Reporters Murdered for ABC's Racism

Mainstream media companies are racially prejudice and deliberately facilitate the oppression of Africans in America. There can be no doubt about that when one considers how media companies withhold news of importance to Africans, such as The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud. Cox Enterprises runs ABC in Atlanta and jumps hurdles to protect the CoIntelPro operation from discovery. Vester L. Flanagan, II, a/k/a Bryce Williams, was a former ABC reporter and a Black man. Flanagan claimed being fed up with racism and fatally shot two Caucasians, WDBJ reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward. They were killed during the station's morning newscast on August 26, 2015. The person being interviewed was shot in her back but is recovering.

Flanagan's employment was terminated two years ago, and the EEOC discrimination complaint he filed was dismissed. He claimed being a gay man who was disrespected in the workplace by white women and black men. NY Daily News reports, "The outraged journalist had sued a local NBC affiliate in 2000 claiming producers and managers made racist remarks about blacks and fired him for complaining about it, the Tallahassee Democrat reported. Flanagan claims he and another black employee were referred to as 'monkeys.' A supervisor, he said, also once said 'blacks are lazy and do not take advantage of free money,' according to the Democrat."

As one who is familiar with racism in America, I find all of Flanagan's allegations entirely plausible. The "www." in certain Care2 links of mine were redirected to a huge, black gorilla rather than to my articles. A teaching physician at UCLA was victimized by a cruel hoax by students which was allowed by the school administrators when they replaced his body on film with the body of a huge gorilla. Dr. Head won a substantial lawsuit (Google "Dr. Head Mary Neal" for my article about that in "Legal Victories" blog). While blacks are regularly accused of being lazy, our ingenuity is greatly suppressed and accomplishments are punished, especially if we attempt to compete with Caucasians (Google my IRP6 article in my "FreeSpeakBlog").

Of course, the entire episode of the murdered ABC reporters could be just another false flag like the Conspiracy Club implies. The media won a lawsuit that gave them the right to lie to the public, you know: I tend to believe as the Conspiracy Club does about these shootings. Depopulation enthusiasts and eugenicists have been trying to instigate a race war in America for at least seven years. Apparently, Americans have not developed brain damage at the rate they hoped from fluoride in the water, etc. Some of us even know who the real oppressors of our freedom are, and I don't mean your black or white neighbors.

I may or may not write more about this assassination later in this article. I'm very busy this week starting a new business and preparing for Mama's return home. In case the reporters were assassinated as reported, condolences to their families and friends and to the shooter's loved ones. It was probably not the victims' fault they were employed by a racist mainstream media company that believes everyone who is not a heterosexual, wealthy, white male is immaterial, which I was ruled to be by a federal judge when I sued The Cochran Firm in 2007. I sued The Cochran Firm twice for defrauding my family to help Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for the secret arrest and "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" (Google the quoted term.) That is a REAL race war story that none of the mainstream media companies report, and which Atlanta's ABC operator, Cox Enterprises, helped to hide.

Cox's authorized agent even shut its offices at 3pm one day to avoid receiving my subpoena for records of The Cochran Firm's advertising on that station, but it was delivered later in the week by sneaking up on them in the predawn hours. Despite prolific and continuing ads for the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm, the firm told Georgia courts it had no law offices at all within the State of Georgia. Amazing liars, and their fraud on the court was allowed and has never been reported by mainstream media.

I'll tell you at another time what Atlanta Journal Constitution did to help hide The Cochran Firm fraud.  That newspaper is also a Cox enterprise. Neither ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSN, or even NPR have reported that The Cochran Firm was declared on May 12, 2015, by United States Federal Court in the Central District of California, not to even be "a law firm" and to have "unclean hands." Chances are you never heard of these cases, thanks to racist media companies. They're all in it together, including The Justice Department - like a bunch of hooded people dancing around burning crosses. Black, Get Back; Affirmative Action Banned

High Court Upholds Michigan's Affirmative Action Ban

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, upheld Michigan’s ban on using race as a factor in college admissions despite one justice’s impassioned dissent that accused the court of wanting to wish away racial inequality.

