2. It is time to support organizations and political candidates who support the People and not corporations at the People's expense. Please support Rev. Pinkney, who is persecuted for righteousness' sake. He was largely responsible for building the Benton Harbor branch of the NAACP, according to that city's former mayor who joined us on a radio broadcast last month. Today the previously faithful NAACP Benton Harbor chapter president called the 102-year-old civil rights organization a "sellout." Rev. Pinkney pointed out that Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. refused to serve under the NAACP and was not a member. Rev. Pinkney says the NAACP wants to oust him because he actually works on behalf of the People whereas the organization is mostly interested in expensive awards dinners and other fundraising. I picketed hypocrisy at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Awards Dinner in Atlanta during King's Day celebrations last month, so it pleased me to hear Rev. Pinkney take a strong stand against hypocrisy. I was very disappointed in 2006 when 92-year-old Kathryn Johnston was killed by Atlanta police officers during a home invasion and her family was deliberately led to depend on The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm frauds, although I presented proof of that fraud at NAACP town hall meetings. The NAACP also ignored my handicapped brother's secret jailhouse lynching which happened in Memphis, Tennessee in 2003. In fact, some NAACP members were on the Shelby County Commission when Larry's death was covered up by the jail. Among them was former NAACP President Benjamin Hooks' nephew, Michael. He and other noted "colored people" had seats on the Shelby County Commission when The Cochran Firm helped the jail defraud my elderly mother to hide Larry Neal's lynching. (Google "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.") I applaud Rev. Pinkney and all freedom fighters of the past and present who have the courage to expose and oppose wrongdoing, like Justice Thurgood Marshall did long ago when the NAACP was on track. It is PAINFUL. When I published Cochran Firm Fraud videos 1 and 2, Julian Bond got with The Cochran Firm and published a video called "Cochran Firm 3." I cannot find it at YouTube now. Maybe Bond did not know what was happening at the time. I wonder.
3. Rev. Pinkney said he may sue the NAACP. He feels that the NAACP is trying to oust him because he opposes systemic racism and the corporate takeover of Benton Harbor, Michigan. If so, I am sure he will have no lack of witnesses to attest to the fact that the NAACP ignores many injustices against blacks and even encourages discrimination against African Americans. Below are a treaty, a new law and a proposed law that were recently introduced or signed and passed. Tey essentially undo/delete Americans' rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The president expressed reservations about signing NDAA with the indefinite detention provision in it, but he did sign it on December 31, 2011. Y'all won't believe the audacity of The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm Frauds. Former Cochran Firm president, Jock Smith, Esq (deceased), made a YouTube commercial claiming FALSELY that The Cochran Firm built its firm by choosing lawyers with a sense of justice. He said, "We did it in Atlanta with Hezekiah Sistrunk." The truth is The Cochran Firm dumps its ethical attorneys.
THE ATLANTA LAW OFFICE THAT JOCK SMITH SPOKE HIGHLY OF IN THE VIDEO EMBEDDED BELOW IS ALLOWED TO DENY ANY CONNECTION WITH THE COCHRAN FIRM IN COURT. When my mother and I sued because The Cochran Firm worked with Larry Neal's police murderers instead of its clients, The Cochran Firm used an assumed identity in court and denied its own existence. Ask Shawn Chapman Holley, an ethical attorney who worked with Cochran for 17 years and was forced out of the firm after he died along with all the attorneys in Cochran's Los Angeles office. Gilliam was an associate who represented the Ramapough People of New Jersey against Ford Motor Company in a lawsuit regarding environmental racism. The Ramapough are a Native American/African American mixed People who contracted with The Cochran Firm to sue Ford for dumping toxic waste on their tribal lands for decades, which caused sickness and deaths. Gilliam handled the Mann v. Ford case splendidly for two years, but when it was time for Ford to either pay $2 billion to $3 billion in damages or face a jury trial, The Cochran Firm partners suddenly snatched the case from its ethical associate attorney. The partners then settled with Ford for less than $14million (a serious discount from the expected payout - $2 billion to $3 billion). The Jackson Advocate reported that Gilliam was surprised about the low settlement and "is still perplexed over the Cochran firm’s abrupt displacement of her from the lead attorney’s role." Defrauding clients is a game with The Cochran Firm. Because they also defraud clients to help police after murders like my brother's secret jailhouse death, authorities do nothing about it. In United States District Court, the frauds claimed not to have a single law office in Memphis. However, The Cochran Firm had to write me a check for hiding from the process servicer when I sued The Firm (which made service of process cost extra money), and the check was written on a bank account for "The Cochran Firm, Memphis office"! They don't even TRY to cover their lies, because The Cochran Firm is ALLOWED TO DEFRAUD ITS BLACK CLIENTS AND COMMIT AND FRAUDS ON THE COURTS. I guess you could not call it "fraud on the courts" since the courts are apparently in on it, or judges would not roadblock lawsuits against The Cochran Firm.
The determination to defraud black people coast to coast through The Johnnie Cochran Firm is why I am stalked, censored, and have a directed energy weapon in my laptop that was implanted during a service visit. I did not know initially that when I EXPOSED The Cochran Firm, I was exposing a NWO plot against African Americans nationwide.

I was so impressed with the zeal to enforce justice for pit bulls at Michael Vick's ranch that I penned this poem, wishing that certain people counted as much as dogs in America with their right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness protected like canine citizens:
DOG JUSTICE
Too bad you weren't a dog, my brother
In my heart, I cried
Many more people would care about you
And wonder why you died
You had no spots or floppy ears
You never fetched a ball
Instead, you were a human being
But poor, black, and flawed
You died in jail for mental illness
I know down in my heart
Your death would be investigated
If only you could bark
Dog deaths get swift justice
Their abusers are sent to jail
Poor Mama would have closure now
If you'd had a wagging tail
But you were made in God's image
And some day, I have no doubt
The mentally ill and American dogs
Will have at least equal clout

The Goolsby family in the Metro Atlanta area had two sons, ages 17 and 22, imprisoned for behavior arising from mental illness, but the teen has now been transferred to a mental hospital. The 22-year-old who was raped and beaten over the head with a pipe was transferred to a maximum security prison where he will hopefully have better security regarding inmate abuse. Brutality is a common problem for acute mental patients in prisons, where they should NOT be in the first place, and
(7) Rozy Press, a Los Angeles school teacher who documents her oppression following a vicious attack by a student. Rozy was sprayed with chemicals from a fire extinguisher. She regularly joins the show and discusses educational issues in America.

I came to this article for Rev. Pinkney's phone number because he is a political prisoner again, and I discovered the video was inaccessible. Rev. Pinkney was arrested last week and released the following day under a gag order. He is not able to communicate by Internet at all, which means you cannot hear him on his radio shows for the time being. Rev. I love God and the IDEA of America - a melting pot. Many hard lumps remain in the custard today. AIMI members work to have civil and human rights applied to all, including the mentally ill. We oppose wrongful convictions, prison profiteering, excessive sentencing, police brutality, capital punishment, and inequities in application of the law due to racial and economic disparities. We also oppose crime and recognize crime as being violations against human rights and property rights. Imprisonment is often warranted, but never brutality, torture, or death. We advocate love. The need is for America to "be true to what she said on paper" (MLK).
