Won in Fed Court: No Concentration Camps - Yet

We did it!  A federal court in New York just ruled indefinite detention UNCONSTITUTIONAL and issued a permanent injunction against use of that law.  It would have allowed the military to detain civilians -- even Americans -- indefinitely and without trial if they're accused of certain crimes. But now we need your help putting pressure on Obama.

It's an egregious violation of the Constitution, a disgusting infringement upon our due process rights, and has already had a chilling effect on activists and journalists.

So NDAA indefinite detention is legal again. That was quick! Many black people do not yet recognize the fight against NDAA concentration camps concerns us with particularity. Every country that used concentration camps interned mostly minorities. I am glad Vice President Biden finally made it plain when he threatened that the Republican presidential candidate will "put y'all BACK in chains."  It seems a bad idea to put that option before ANY president. 

African Americans "Back in Chains"

In case there are any Africans in America who do not know yet which people are discussed in connection with NDAA concentration camps, listen to Vice President Joe Biden tell you who the camps are being prepared to warehouse (as prison laborers) without any criminal charges and opportunity for trial: Joe Biden Said Romney Will Put Americans Back In Chains. "Back" is the key word. Anyone who ever studied American History knows that African Americans were slaves in this country for centuries, and over a million still are through the prison industrial complex.

Paragraph 2 of 7 -- EVERY country that ever had concentration camps used them exclusively for minorities, handicapped people, and dissidents - just like the majority of the country's present prison population. Other American slaves were Native Americans and whites from Europe's ghettos - people who lacked money and titles. Knowing fully who concentration camps usually warehouse, enslave and kill, President Obama not only signed NDAA for indefinite military detention of people in America, but the Obama administration appealed Judge Forrest's decision when she ruled indefinite detention without due process was unconstitutional. Yes, they finally got a settlement, but read my blogs to find out why the survivors received any judgment. That was probably not the plan. The Johnston wrongful death case was supposedly filed a year to the day after the elder was killed then "transferred" from Georgia State Court to United States District Court in Atlanta in January 2008. The federal case was presided over by Judge Shoob, father of Judge Wendy Shoob. She is the Georgia Superior Court judge who falsely ruled in May 2006 that there is no Cochran Firm law office whatsoever in the State of Georgia and dismissed my family's lawsuit against that CoIntelPro law firm. Georgia courts, which consistently denied Troy Davis a new trial by jury, denied justice to the Neal family after my brother's secret murder in jail by declaring the law firm we sued for malpractice and fraud nonexistent. Cases that justices do not want to be won are not permitted to go to jury.

How did white supremacists get Johnnie Cochran's firm? Perhaps the only reason Kathryn Johnston's family recovered any damages (unlike the families of Billey Joe Johnson, Corey Ward, and Larry Neal and many others - who recovered ZERO) is because I threatened to get Atlanta University Center college students to help me protest Kathryn Johnston's family being railroaded by The Cochran Firm in August 2010. A settlement in Dozier v. City of Atlanta was hurriedly worked out the weekend before Morris Brown, Clark, Morehouse, and Spellman Colleges re-opened after their summer break. I was going to notify the students about the system conspiring against Kathryn Johnston's family and notified "them" that I would do that, despite the fact that Atlanta police said they would Taser and arrest me for telling people about my brother's lynching in Memphis Shelby County Jail and asking students to help Kathryn Johnston's family, who were depending on the fraud law firm to get justice. Johnston was killed in November 2006, six months after Judge Shoob ruled there was no Cochran Firm in Georgia and dismissed my lawsuit against the unethical lawyers. Three police officers involved in her murder had already been in prison for a year when I went to The Cochran Firm office to protest outside and demand that they stop railroading Kathryn Johnston's family and take her wrongful death to court in 2010. I had been patient with them in that case for four years, but the family had recovered zero. The Cochran Firm regularly works behind its client's backs to help police when there are murders of black people that authorities cannot cover-up or explain away with a claim the victims deserved to die because they were dealing drugs. Please help warn Chavis's family about their attorneys. Also warn the widow of Sgt. Loggins, who was killed by Orange County deputies in front of his daughters in January. She, too, is in the clutches of The Cochran Firm frauds.

