Don't Become Nazi America

During this week in 2008, I stopped driving. I was being followed by up to four vehicles everywhere I went, including government vehicles. My mother and I had sued The Cochran Firm, not knowing it was some pseudo-government agency in place to defraud blacks in Johnnie Cochran's name. We sued the lawyers for pretending to represent us in a wrongful death civil action after Memphis Police secretly arrested and killed my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. The lawyers pretended to work as Larry's wrongful death attorneys, but they actually did nothing while allowing the statute of limitations to pass. Since the lawyers tricked our family to save the jail where Larry was killed, we sued them for fraud. I started being followed right after our federal lawsuit was served in January 2008. On September 27 around 9:30 p.m., they trailed my grandson and me from Kroger grocery store for six miles to the neighborhood Chevron station. I pulled in there, thinking they would go away like they normally did when I reached a business with lots of people. But this time, they followed me into the station parking lot and parked. I called 911 from inside the service station, because I had already stopped carrying a cell phone. I discovered months before that night that if I carried a cell phone, I could not lose them. We waited for emergency responders for over an hour, but police never came. My relatives had to come in two cars to rescue us. After I stopped driving, stalkers were moved into homes nearby ours in Stone Mountain, Georgia. I didn't hear the term "gangstalking" for another year. People who are "different" are in danger in Memphis and elsewhere in the USA. The mentally ill, like my brother was, are killed regularly. People in the GLBT community are also mistreated. Duanna Johnson, a transgender woman, was beaten by a Memphis policeman while another officer held her still for the beating she received for refusing to respond to derogatory commands. No police officers in the intake area defended her. She contracted with attorneys to sue after the video evidencing her brutality went all over the world, but she was killed several months before the end of Tennessee's statute of limitations, and no lawsuit was filed in her case. One attorney who worked in the office with Johnson's lawyers was Julian Bolton, the former managing partner of The Cochran Firm and a Shelby County Commissioner. A few weeks after Johnson died, the U.S. vice president and former attorney general were indicted in Willacy County, Texas for using their government positions to withhold investigations and prosecution in jail deaths and abuse cases. MPD continues to kill the mentally ill. The most recent of nine people killed by Memphis police so far in 2012 was Christian Freeman, 19, a paranoid schizophrenic. He was shot to death on June 12 about 1:40a.m. behind FedEx Forum near Fourth and Beale. Police claim Freeman charged at two officers with a knife and they shot him to death. That was Freeman's second encounter with police. He spent a month in a mental health ward after allegedly yelling and making obscene gestures at police officers in April 2012. Freeman's uncle in Texas, Todd Jones, said police should have tried to incapacitate and restrain Freeman rather than shooting him. Memphis Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) is used as a model for intervention services regarding arrests of mentally ill people, but Memphis police do not use it. Very rarely does a week go by without police killing a mentally ill person somewhere in the United States. Houston police killed a mentally ill double amputee at his care home last week. Police were called to the East End personal care home around 2a.m. after Brian Claunch became agitated because his caretaker refused to give him a soda and a cigarette. Matthew Marin, a five-yr HPD veteran, shot and killed Claunch. Marin, who had fatally shot another suspect in 2009, felt the double amputee who was confined to a wheelchair threatened his and his partner's life. Another mentally ill person was killed by police before I could finish editing this article. New York Police Department gets credit for this death. Mohamed Bah's mother called 911 on September 26, 2012, after the 27-year-old cab driver and student refused to open the door to his Harlem apartment. Police came, and apparently Bah tried to attack the police officers with a knife. He was shot once in the chest. A tranquilizer gun might work for cases like this. Charging animals are shot with tranquilizers, but sick human beings get live ammo. See a poem I wrote that is probably America's most censored poetry, called "DOG JUSTICE." It was written one night as I watched the news and saw federal agents and police officers comb Michael Vick's ranch regarding dog abuse while the same justice system was working to keep my brother's death covered up. NYPD killed another man who was experiencing an emotional crisis and threatening suicide a few weeks before shooting Bah - Walwyn "Smiley" Jackson. On September 7, 26-year-old Walwyn "Smiley" Jackson was shot by police in Queens. His family had called 911 when they found him holding a kitchen knife to his own throat. Jackson was distraught at being unemployed and unable to provide for his 2-week-old son, Landon. Jackson's grandmother, Gloria Cameron, said in an interview:

