Cochran Firm Fraud Fails in CA Court

By order of federal court, The Cochran Firm cannot be considered a "national law firm." It has falsified its identity and defrauded the world.

See the Order below that was issued May 12, 2015, by United States District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez dissolving (i.e., cancelling and dismissing) the preliminary injunction that The Cochran Firm had obtained to "protect" its alleged trademark.The Cochran Firm, P.C. - Order Dissolving Preliminary Injunction related to The Cochran Firm vs. Randy McMurray, Esq. Among the highlights from the order are the following passages:

1. "Defendant [McMurray] has met his burden that Plaintiff [The Cochran Firm] has unclean hands in the use of its trademark by advertising itself as a national law firm when there is no evidence that the individual offices are connected other than through agreements with Plaintiff." (Page 11.)

2. "In assessing whether [The Cochran Firm] meets the definition of a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the Court finds that ... [The Cochran Firm], together with all of the individual regional offices, do not fit this definition." (Page 12.)

  The Cochran Firm Fraud Failed in CA Fed. Court

It should come as no surprise that The Cochran Firm is a fraud to people who have followed the "MaryLovesJustice" articles and radio broadcasts and know about CoIntelPro tactics to undermine African Americans. In addition to presenting itself falsely as a national law firm, The Cochran Firm defrauded hundreds of its clients in the unprofessional handling of their legal cases over the 15 years since Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. In fact, The Cochran Firm is regularly sued for RACISM, MALPRACTICE, BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY, SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, SEX DISCRIMINATION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, and of course, FRAUD. Members of the defrauded class of clients listed in the "Treacherous Lawyers" document above plan to sue Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith, P.C. for racketeering. We seek an attorney to present our irrefutable evidence before an impartial judge and jury. When one reads about the heinous frauds that have been done by these officers of the court, and oftentimes upheld in courts, one will recognize the lawlessness that reigns in the United States of America and the deep animosity against people of color, who are The Cochran Firm's usual clients/victims.

Media companies and consumer protection agencies have steadfastly refused to warn people of color by even publishing lawsuits and complaints against The Cochran Firm, which are plenteous. That is likely because The Cochran Firm defrauds its clients on behalf of municipalities, police departments, and other government agencies as well as large, wealthy corporations. Had media companies and consumer protection agencies published the complaints and lawsuits against The Cochran Firm timely, most of The Cochran Firm's defrauded clients would have chosen honest, earnest lawyers to represent their cases alleging wrongful deaths, police brutality, sex discrimination, race discrimination by employers, and catastrophic injuries caused by corporate negligence. Instead, African Americans and other Cochran Firm clients (usually minorities) were not informed, and The Cochran Firm used its position as their legal counsel to save government entities and large corporations billions of dollars.

Racism is still prevalent in the United States of America. As it was in the 1700's, when slaves built this country, The Cochran Firm was able to continue its frauds against people of color because of systemic racism. Legal organizations and bar associations continued to give The Cochran Firm coveted awards, knowing that under their suits, The Cochran Firm lawyers wear white robes and collude against their own clients to help their clients' defendants in civil cases, or collude with prosecutors in criminal cases. For The Cochran Firm frauds, throwing the fight (likely for kickbacks) is usual and ordinary. This is racketeering. 

Because Mary Neal discloses The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans and advocates against the continuous killings of mentally ill people under the color of law, with or without a death warrant, she experiences surveillance, intimidation, and censorship in her home state, Georgia, where mentally ill people are habitually killed.

Racketeering: Traditionally, obtaining or extorting money illegally or carrying on illegal business activities, usually by Organized Crime. Whereas the Court found that The Cochran Firm does not qualify as a single law firm with law offices throughout the nation -- as is commonly claimed -- two of The Cochran Firm offices are certainly related although that relationship was falsely denied in Georgia courts: The Atlanta office (CCGSS) and the Memphis office. In fact, despite perjury put before the courts by defendants in the "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm" lawsuits (in both Georgia Superior Court and in Federal Court), wherein CCGSS disclaimed any association whatsoever with The Cochran Firm's Memphis law office, CCGSS was actually registered as a Tennessee professional corporation with its address in the Memphis Cochran Firm law office.

Perjury is such a common practice of The Cochran Firm lawyers and partners that perjury is even recommended to gullible clients, like Ms. Sarah Dozier (niece of Kathryn Johnston, 92-year-old Atlanta police murder victim, 2006). Dozier was induced by Hezekiah Sistrunk, Jr., Esq. to lie to Georgia Probate Court and deny receipt of an invoice against Johnston's estate that had been sent by Mekel Hutchins for public relations work he did acting as family spokesman immediately after Johnston's murder. Hutchins sued Dozier for lying to avoid paying his invoice, and Dozier died. Dozier's sons say her death was caused by Legal Abuse Syndrome.