The justices said in a 6-2 ruling that Michigan voters had the right to change their state constitution in 2006 to prohibit public colleges and universities from taking account of race in admissions decisions. The justices said that a lower federal court was wrong to set aside the change as discriminatory.

The decision bolstered similar voter-approved initiatives banning affirmative action in education in California and Washington state. A few other states have adopted laws or issued executive orders to bar race-conscious admissions policies. ~~ Read the entire Washington Post article:

American prisoners are sometimes brutalized and killed in custody, and families may be censored and terrorized to contain the information. In 2008, high government officials were indicted on allegations that they suppressed investigations following prisoner murders and brutality because they owned prison and jail stock or in exchange for same. The case did not go to trial. The United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) suppressed an investigation of Larry Neal's 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail and his murder on August 1, 2003. The USDOJ also allowed the jail, which was already under its direct supervision due to lawsuit by the United States, to submit false testimony and reports that omitted the mentally, physically disabled black man's death from reports the jail made to the feds. This huge cover-up was/is facilitated by a corrupt law firm, The Johnnie Cochran Firm, sold-out American press, state bars, government representatives, judges, and human/civil rights organizations. I am greatly censored to hide the fact that DISABLED CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES ARE KIDNAPPED AND KILLED WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY IN GOVERNMENT FACILITIES. 

I hoped more information about inhumane treatment of Larry Neal and other prisoners would have been aired on Press TV's documentary, "The Facade of the American Dream." But perhaps my entire interview will be shown on another documentary. Bill Windsor, executive producer of "Lawless America - The Movie," and hundreds of whistleblowers will meet in Washington, D.C. on February 4 to present testimony to Congress about corruption in government, especially the justice system. Smuggling Human/Civil Rights News in USA

July 2013 update: These are the days. Everything that I have exposed about my persecution and censorship is being validated in news reports throughout the world. It seemed incredible to many people that my mail was being monitored three years ago when I wrote about stalkers who followed me to the post office and interrupted my mail. I had given up trying to use the mail service at my personal mailbox at the street in front of our home and the post office boxes I rented. This week it was revealed that YOUR mail is also being tracked. So far, all that has been revealed to the masses is the huge NSA monitoring program that intrudes on privacy rights of Americans and other countries. Nothing is revealed about the widespread censorship yet. My mail was not only monitored but actually intercepted and prevented from delivery. My email messages (incoming and outgoing) are not just read by agents but also prevented at will or delivered without certain links and sentences that I had written. DESPERATION TO CONTROL my communicating with others about civil and human rights violations extends to U.S. Mail. I mailed a CD filled with videos of real-time cyberterror and cybercensorship to various organizations and individuals I have met over the course of my family's justice quest. It took two days for my overnight Express Mail package to reach Rev. Pinkney. It took 10 days for a Florida publisher to receive my mail from Atlanta. The tape on the envelope had been slit, and the CD inside was BROKEN. Another addressee reports that she did not yet receive the mail I sent to her on March 8. Lack of respect for U.S. Mail is not surprising to me. After all, The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm used U.S.P.S. to send my family fake reports of what the firm was doing regarding the secret arrest and WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL while the firm actually did zero (mail fraud). Denial of justice to Larry Neal's family and millions of Americans who are either imprisoned or in danger of future incarcerations due to mental illness clearly indicate that the U.S.A. has moved far from democratic ideals. Discriminating against citizens with a health condition that affects 1 in 5 Americans is evident since psychiatric hospitalization is omitted from H.R. 3200, the proposed national health care plan. As director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI"), attacks against my communicating online and through U.S. Mail about mentally ill citizens being denied treatment has put me in the position of people in the French Resistance who smuggled information after the Nazi invasion. I filed a complaint with the FBI about the cyberstalking and cyberterror that is evidenced on my videos. I was advised months ago that my complaints indicate that I have become a Cointelpro victim. A news report from MSN on March 16 infers that ALL Americans have become Cointelpro victims. The report states that the FBI uses Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and LinkedIn to become friends with people in network communities to get in their confidence.