"We called 911 because we wanted an ambulance to come to take him to the hospital. He was no threat or harm to anyone but himself. When [the police] came to the door, I didn't want to let them in. They told us to get out of the way and stay downstairs. One of them went for his gun as they went upstairs. I tried to tell them he's sick. I started to cry and then I heard the shot. Before Nazi Germany began killing minorities, around 350,000 people who were labeled as mentally ill were first to be isolated and terminated, even children as young as age 2, whether they were Aryan or Jewish. There are currently 1.25 million mentally ill inmates in America. When mentally ill people are killed in public like Kelly Thomas, who was beaten to death by Fullerton, California police officers, those deaths are impossible to cover-up, but cops try. They demand the cameras from people who film their brutality. But people who are arrested first, like Larry Neal was, are not surrounded by people carrying cell phone cameras who will load the videos online. Therefore, Memphis Shelby County Jail returned Larry's dead body and refuse to say how they killed him. Officials at the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ), which was in overview of the jail after a lawsuit to prevent more brutality to inmates, helped the "correctional" facility cover-up Larry's murder, and I am gangstalked and censored to prevent Americans from knowing about the mass arrest and extermination of the country's mentally ill citizens. Nazi Germany had problems hiding the extermination of its mentally ill citizens, also. Nazi officers discussed the problem, and their communication around this issue was saved for posterity. Dear Reich Minister,
On July 19th I sent you a letter about the systematic extermination of lunatics, feeble-minded and epileptic persons. Since then this practice has reached tremendous proportions: recently the inmates of old-age homes have also been included. The basis for this practice seems to be that in an efficient nation there should be no room for weak and frail people. It is evident from the many reports which we are receiving that the people's feelings are being badly hurt by the measures ordered and that the feeling of legal insecurity is spreading which is regrettable from the point of view of national and state interest.

Notice that the letter came from a church. Christians in Germany were acquiescent to the murders just as they are in America today, or there would be protests against police killings of our mentally ill people and their mass incarceration for prison profits. God looses in heaven what we loose on earth, and He binds in heaven what we bind on earth. Silence regarding the victimization of America's mentally ill has loosed a spirit of Nazism in this country. Once the sanctity of human life was disregarded by the government in its exterminations of the mentally ill, Germans began to kill everyone who was handicapped or elderly and therefore not useful to an "efficient nation." Next, Germany exterminated Jews, homosexuals, blacks, and political dissidents in its Final Solution, and a culture of fear and government suppression engulfed the nation for a period of 50 years until the Iron Curtain fell in 1989. Nazism, the spirit of Antichrist, was not only responsible for millions of deaths but also the virtual enslavement of the entire nation, which continued for decades. Instead of sending people to concentration camps like Nazi Germany did and the United States plans to do under NDAA, the entire nation was eventually made into one huge camp, and no one was free.

Disregard for human rights in Nazi Germany began with the mass arrest and extermination of the mentally ill just as it did in America, where 1.25 million mentally ill people are prisoners, and many are killed under the color of law on our streets, behind bars, and even in care homes. A concentration camp bill was signed into law December 31, 2011, and biomass incinerators are being erected on or near prison grounds and in African American communities. Ignoring encroaching Nazism will not make it go away. The Bible says we must submit ourselves to God, RESIST the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7). We determine what type of society we live in, for God permits us to choose. It is written:

Mentally challenged children are also brutalized. At Baldwin South Intermediate School in Quincy, Illinois, a 9-year-old Autistic child was taken from his special needs classroom with bruises all over his face and incarcerated after he was beat up by police. http://goo.gl/sThRq  When this young Autistic child was beaten by police before his classmates and Brian Claunch was shot to death in front of other residents in the Houston care home for the mentally ill, it undoubtedly traumatized everyone there and sent a message about their own security in a system that often treats the mentally challenged as "useless eaters" (Hitler's term).

 

I love America and do not want to see her turn Nazi. If you feel that way, also, please share this article and join the struggle to reinstate the constitutional protections for human rights that Congress, the White House, and our courts have eliminated. No one escapes oppression by being silent about encroaching Nazism. That did not work for the people in Germany, and it will not work in the United States or anyplace.

Nancy Lockhart launched a Change.org petition for a federal investigation into the disappearance of a gifted young woman who suffers from depression. Mitrice Richardson was arrested in Lost Hills, CA Jail on September 16 at 10 p.m., then was reportedly released due to jail overcrowding after midnight with no money, I.D., food, water, or cell phone. Join petitioners in asking for federal help resolving this mystery. WHAT HAPPENED TO MITRICE RICHARDSON?