Some people were surprised to read recently that the Ku Klux Klan would accept Black and Hispanic members. It would be convenient if enemies were easily discerned by skin color, but that is not the case. Black Teachers Jailed, Cochran Firm Fraud Continues

This is an draft published early out of necessity.

Paragraph 1 of   .  FRAUD is a way of life in Georgia. Sometimes black professionals do frauds like white people. That is frowned upon unless blacks do their frauds FOR white people. Teachers were awarded bonuses based on their students' test scores, I understand. But the bonuses the Atlanta school teachers scored did not go to white people, apparently. Their boss was the former Atlanta City Schools superintendent, Beverly Hall, who was also "black like me." The stress killed Hall before her trial. Fox Atlanta reported "Hall was not able to stand trial due to her deteriorating health and chemotherapy treatment, but the charged were not dropped against her." I figure Hall knew about The Cochran Firm fraud and made that known. I wrote about it using her name in the articles and saying I would be at her fraud trial, and so her trial was never scheduled. Whereas some blacks are too negligent to do Internet research, I have learned, others are not. Hall obviously was not. Whereas Hall died at home or in a nice hospital, some of the Atlanta school teachers may be brutalized, raped, sodomized, and even die in prison, especially if they are put in cells with homicidal mental patients like Georgia does to some inmates. Then the mentally ill inmates who kill them will be executed like Warren Hill was. Case closed. See link number 1 below after Paragraph 22 (so far that is the number of my last paragraph).

Paragraph 2 of   .  Black people REALLY need to research their lawyers before signing contract, but many take the state bars' word for the gospel. That is so silly, survivors of Chavis Carter, John Crawford, and others. They research The Cochran Firm only AFTER they have already been defrauded and find my articles, even when I title the articles with their names! Wake up, my people! Do you really expect the state bars to tell you about complaints against the biggest CoIntelPro operation in U.S. history that saves government agencies and major corporations billions of dollars annually by defrauding black clients? "ET phone home -- hel-lo!" Let me ask you something: How much money have YOU paid in bar association dues lately? I rest my case. See an email the Georgia Bar wrote to a lawyer promising that once his response to a complaint is received, they would immediately close the investigation -- without any consideration as to whether or not he was guilty! It is in an article at link number 2 below.

Paragraph 3 of   .  Why prosecute ten Atlanta City School teachers for changing test grades when The Cochran Firm and Georgia judges defrauded the court and dismissed my righteous lawsuits by entering perjury in the record saying that no office of The Cochran Firm exists in this state? Why arrest teachers when The Cochran Firm lied and told the world that it had filed a lawsuit in the Kathryn Johnston murder by police case when the court records show no such lawsuit having been filed? I found records in federal court saying the Johnston lawsuit had been "transferred" there to be heard in Federal Court by Judge Shoob, father of Wendy Shoob, the Fulton County Superior Court judge who falsely ruled The Cochran Firm nonexistent in the state. Nothing can be "transferred" until it is originally filed. City of Atlanta lawyers were apparently in on that fraud, as were a good many other lawyers of record. Hi, y'all. I want you to know that I offered Mayor Reed the opportunity to settle the City's denial of my First Amendment rights for only $25,000 when police told me I could not expose this fraud on Johnston's family and mine by The Cochran Firm to people in the City of Atlanta. I would even have omitted this from my exposé, "Cochran Firm Fraud," because Reed was not mayor when this fraud happened. He and the City Counsel refused - keeping wealth out of black hands, you understand. So there you go!

Paragraph 4 of   .  With court officers playing games like these, which are IGNORED by the media as well as law officials -- FRAUDS GALORE -- it is racist for black teachers to be jailed, probably by one of the same courts, for doing the same thing. Now you know why they surrounded my home with stalkers: It is because I tell, and there's lots more to expose and oppose.

Paragraph 5 of   .  Hezekiah Sistrunk, Jr., the managing partner of the "disappearing" Cochran Firm office in Atlanta also defrauded the niece of Kathryn Johnston who was his client, Sarah Dozier. In fact, Sistrunk had Dozier to also lie and defraud Probate Court, which led to her being sued by Mekel Hutchins. Hutchins had taken the role of the official spokesperson media and community contacts when Dozier's 92-year-old aunt, Kathryn Johnson, was killed by Atlanta police officers during a home invasion in 2006 (called a "drug bust," but it was no such thing). The original charges against these officers included burglary as well as murder. 

