make no mistake, my father was murdered," Chamberlain Jr told reporters on Monday.

On November 19, Chamberlain, who had a serious heart condition, tripped a medical alert pendant he wore around his neck. The company that supplied the pendant dispatched an ambulance to his public housing complex. Three officers already facing claims for alleged civil rights abuses – Carelli included – also responded to the scene. A little over an hour after they arrived Chamberlain had been seared with a Taser, shot with bean bags fired from a shotgun and ultimately killed by a bullet that tore through his lungs.

In a phone call with the medical company recorded after the police arrived to his home, officers are heard banging on Chamberlain's window.

"Do not do that. I'm telling you all, I'm telling you all I'm OK," Chamberlain called out to the officers. A voice then responds: "I don't give a fuck, nigger." (The link to The Guardian's entire report is below)

African American elder Kathryn Johnston, 92, was murdered during a home invasion by Atlanta police officers in 2006. My mentally, physically handicapped brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in August 2003 under circumstances the U.S. Department of Justice and the jail refuse to divulge in order to deny my family due process of law. Black women and children are being killed by police, also. Shantel Davis, a 23-year-old unarmed New Yorker, was shot and killed by police in June 2012. Most news accounts about Davis's death focus on her criminal record instead of her brutal murder by police. She was shot as witnesses heard her cry, "I don't want to die!" The government-controlled media focuses on Davis's background as though police have the right to execute Americans without judge or jury. Aiyana Jones, a seven-year-old African American child, was shot by Michigan police in May 2010. In addition to blacks, police brutalize and kill mentally ill people of every race and ethnicity. A recent murder victim was Kelly Thomas, a schizophrenic, homeless white man who was beaten to death by six officers in Fullerton, California. In February 2012, police in Calumet City shot and killed Stephon Watts, a 15-year-old Autistic boy, after the black child threatened them with a simple butter knife. He suffered from Asperger’s Syndrome — a high-functioning form of autism — and attention deficit disorder. Police superiors and the Department of Justice should have zero tolerance for police murders instead of helping to hide the bodies. The number of African Americans and mentally challenged people killed by police and prison guards since 2000 would probably fill the wall that commemorates fallen soldiers who died in Vietnam. Even black police officers are not safe from police murders. Genocide is happening, and concentration camps are planned. As it was in Nazi Germany, the main targets are disabled people and minorities along with "dissidents" (people who disapprove). But don't say I told you, or my assigned stalkers will destroy this computer, too.

Stalkers turned loose a large bulldog in our backyard as I wrote this article. Be careful. If we have to shoot your dog because it threatens our children or cats, the police will investigate and the media may report the incident. Dogs count much more than people in the USA. Although the cover-up regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal is ongoing, killing your vicious dog may blow the cover off and open the door for the Neal family to finally get "DOG JUSTICE."

Too bad you weren't a dog, my brother

In my heart, I cried

Many more people would care about you

And wonder why you died

You had no spots or floppy ears

You never fetched a ball

But poor, black, and flawed

You died in jail for mental illness

Our condolences to the Chamberlains and every family suffering losses because of police violence, which has become a pandemic in African American communities throughout the country. We stand in solidarity with families of mentally ill people who the system considers expendable.