Google "COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD" for more cases and videos. There are many defrauded families who relied on The Cochran Firm. State Bars and consumer protection agencies will not report that The Cochran Firm is allowed by the courts to defend malpractice lawsuits by claiming the firm does not exist. The media refuses to report the many lawsuits by Cochran Firm former attorneys and clients who sue the firm for fraud and racism. The idea that government officials and the media have is to protect THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD from disclosure in order to continue using Johnnie Cochran's name to lure unsuspecting clients like Chavis Carter's grieving family. When the public hears that The Cochran Firm has a police shooting case, social unrest is avoided, because people think the family will be treated justly. This is not what actually happens, but they know blacks do not usually follow court cases to their conclusions, which comes years after the wrongful deaths by police officers or corporate wrongdoing. Black people have no civil and human rights organizations to go to about such abuses as The Cochran Firm fraud. Consider that Rev. Edward Pinkney, president of the Benton Harbor, Michigan NAACP Chapter is facing being ousted by the NAACP because he actually helps the organization's members to resist oppression. The NAACP called a special election for August 16, 2012, with the hope that Rev. Pinkney will be voted out of office for standing with the city's residents against corporate takeover by the Whirlpool Corporation. It is major news that an NAACP chapter president announced his lawsuit against the organization, claiming that officers support corporations' triumph over human and civil rights. WHERE ARE THE CAMERAS THAT MAINSTREAM NEWS USED TO REVEAL LAWSUITS AGAINST BISHOP EDDIE LONG? However, the Obama administration spent hours arguing for the right to implement concentration camps for people who have done no crimes on August 7, 2012, and appealed Judge Forrest's block against the unconstitutional law. The matter is now before the Circuit Court of Appeals in New York, and plans seem to be underway in expectation that the block against concentration camps will be overturned. I just returned from an interview on PressTV discussing the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and the fact that many Americans are deprived of their basic rights - even the right to life. In Nazi Germany, the mentally ill were first to be isolated and exterminated - some 400,000 people of all races, including Aryans. The mentally ill are regularly killed in America, like Kelly Thomas, Larry Neal, Tim Souders, and I believe Matrice Richardson, Timothy "Bulldog" Allen, and many other people who "go missing" after or in police custody. Going to government officials and the NAACP and other civil/human rights organizations has gotten this writer nowhere in the quest to decriminalize mental illness. I believe many people who should help are actually PRIVATE PRISON STOCKHOLDERS who profit by warehousing America's most vulnerable and impoverished people in prisons. It is time for Americans to pray and to ask the entire world to pray with us. I am so censored that it is frightening that cyberstalkers are allowing me to publish this article. Maybe they feel their plans are too advanced for Americans of all races to unite and make a difference now by praying and peacefully resisting oppression together (Genesis 11:6).

The only thing I can recommend is that we OBEY GOD, who made this promise in 2 Corinthians 7:14: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

A settlement in Dozier v. City of Atlanta was hurriedly worked out the weekend before Morris Brown, Clark, Morehouse, and Spellman Colleges re-opened after their summer break. I was going to notify the students about the system conspiring against Kathryn Johnston's family and notified "them" that I would do that, despite the fact that Atlanta police said they would Taser and arrest me for telling people about my brother's lynching in Memphis Shelby County Jail and asking students to help Kathryn Johnston's family, who were depending on the fraud law firm to get justice. Johnston was killed in November 2006, six months after Judge Shoob ruled there was no Cochran Firm in Georgia and dismissed my lawsuit against the unethical lawyers. Three police officers involved in her murder had already been in prison for a year when I went to The Cochran Firm office to protest outside and demand that they stop railroading Kathryn Johnston's family and take her wrongful death to court in 2010. I had been patient with them in that case for four years, but the family had recovered zero. The Cochran Firm regularly works behind its client's backs to help police when there are murders of black people that authorities cannot cover-up or explain away with a claim the victims deserved to die because they were dealing drugs. Please help warn Chavis's family about their attorneys. Also warn the widow of Sgt. Loggins, who was killed by Orange County deputies in front of his daughters in January. She, too, is in the clutches of The Cochran Firm frauds.

State Bars and consumer protection agencies will not report that The Cochran Firm is allowed by the courts to defend malpractice lawsuits by claiming the firm does not exist. Black people have no civil and human rights organizations to go to about such abuses as The Cochran Firm fraud. Consider that Rev. Edward Pinkney, president of the Benton Harbor, Michigan NAACP Chapter is facing being ousted by the NAACP because he actually helps the organization's members to resist oppression. The NAACP called a special election for August 16, 2012, with the hope that Rev. Pinkney will be voted out of office for standing with the city's residents against corporate takeover by the Whirlpool Corporation. It is major news that an NAACP chapter president announced his lawsuit against the organization, claiming that officers support corporations' triumph over human and civil rights. However, the Obama administration spent hours arguing for the right to implement concentration camps for people who have done no crimes on August 7, 2012, and appealed Judge Forrest's block against the unconstitutional law. The matter is now before the Circuit Court of Appeals in New York, and plans seem to be underway in expectation that the block against concentration camps will be overturned. I just returned from an interview on PressTV discussing the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and the fact that many Americans are deprived of their basic rights - even the right to life. In Nazi Germany, the mentally ill were first to be isolated and exterminated - some 400,000 people of all races, including Aryans. The mentally ill are regularly killed in America, like Kelly Thomas, Larry Neal, Tim Souders, and I believe Matrice Richardson, Timothy "Bulldog" Allen, and many other people who "go missing" after or in police custody. Loggins was attempting to join his daughters in his van on a school parking lot after dark. Camp Pendleton gave Sgt. Loggins a 21-gun solute last week. I read that the Marine was loved by fellow Marines and his family. The Cochran Firm frauds must not represent his grieving survivors in a wrongful death action against Orange County.