Paragraph 6 of   .  Why was Hutchins the official spokesperson when Dozier had hired The Cochran Firm like Corey Ward's family? Hutchins had sent Dozier a bill charging 10 percent of her lawsuit for his "services," and Sistrunk told her to ignore it. Sistrunk told his client not to acknowledge receipt of Hutchins' bill as she should have when asked by Probate Court if the Johnston's estate had any outstanding bills. She had an obligation to be truthful with the court even if she contested the bill. But Sistrunk and the rest of The Cochran Firm lawyers defraud courts regularly from coast to coast and get away with it, so Dozier followed his unethical, illegal advice and wound up in a legal battle with Hutchins that likely contributed to her death. 

Paragraph 7 of   . Corey Ward was another victim of Atlanta police officers. When his family also got defrauded by The Cochran Firm, Hutchins was the official spokesperson on that case, too. I figure Rev. Hutchins was selected BY The Cochran Firm frauds to be the official spokespersons for their "special" cases when they defraud police victims' survivors in Georgia. Apparently, he was not satisfied with his cut from Sistrunk, or Sistrunk may have cut him out altogether. Therefore, Hutchins went after Johnston's estate and sued Johnston's niece, Dozier, when she took Sistrunk's bad advice and lied to Probate Court, refusing to acknowledge receipt of Hutchin's invoice.Paragraph 8 of   .  Corey Ward was murdered by an Atlanta police officer in 2002, which was four years before Johnston was killed and set up on false drug dealing charges. (By the way, The Cochran Firm frauds used that excuse for police in its complaint, even though the "botched drug raid" excuse had already been refuted by the police informant who denied ever buying drugs from the old lady's home, and no other house on her street was implicated. Where's the "right house," Atlanta PD?) 

Paragraph 9 of   .  The Georgia Legislature got involved in saving Officer R. S. Bunn from prosecution in 2006, which was six years after his indictment for Ward's murder. There's a new law in Georgia that rich people who are unhappily married or have a business partner they want to kill need to know about. If police or rich people kill someone in Georgia and say it was self-defense, a judge can simply dismiss the case even if the grand jury returns a murder indictment! But you have to "convince" the judge first, which might not be that hard, according to my dealings with Georgia court$. The Cochran Firm frauds never filed suit for Ward's family, as far as I heard. Counter Punch described Ward's murder this way:

Paragraph 10 of   .  "Officer R. S. Bunn says that he shot Ward in self-defense, alleging that Ward attempted to ram him with an SUV after being ordered to stop. According to Bunn and his partner, Ward and five friends were attempting to steal a car when he identified himself as a police officer and attempted to make an arrest.

Paragraph 11 of   .  Ward’s family and at least some of the people in the car with him tell a different story, claiming that Ward was wrongly profiled as a thief simply because he was a young black man driving a new SUV. They maintain that Bunn and his partner never identified themselves as police officers, and then shot him for no good reason."

Paragraph 12 of   .  Dozier probably died of Legal Abuse Syndrome, a type of PTSD that stresses some people very badly when they suffer long and hard in America's corrupt justice system. (Of course, law offices serve Cokes or coffee to their clients, so Dozier may have died of something else.) In any case, I don't internalize my stress over being victimized by The Cochran Firm and corrupt courts. I write about it and feel better instantly. Dozier's sons should sue Sistrunk and The Cochran Firm over their mother's demise, but maybe not. Dozier isn't the only The Cochran Firm fraud victim who turned up dead. I believe they sent a hit woman to my house to kill my elderly mother in 2013.

Paragraph 13 of   .  I was sitting on my porch and watched a woman struggle to park a late-modeled navy blue SUV under the tree near my driveway. I thought to myself that she must have borrowed the vehicle or had recently bought it. I was surprised when she exited the vehicle and approached my house. (My family does not entertain non-relatives much since my original lawsuits against The Cochran Firm and other paper evidence were stolen in 2012. A CoIntelPro woman who was dating my son handed them out of my own front door to her co-conspirators in August 2012.) The woman was wearing a smock like nurses use and had a stethoscope around her neck (yes, she was dressed for the part). She announced herself as being a nurse sent by my elderly mother's home health company. I told her I was not aware that a nurse had been assigned, because the doctor and I had agreed that would not be necessary, but she said in her thick (probably contrived) accent, "Yes, they sent me to see Hattie Neal." 

