Emergency: Mark Bowles Action Needed

The U.S. legal system has apparently lost all sense of reason and decency for prison profits. Mark Bowles, a United States veteran with mental illness and epilepsy, is to be sentenced on April 16 (following tax day) for charges that he was not allowed to give any defense for at trial. Apparently, no defense whatsoever was allowed. Bowles has progressive atrophy of his brain, and his prognosis is death. He should probably be in hospice. He is very afraid of dying alone in prison. He is afraid of being accosted again and unable to fight off potential rapists this time. This is an urgent note from his mother:

Mark is very suicidal again now in jail. He has had three surgeries this week from swallowing objects in jail in the suicide cell. Now he has done worse to himself, and the hospital has refused to treat him. Sentencing is tomorrow. If you're a praying man or woman, please do pray for my son. He has literally lost his mind over this now. God bless you in Jesus name.

Mark went to trial in 2014 for an assault that he did not do but was DENIED any defense at trial. The jury asked if Mark had mental illness or was taking any medications, and the judge REFUSED to give jurors any answer.Mark is in solitary confinement now in Sherburne County Jail in Minnesota, charged for terrorizing a DOG he told to shut up barking, because Mark could not stand the loud sound with his head injuries.

In 2014, just out of coma after fighting off a jailhouse rapist, Mark had an epileptic seizure and frightened a nurse who fell and bumped her own head, but the system blamed Mark for assault for being sick! Yes, it is outrageous, I know. But there is no law against prison investors being judges and prosecutors, although that is a direct conflict of interest. The quest for prison profits has apparently taken over the United States of America and its legal system.

Mark's mother was told he has inserted things up his penis today and the hospital the jail uses refuses treatment. He needs to be taken to the V.A. Hospital. He previously swallowed a spoon (in suicide watch, he should not have been given silverware), and before that he swallowed a bolt (where did he get a bolt?).

Please call the U.S. Veterans Association and protest a veteran being mistreated like Mark Bowles is, please: Main number: 1 800 273 8255

From Diana Sprouse:
This is My Sworn Affidavit And Testimony Before The Living God Concerning My Son, Gregory Mark Bowles.

My name is Diana Sprouse, and I am the natural mother of Gregory Mark Bowles. Thank you in advance for the opportunity to tell the court a bit about my son today and what he has been through these past two years of his life.

Mark arrived in Minnesota for a two-week Easter vacation from another State late March 2013. He had been working very hard on rebuilding his life after having been in a car accident in 2001, which left him with brain injuries, and another accident in 2011, which left him with epilepsy along with permanent spinal cord damage requiring a titanium plate and a spacer where his L-1 vertebrae was shattered, and a rib removed. He also lost his fiancee and unborn child in the accident, causing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). He was honorably discharged from Ft. Benning due to his medical condition in late May 2001. On arrival to Minnesota for Easter vacation, Mark was . . .

State of the Union 2014: Nazi

The state of the Union is Nazi, abusive to human rights of people who are either poor, non-white, or mentally ill, as in Nazi Germany before and during WWII. The U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) is a racketeering operation that I believe takes payoffs from abusive correctional facilities and police departments to withhold righteous prosecution after crimes against humanity happen to people in America. Officials over the USDOJ may also sell insurance to police departments, jails, and prisons guaranteeing their safety in cases that deserve federal prosecution and provide security against plaintiffs' lawsuits in federal courts.

Mass murder is happening to potentially innocent inmates awaiting trial in jails as well as to convicted persons in the nation's prisons, some of whom are also innocent of the crimes that led to their convictions, thanks to prosecutorial and judicial misconduct, deliberately tainted crime lab results, and complicit defense attorneys. In most instances, the USDOJ ignores the murders or, in the case of Larry Neal, the USDOJ actually aids and abets criminals escaping prosecution. That happened AFTER Memphis Shelby County Jail had been sued by the USA for inmate abuse. What good are federal investigations that only put more murderers in overview of abusive correctional facilities?

The USDOJ is criminal. Officials in overview like former Vice President Cheney and former U.S. Attorney General Antonio Gonzales were indicted for allegedly taking payoffs to withhold federal investigations of correctional facilities after prisoner abuses. Under Attorney General Holder, police violence against "free" citizens and the rate of brutality and deaths in custody grew much worse, and he refused to respond appropriately to reports of unrequited wrongful deaths that happened under the previous administration. During 2014, at least 346 prisoners were killed in Florida alone, many of whom had contacted the USDOJ about their perceived endangerment (see the second of three url links below). Survivors of murdered inmates who complain about the killings and corrupt civil court processes are subject to surveillance, censorship, and retaliation, especially non-whites.

Americans petition for federal investigations and oversight of abusive correctional facilities and police departments, but most are unaware of the racketeering operation that appears to be happening in the USDOJ. America needs the international community to be made aware that Americans are subject to the same crimes against humanity that happened in offshore War on Terror camps. The +United Nations should investigate The USDOJ for potential racketeering that enables the wrongful convictions and mass murders of Americans who are either black, Latino, poor whites, or the mentally ill of all races.