I also filed a complaint regarding Attorney General Eric Holder's DOJ withholding investigation regarding Larry's murder. The Bible says "Be long suffering," so my family has waited for over a year for Mr. Holder to get settled in his new position and investigate Larry's secret arrest and murder in Memphis/Shelby County Jail like he investigated Michael Vick's dogs' deaths for the NFL. I share most of my articles with the DOJ via email. All of my email boxes are monitored and controlled. Incoming emails are frequently deleted, and my outgoing emails are prevented, depending on what I write and to whom. Most efforts to email African American groups, Christian organizations, and prisoner activists groups are usually prevented. Our phone at 678.531.0262 was taken over months ago, and previous phone number before that one. We call and receive calls only to and from people that the controllers allow. Other calls are directed to voice mail, and we do not receive the messages.

Despite my email takeover, there is no doubt that the DOJ received the Neals' Freedom of Information Act request regarding Larry, which the Department of “Justice” refused to answer with responsive documents and information about the lifelong mental patient's secret arrest and death. Mail receipts show that many government officials know about and fail to respond appropriately to the injustice.The "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" and discrimination against millions of mentally ill Americans like him are censored online and in U.S. Mail, which makes smuggling human/civil rights news necessary in the USA. When I send Mr. Holder a CD of the cyberstalking and online censorship, I anticipate the same unsatisfactory response to these crimes as we received regarding Larry's murder, my family's persecution, and ongoing illegal acts against me to prevent advocacy for prisoners' human and civil rights. Nevertheless, I go through this exercise to awaken Americans to encroachments against freedom for us all - when I am allowed online. The people perish for lack of knowledge.

Some people assume racism alone that led to my family being the only 21st century Americans to have a member secretly arrested and returned nearly three weeks later as a naked corpse without explanation and denied an investigation. Racism certainly is part of the problem, but only part. The truth is that discrimination against mentally ill Americans is usual and ordinary, and it extends to all races and ages. In fact, more mentally ill Caucasians are prisoners than other races. Voters should realize there has been an "elite integration" regarding decision makers' mindset about mentally illness and numerous other issues. It is important to judge your political candidates by the content of their character, not by the color of their skin (adaptation of MLK quote). The stigma attached to mental illness is strong enough to exempt millions of Americans from the national health care plan. No provisions were included in H.R. 3200 for mental hospital coverage. The double stigma of being both an African American male and mentally ill exempts Larry's murder from the due process of law that is applied to dog abuse in the USA. But the stigma is not against African Americans only. Consider what happened to Tim Souders, a young mentally ill Caucasian man who died a slow death over days (torture) on a restraint table in a Michigan prison. Perhaps because Tim was white, his wrongful death was not covered up by authorities and censored by the media like Larry's murder is, and Michigan settled with his mother after she filed a civil suit. But Tim is still just as dead as Larry, despite the fact that his mom is not a victim of justice denied like Larry's mother is and despite Tim Souders' 60-Minutes TV special at the following link. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/02/08/60minutes/main2448074.shtml

The relevant fact is that Caucasian Tim Souders was arrested and exterminated because he was mentally ill just like Larry Neal was and numerous others. Discrimination against people with mental illness is just as aggrevious to sick citizens and their families as any other systemic discrimination, especially when it results in deaths. Families of mentally ill people do not thank authorities for relieving us of our "problem." Theresa Vaughn would rather have her son Tim alive regardless of his mental health, and Michigan could have used her $3.5 million settlement for Tim's treatment and many other purposes if only his common health condition had been treated, not criminalized. Police officers and prison guards should not be in the position of psychiatric caretakers. It is cruel and expensive. One hundred percent of police officers I polled agreed that acute mental patients do not belong behind bars, but in the absence of mental hospitals, they have no choice but to place crisis patients under arrest. In fact, police have frequently made "mercy arrests" to save neglected mental patients from freezing to death on America's streets.

He was secretly arrested by Memphis police who denied having him under incarceration until he died 18 days later on August 1, 2003, under YET UNDISCLOSED CIRCUMSTANCES.