Paragraph 14 of   .  Long story short, I sent her up to Mama's room, then followed myself about five minutes later. The fake nurse was standing over my mother's hospital bed. My mom had her diaper down and her buttocks thrust out toward the nurse, who JUMPED as I entered the room. I said, "What are you doing?" 

Paragraph 15 of   .  The "nurse" explained that she was sent to change the bandage on my mom's buttocks. I pointed out that my mother wore no bandage, and she said, "I see, I see - nice buttocks, very nice." That was as curious as heck. She hurried up and got out of Dodge without having me sign her work order like the physical therapists and a previous nurse had always done. I called the home health company and inquired about the nurse after she left, and the home health company checked its records and denied sending her. A couple of days later, the doctor also denied sending her. Then I called the cops. 

Paragraph 16 of   .  I called 911 but stated that it was not an emergency. I reported the agent who pretended to be a nurse who had sexually assaulted my mother. Right away, the 911 operator, if that is really the party I reached on my taken-over phone, said, "Why are you calling? She didn't steal anything." Whoa! I could not say and did not say if the woman stole anything, because I was not completely familiar with everything my mother had in her room, so how could the 911 operator make that assertion so confidently? I thought, "What have we got here, Margo?"

Paragraph 17 of   .  That's a long story, and I already gave details in an article at link number ___ below. But suffice it to say that whatever is going on, DeKalb County Police Department is a co-conspirator. I learned later that Marilyn Monroe was likely killed by a poison suppository that had been inserted up her rectum, and that a woman in Atlanta was being prosecuted for injecting apparently tainted silicone in victims' buttocks. I'm convinced that God did a good thing when He sent me to closely follow that nurse into my mom's room. Thank you, LORD! The cops at first REFUSED to take a police report on the incident. I had to write to Rep. Hank Johnson and Sen. Saxby Chambliss to get a police report filed, and that, too, was mishandled. I'll just save the details for my book - "The Cochran Firm Fraud." Gee whiz, Cochran Firm frauds! Who do you NOT have in your circle of friends (or should I say, "in your pocket")?

Paragraph 18 of   .  Yes, I think The Cochran Firm is not only a law firm of frauds, but they are possibly very dangerous people. Other clients they had also came up dead like poor Ms. Dozier (discussed in detail in my book). I didn't know about it at the time, but a former Cochran Firm partner, Randy McMurray, had just entered information about the lawsuit that my mother and I filed against The Cochran Firm in his own lawsuit against the firm alleging RICO Act racketeering. That may have prompted our visit by the "nurse." Only my mother was asked to sign the bogus contract with The Cochran Firm frauds for reasons that I did not understand on August 9, 2003, which was the day after my mentally, physically disabled brother's burial. Larry Neal was murdered after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail, and we contracted with The Cochran Firm to be our legal defense in negligence and wrongful death civil actions against Larry's care home, the State of Tennessee, Memphis Police Department, and Shelby County Jail. That's a hoot -- hiring CoIntelPro lawyers to sue cops and government officials! "My people PERISH for lack of knowledge," the bible says. Absolutely right.

Paragraph 19 of   .  Oh, oh, readers! The Georgia CoIntelPro agents are circling my house, so I will stop and publish this much so they can relax. Then they'll send the dogs that come whenever I publish something they hate. I'll work on this article some more later. Writing about the frauds and corruption in Georgia always makes me write long articles. Georgia teachers, you should NOT have done what you did, but you should have been more like Rev. Eddie Long and done your research to get the system off your backs. When I saw him being assassinated in the media for being sued by youths who alleged sex abuse, which I believe happened, I gave him "five smooth stones." That got the media out of his yard immediately. Unless the media crucifies ALL wrongdoers, I think anarchy is in order and NOBODY should be reported or prosecuted or arrested. Either America will honor laws or it will not. As long as all of these cops get away with murder and higher-ups get away with frauds, why shouldn't you also get away with it until God deals with you and your wickedness?

I have to go change Mama and fix her coffee and breakfast now, anyway. She has not walked since she went to the hospital in November 2012 after being treated for an infection. She walked in and left there in December on a hospital bed. We rode home in an ambulance. The Cochran Firm became benefactors of the hospital exactly in December of 2012, I learned months later. You see, I do my Internet research. That is what everybody, especially black people, must learn to do. 