Mitrice Richardson was a Psychology major at California State University of Fullerton who recently graduated with a 4.00 GPA and started the process of seeking acceptance into the Psychology Professional College, Alliant, to pursue a degree in Clinical Psychology. Mitrice is an openly gay African American. Mitrice is in crisis, and she is in danger. Help is needed to find her. Unfortunately, many families know what it is to have a missing loved one. America's Most Wanted's host lost his son, Adam. My family searched in vain for Larry Neal for nearly three weeks only to have him returned dead in 2003. Memphis Shelby County Jail had him the whole while, but repeatedly denied that Larry was incarcerated in response to inquiries by his family and social worker. Memphis Police Department did absolutely nothing to help find Larry because they knew where he was and planned to keep him. See http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/

Luckily, Mitrice Richardson's family and supporters went straight to the media when she went missing. My family went to the Johnnie Cochran Firm. When the statute of limitations had nearly run to file a wronful death lawsuit and force records release during discovery, Larry's survivors learned that the Cochran Firm had an undisclosed conflict of interest and contracted with Larry's survivors to prevent another lawyer from getting the case. The managing partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm was a Shelby County Commissioner which owns and operates Shelby County Jail. The Cochran Firm had actually done zero during the 10.5 months after signing contract with us to conduct discovery and bring suit against the jail for Larry's secret arrest and death, but the law firm pretended to do so and sent us lies about a case going forward. We sued the Cochran Firm for its fraud, serving suit to the Atlanta office where our initial contact was made with the law firm. However, the suit was dismissed with the firm's Atlanta law office and Fulton County Superior Court falsely claiming there is no Cochran Firm in Georgia. That must be a new slogan: "WHEN YOU'VE GOT NO DEFENSE, CLAIM YOU DON'T EXIST!"

I urge everyone to go to the media first if you have a missing relative with mental or emotional problems. Call the media at the same time that you put in the missing person report, particularly if you suspect there was an arrest in connection with the disappearance. Do not give a cover-up an opportunity to be established. By the time Larry Neal's family went to the media with the injustice, the media was apparently under orders not to report Larry's secret death and The Cochran Firm Fraud to the public, so they did not. Efforts to ascertain records, accountability, and justice for Larry's death have been met with cover-up, intimidation toward Larry's relatives, and censorship of my writing, which is done in the absence of mainstream media coverage.

Hopefully, Mitrice will be found and all will be well with her. Her family needs help ascertaining information about her disappearance. Please join thousands petitioners for a federal investigation. In Larry's case, the petition for an investigation regarding his period of secret arrest and death has not been met with investigative effort like Michael Vick's dogs' deaths. However, maybe the government will help Mitrice's family. Endorsing petitions is an important way to show support for families who need and deserve government assistance to locate missing loved ones or investigate circumstances surrounding their disappearances.

Before her arrest, Mitrice was said to be acting erratically and suffering from depression. She was reportedly arrested and released shortly thereafter without a bond hearing for 1) disturbing the peace in a restaurant - talking about Martians; 2) possession of a small amount of marijuana; and 3) running an $89.00 tab at the restaurant without adequate funds to pay. She was reportedly released after 1:30am without a bond hearing, alone, defenseless, and on foot, since police had her car.

My brother Larry was a lifelong parinoid schizophrenic patient with heart trouble, so I know what the family endures looking for a lost loved one. My family and Larry's social worker searched in vain for him for weeks. Missing children and people with mental or emotional problems deserve federal investigations. Hopefully, the Justice Department will honor thousands of requests for Mitrice's disappearance to be investigated. My family's requests and petitions have been ignored. People who are experiencing a mental health crisis like Mitrice should not be released from jail after midnight in unfamiliar territory to fend for themselves without money or a means to call for assistance, if that is what happened. No one should, especially not a woman.

Your comments and support for advocacy for incarcerated mental patients and other justice issues are appreciated. Please be aware that Rep. Eddie Johnson introduced an important bill in January 2009 that can help decriminalize mental illness in America - H.R.619. The bill proposes resuming Medicaid funds for inpatient psychiatric services, which stopped during President Regan's administration decades ago. As a result, mental hospitals closed across the nation and continue to close today, leaving police no place to take citizens who experience mental health crises except to jail, which only escalates their anxiety. Like any medical crisis, mental health crises should be dealt with medically, not legally. Although H.R.619 affects millions of mentally challenged Americans and their families, it will require your support to pass. Most congressional bills never reach the floor of the House of Representatives for a vote. YOUR vote is needed today. Please take a moment to contact your representatives and let them know you support resuming Medicaid funding for mental hospitalization. Passing H.R.619 would help end discrimination against mentally challenged people. It is also less expensive than imprisonment and far safer for mentally ill persons and their communities to treat rather than punish mental illness.