Paragraph 21 of    .  Other people would not tell you all the things that I do, but God said I must speak for the poor and oppressed and all who are appointed to destruction (Proverbs 31:8-9). I'm very glad He told me that, because I am UPSET over Georgia judges wrongfully dismissing my lawsuits against The Cochran Firm frauds after I generously gave them an opportunity to play Jesus for all of their accomplices. I love God for giving me clear instructions to do what I already wanted to do. We're tight like that.

But "they" are still so determined to "keep wealth out of black hands" that their demons of white supremacy will NOT let them think rationally. Following The Cochran Firm Fraud Trail to White Liberals

It is interesting to follow The Cochran Firm fraud trail and see where it leads. I knew it had to lead to big money and powerful people. No insignificant law firm would have the nerve to use "nonexistence" as a defense when sued for malpractice and fraud like The Cochran Firm did when sued by the Neal family. I am disappointed but not surprised to find that The Cochran Firm fraud trail leads to so-called "white liberals."

Hezekiah Sistrunk is congratulated all over the Internet for being awarded the coveted Clarence Darrow Award. Sistrunk is the managing partner of The Cochran Firm's Atlanta Office, a law office that was declared nonexistent by Georgia courts to help The Cochran Firm avoid accountability for fraud. After the death of Jock Smith, Sistrunk became a National Partner and President of The Cochran Firm. "They" like to keep a black face out front.

Clarence Darrow was allegedly one of the greatest trial lawyers of the 20th century and a leading member of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). I have received no assistance from the ACLU regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, a mentally and physically disabled black man, and The Cochran Firm fraud that prevented our wrongful death and negligence lawsuits from going forward. The Cochran Firm did this by signing contract with the Neals under a secret conflict of interest, then withholding legal services it pretended to render for nearly a year through U.S. Mail fraud. I assume the ACLU did not object to the Clarence Darrow Award being bestowed on Hezekiah Sistrunk, a thoroughly corrupt attorney whose law firm denied its own existence in Georgia, a perjury that was upheld in Georgia Superior Court by Judge Wendy Shoob in 2006 and in United States District Court in 2007, with Judge Timothy Batten presiding.

The Clarence Darrow Award was presented by Mike Papantonio at the 2014 Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 10, 2014. Robert Kennedy, Jr. is one of the attorneys in The Papanonio Firm.

The Cochran Firm's press release says, "The Clarence Darrow Award recognizes dedication and excellence in the legal profession and is given to an attorney who has demonstrated exceptional conviction in their work."

Inasmuch as The Cochran Firm's "work" is to defraud black people throughout America to save government entities and large corporations from paying righteous damages to The Cochran Firm's clients, I agree that Sistrunk displays "exceptional conviction" to his work.

I have no doubt that everyone involved in bestowing this honor on Hezekiah Sistrunk is well aware of The Cochran Firm's many frauds against its African American clients. They could hardly miss knowing about lawsuits and allegations of fraud and racism levied against The Cochran Firm by its former attorneys who refused to deliberately withhold adequate legal services from the firm's clients after Johnnie Cochran's untimely death. The civil rights attorneys who worked with Cochran were fired or forced out of the firm after the firm fell into the hands of white supremacists who had partnered with Cochran shortly before his demise. Cochran died shortly after announcing his plan to file suit for slavery and Jim Crow reparations against the USA and major corporations that used leased slaves.

The Cochran Firm's press release about Hezekiah Sistrunk being awarded the Clarence Darrow Award even made mention of his defrauded client, Sarah Dozier, the niece of Kathryn Johnston, whose wrongful death case The Cochran Firm misrepresented terribly in Atlanta. The Cochran Firm claimed to have filed a lawsuit with an $18 million demand a year after Kathryn Johnston's shooting death by Atlanta police officers. However, I was unable to find the court of origin of the lawsuit. Both Georgia Superior Court and Georgia State Court denied being the court of origin when I checked their records after the lawsuit was settled. Both courts presented supervisors who assured me the case was never filed in their courts, and both courts allowed me to examine their computerized list of cases to prove the suit was not filed there. No such lawsuit was found on record. However, United States District Court had a case for Dozier v. City of Atlanta that claimed (falsely, apparently) to have been transferred from Georgia State Court. The changes that were made to the federal court docket AFTER the lawsuit settled for less than a third of the demand are reprehensible and obscene. That botched case was presided over by Judge Marvin Shoob, father of Judge Wendy Shoob, who pronounced The Cochran Firm nonexistent in Georgia and wrongly dismissed the Neals v. The Cochran Firm case in 2006.

Hezekiah Sistrunk defrauded Dozier a second time when she was sued by The Rev. Markel Hutchins. Sistrunk allegedly advised his client, Dozier, to lie to Probate Court and deny having received Hutchins' invoice for services connected to her recovery of damages for police having murdered her 92-year-old aunt, Kathryn Johnston. How many lawyers advise their clients to defraud the court and defraud courts themselves with impunity? How many lawyers would win prestigious awards after that illegal conduct was published? Only The Cochran Firm is allowed such license. Dozier's sons believe their mother died partly due to stress - Legal Abuse Syndrome.

The Cochran Firm regularly defrauds its African American clients to "protect the status quo," which is elite white supremacy. That was the mission undertaken by the covert FBI program, CoIntelPro. The Cochran Firm saved Ford Motor Company roughly $3 billion by defrauding the Ramapough People, and that was only one case. Imagine how much money The Cochran Firm saves corporate America and government agencies every year by defrauding African Americans and other minorities under Johnnie Cochran's name.

Besides being awarded the Clarence Darrow Award from white liberals, Sistrunk was inducted into the Gate City Bar Association Hall of Fame by Negro lawyers in November 2011. Good job defrauding the Neals and Johnston's family, Sistrunk and co-conspirators! Meka B. Ward, the president of the Gate City Bar Association, will soon become the first African American president of the State Bar of Georgia, another corrupt organization that refused to even mail me a complaint form after my Cochran Firm fraud until commanded to do so by the State Attorney General. Larry was a heart patient who was killed after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail. The Cochran Firm did no substantive work regarding Larry's secret arrest and death during the Tennessee statute of limitations, although it sent the family lying updates. When Christopher Tucker paid The Cochran Firm frauds over $12k to represent him regarding a resisting arrest charge, he did not expect to be sent an apparently drunk lawyer who had no legal right to practice law in the Oklahoma City court where Tucker's trial would be held. Carter was a young black man who was arrested in Jonesboro, AR. Police claim that the youth committed suicide after being searched twice while his hands double handcuffed behind his back and he was locked in the back of their police car. Curiously, the dash cam stopped working just prior to Carter's shooting and resumed working right after. The Cochran Firm contracted with his family and never actually filed suit, as far as this writer knows. The lead plaintiff, who was a good swimmer and a fisherman since childhood, somehow drowned after notifying his attorney he was going fishing. An African American youth was apparently by a St.Louis police officer in 2002. On the civil trial date in 2006, Rodney Holmes, Esq., The Cochran Firm lawyer, was missing in action. He did not appear in court to defend his client's wrongful death case. Ms. Judy Nashville, mother of the deceased, Stanley Parker, 17, called The Cochran Firm frauds' office and inquired. The Cochran Firm frauds reportedly called Holmes repeatedly but claimed they could not reach the missing attorney. Former police officer Keith McGull had allegedly killed Parker for no reason in the "Michael Brown" Missouri case of 2002. The police department's lawyer reportedly told Nashville that Holmes often stood up his clients. Former Cochran Firm president, Jock Smith, Esq (deceased), made a YouTube commercial claiming FALSELY that The Cochran Firm built its firm by choosing lawyers with a sense of justice. He said, "We did it in Atlanta with Hezekiah Sistrunk." The truth is The Cochran Firm dumps its ethical attorneys.

THE ATLANTA LAW OFFICE THAT JOCK SMITH SPOKE HIGHLY OF IN THE VIDEO EMBEDDED BELOW IS ALLOWED TO DENY ANY CONNECTION WITH THE COCHRAN FIRM IN COURT. When my mother and I sued because The Cochran Firm worked with Larry Neal's police murderers instead of its clients, The Cochran Firm used an assumed identity in court and denied its own existence. It was the most ridiculous thing you could ever imagin: "If you have no defense, just say you don't exist."

Although The Cochran Firm may have some ethical attorneys, it is dangerous to let the partners know. Ask Shawn Chapman Holley, an ethical attorney who worked with Cochran for 17 years and was forced out of the firm after he died along with all the attorneys in Cochran's Los Angeles office. CoIntelPro is not nearly through with blacks in America, but whites are also eligible for the lawyer fraud, just like the Latino client who sued The Cochran Firm for defrauding her. Gilliam was an associate who represented the Ramapough People of New Jersey against Ford Motor Company in a lawsuit regarding environmental racism. The Ramapough are a Native American/African American mixed People who contracted with The Cochran Firm to sue Ford for dumping toxic waste on their tribal lands for decades, which caused sickness and deaths. Gilliam handled the Mann v. Ford case splendidly for two years, but when it was time for Ford to either pay $2 billion to $3 billion in damages or face a jury trial, The Cochran Firm partners suddenly snatched the case from its ethical associate attorney. The partners then settled with Ford for less than $14million (a serious discount from the expected payout - $2 billion to $3 billion). The Jackson Advocate reported that Gilliam was surprised about the low settlement and "is still perplexed over the Cochran firm’s abrupt displacement of her from the lead attorney’s role." Defrauding clients is a game with The Cochran Firm. Because they also defraud clients to help police after murders like my brother's secret jailhouse death, authorities do nothing about it. Perhaps clients' intended defendants pay the devious lawyers more under the table than the attorneys would have earned by honestly and ethically representing their clients' interests. The Cochran Firm frequently works for the wealthest party in a civil action no matter which party they sign contract to represent.

My mother and I discovered The Cochran Firm defrauded our family to save Memphis Shelby County Jail after my disabled brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested there for 18 days and murdered under circumstances that the jail and the U.S. Department of Justice refuse to disclose - like it is their RIGHT to kill black men. The Cochran Firm appeared in court as "CCGSS," and claimed to be a law firm that was totally owned and operated within the State of Georgia - a huge lie. The Cochran Firm was recently "promoted" to represent thousands of whites in class action cases against DePuy implants and the BP oil spill. I doubt if The Cochran Firm's agenda to defraud its clients by helping major corporations and government entities behind its clients' backs will Change, so white Cochran Firm clients should beware.

WEREWOLVES send stalkers to censor me online and follow me around in person to stop me from warning black people in the USA that The Cochran Firm is a CoIntelPro organization. Who else can lie like they did in court and be protected? Certainly no firm that was really working on behalf of blacks who sue police. Wake up, wake up!

In United States District Court, the frauds claimed not to have a single law office in Memphis. However, The Cochran Firm had to write me a check for hiding from the process servicer when I sued The Firm (which made service of process cost extra money), and the check was written on a bank account for "The Cochran Firm, Memphis office"! They don't even TRY to cover their lies, because The Cochran Firm is ALLOWED TO DEFRAUD ITS BLACK CLIENTS AND COMMIT AND FRAUDS ON THE COURTS. I guess you could not call it "fraud on the courts" since the courts are apparently in on it, or judges would not roadblock lawsuits against The Cochran Firm.

The determination to defraud black people coast to coast through The Johnnie Cochran Firm is why I am stalked, censored, and have a directed energy weapon in my laptop that was implanted during a service visit. I did not know initially that when I EXPOSED The Cochran Firm, I was exposing a NWO plot against African Americans nationwide.

Other Cochran Firm Fraud victims and I would like for The Cochran Firm frauds to be prosecuted under the RICO Act. We also plan to sue The Cochran Firm for racketeering, but not in Georgia. That state had separate but equal proms for high school seniors until a couple of years ago, and perhaps it still does. Ironically, Smith died of heart attack like my mentally, physically brother whose murder The Cochran Firm colluded to Memphis Shelby County Jail and the United States Department of Justice to help cover-up in 2003. In addition to being mentally disabled, Larry was also a black man. Those two factors disqualified Larry's murder and his grieving family for DOG JUSTICE. Please see my most censored poem below.  I wrote "Dog Justice" as I watched federal investigators comb Michael Vick's ranch searching for evidence to prosecute the athlete for dog abuse. I was envious of the public support and prosecutorial efforts those pit bulls got while Larry's murder remains covered-up by the injustice system these eight years later. Many imprisoned Americans who suffer brutality and some citizens who did not reach jail alive deserve DOG JUSTICE.

The last time I checked, the censorship crew would not let people read the signatures and comments on either of our petitions for Dog Justice for Larry Neal: You can TRY to see/endorse the petition calling for DOG JUSTICE FOR THE MENTALLY ILL at this site: http://www.petitiononline.com/Neal/petition.html - With 1.25 million mentally dysfunctional Americans imprisoned, the comments are quite enlightening. I feel it violates the petitioners' civil rights to hide their comments, but I am not sure that any of us actually have civil rights.

Larry died after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003, and his death is still denied any accountability whatsoever. Stalkers are assigned to prevent my family from using our computers and telephones freely in order to cover-up Larry's murder, prevent successful advocacy for 1.25 million other wrongly incarcerated mentally ill Americans, and to impede our ability to earn a living. Poverty is one of my penalties for objecting to Larry's murder and helping others to further their justice quests. Listen to my presentation during the later half of the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio Show on January 8, and notice that stalkers cut the phone connection as I tried to read DOG JUSTICE on the show. I dedicated the reading to the family of Timothy "Bulldog" Allen, a brain damaged black man whose body had just been found after he was "missing" for a month. Allen surfaced in a river that police refused to drag for his body in St. Joseph, Michigan. He was a few yards from the spot where he was last seen speaking with police officers in early November 2011. Congratulations to corporations and individuals who united to defeat SOPA so that you could keep a degree of net freedom that I have been denied for a number of years since bringing suit against The Cochran Firm for defrauding my family to save the jail where Larry was killed. I am hopeful that even more zeal will be applied to supporting Rep. Ron Paul's bill to repeal NDAA Section 1021, which provides for Americans and immigrants to be detained by the military in concentration camps without any opportunity for defense. Senate bills 1698 and H.R.3166 should also be repealed. They provide for Americans to be stripped of citizenship. Please ask your representatives to support H.R.3785 to repeal NDAA Section 1021. My situation proves that people can be mistreated merely because they ask about missing/murdered relatives and promote justice for all. Please vote for H.R.3785 at OpenCongress.org, and write your representatives.

Those bills by the 112th Congress are apparently censored topics. Note that stalkers also severed my phone connection to end my January 22nd presentation on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio. That was done to prevent my announcing Rep. Paul's bill H.R.3785 to repeal NDAA. I experienced similar censorship promoting H.R.619, a now moot congressional bill that would have resumed Medicaid for mental hospitalization. Stalkers destroyed my computer altogether in July when I advocated against Senate Bill 968 and my articles were widely read at OpenCongress.org. I empathize with Troy Davis, and his plea resonates in my heart: "Where's the Justice for Me?"

Why are so many people consumed with censoring me? I read articles by prisoner activists. In fact, everything I publish is from information that is already online. Therefore, I think I am persecuted totally to hide my brother's murder and The Cochran Firm fraud. That is the only news I publish that is unique to my own experience. With the huge success of that firm, one would think the attorneys would choose to finally do what is right rather than battle me to keep their fraud secret, if that is who employs the stalkers. What is the commonality between The Cochran Firm fraud and congressional bills? Why do the same stalkers censor me even when I do not mention The Cochran Firm fraud? I am sad, angry and frustrated. When I watched The Diary of Ann Frank as a kid, I never expected to be in her position - stuck at home writing.  I hate to burden my readers with news about these stalkers rather than keeping to the point of my article - support for NDAA, but you cannot imagine how horrible it is. They apparently hear everything that happens in my house. When I burp while working online, I find myself saying, "Excuse me," because they somehow code my PCs to pick up sound. This makes me adamant about helping you to save your freedoms - something I do not know if I will ever have again. Authorities refuse to investigate and prosecute my family's loss of privacy. One man told me they are the ones doing this, and that seems likely.

I urge everyone to please give Rep. Paul's repeal bill full support. Otherwise, any First Amendment gains we made by defeating SOPA will be lost. No American is free to actually use his First Amendment rights as long as concentration camp detainment could be government's response. Please remove that ungodly constrictions against us and future generations! Instead of complaining about Americans' loss of trial by jury and future infringements, we may have to smile and tap dance and act happy about future encroachments like slaves were forced to "put on a happy face" for 400 years before we gained our "freedom" from enforced servitude such as prison laborers bear now.

Please note that supporting a congressional bill is not casting a vote for president of the U.S.A. You can support Rep. Paul's repeal bill to restore YOUR right to trial by jury and still vote for someone else to be president. Remember that Congress gave the White House the legal right to order innocent people into concentration camps, so please apply special care when voting in elections. Choose officials who honor human rights.

They should make cyberstalkers stop stealing my emails like they made the young man stop stealing Sarah Palin's. They should trace the license number for the young man who admitted he was paid well to follow me. They should find out who these awful people work for and put them in jail. I will not advocate for them if they get daily beatings! It seems that laws are used against black families but not for us. I hope that if enough of us make the request, law enforcement may be inspired to do their jobs. Perhaps we will not all be punished for requesting DOG JUSTICE for Mary Neal. On the other hand, concentration camps can hold millions. I know it has gotten frightening to make requests, but I would appreciate it if  you email Mr. Holder. I believe God would bless you for showing courage and concern. I feel that they may stop stalking and censoring me once they recognize that the cat is out of the bag already.

I will not let people make my victimization, Larry's murder, or brutality to others remain a secret. I think abuses should be addressed judiciously, not covered-up. Otherwise, nothing improves.