"What's Done in the DOJ stays in the DOJ." That is the state of the Union regarding human rights in the USA.

Advocacy for Prisoners' Rights Offered

ADVOCACY OFFERED. As a woman who is denied information and justice regarding the wrongful death of an inmate (Google the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal), I stand with all inmates in their quest for human rights and with the families of all inmates whose human rights were disregarded to deny justice in court or to inflict torture and death. Contact me with your innocence claims and brutality or murder claims at telephone number (678)531.0262 and MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Write "HELP WANTED" as your email subject. No regard is given to clients' race, socioeconomic class, gender, ethnicity, or health status.

If denied justice in courts, take your justice quests to the court of public opinion through our "Human Rights for Prisoners March" across the Internet. My efforts are greatly censored, but we persist and eventually prevail in making the masses aware of the crimes against humanity that continue in the United States. Advocacy can make a difference in whether your lawsuit prevails and the amount of your award. Advocacy is also needed for inmates who face or already experienced wrongful convictions and are pursuing appeals or clemency. Many prisoners require adequate medical services that are sometimes withheld, and they need people outside who will be their voice.

Congress is deliberating on whether the Internet will be treated as a utility and charges demanded for the amount of time people use the Internet. I am sometimes online 20 hours a day, especially when someone I advocate for faces execution. Officials are also deliberating on whether information on the Internet will enjoy greater visibility for a fee instead of all web sites being given equal access (net freedom). We must not be silenced for the lack of money. Therefore, services that MaryLovesJustice has given free for seven years will now require financial participation by the victims and families who benefit by our advocacy. The fee schedule for twelve(12) services is below.

1) Radio interview with victims, survivors and supporters on either "Human Rights for Prisoners March" or "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" Blogtalkradio shows: FREE

2) Radio interview with victims, survivors and supporters on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio: $50 (two-hour shows)

3) Full length article about brutality or murder: $100. Articles will be published in one or more of these five blogs:
a) FreeSpeakBlog
b) Dog Justice for Mentally Ill
c) Human Rights for Prisoners March
d) MaryLovesJustice

e) Davis-MacPhail Truth Committee (anti-DP blog)
Many of the articles are republished by other bloggers and independent news sites at no addition fee. The articles about your case should help attract legal support and enhance the likelihood of success for justice quests.

4) Articles to announce meetings, rallies and protests or political messages (if approved): FREE in "MaryLovesJustice Human Rights Events" blog

5) Mention along with newspaper and blog links at @koffietime http://www.twitter.com/koffietime - FREE

6) Fundraisers for justice quests: $50. See examples:

9) Posts on Facebook and at Google+ and Twitter about your justice quests that will be read by thousands of MaryLovesJustice and @koffietime friends, including prisoner rights advocates, lawyers, law firms, law schools, Congress, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the general public: FREE

10) Flyers and cards that can be given to people and organizations describing your justice quest: $50

11) A petition at MoveOn.org or another petition site of your choice: $50. Sample: "Save Florida Inmate Damion Hayes from Life in SHU"
http://petitions.moveon.org/sign/save-florida-inmate-damion

12) Website: $150. See a website I published for a daycare center - Love and Grace Christian Academy
http://www.loveandgrace.net/

13) Get all of the services listed above on a one-by-one basis for the prices named, or receive all the services listed above plus ongoing advocacy for a one-time fee of $500: unlimited public updates through articles, radio interviews, and other releases of information related to your case.

Payment of fees can be delayed for cases that are in litigation until satisfactory resolution of your wrongful death and brutality lawsuits. For some cases, it may be too late to pursue legal remedy through lawsuits, but now is the time to expose and oppose oppression. We must not be deterred by cyber censorship or new fees for Internet usage. "The time is always right to do what is right" (MLK).

I was a legal assistant for many years before the secret arrest and wrongful death of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. His murder is still treated like a national secret despite all of my advocacy. I am currently enrolled in a human rights defender course to become a Certified Human Rights Advocate to the United Nations. Many of our cases will be taken before the U.N. if they have been denied justice in U.S. Courts. A complete list of blogs and radio programs that I manage is at "MaryLovesJustice Blogs and Radio Shows"
http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2014/03/marylovesjustice-blogs-and-radio-shows.html

The United States is a member of the United Nations and has signed certain treaties that it is accountable to uphold. See Executive Order No. 13107, wherein President Bill Clinton reaffirmed America's commitment to uphold the human rights of people in the U.S.A. Yet, according to International Human Rights Lawyer Mustafa Ansari, fewer than one percent of the complaints that the United Nations reviews originate in the U.S., although many crimes against humanity happen here. We will change that for some of the victims and survivors for whom we advocate.

Americans must unite for justice. Our strength in numbers will eventually end police brutality, prisoner abuse, and executions. Millions of people who have no relatives or friends behind bars care about human rights for prisoners. Those who do have imprisoned and reentering relatives and all human rights advocates should join the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" across the Internet and demand respect for all. We will begin sending membership cards to supporters of this advocacy who send any amount of money to help. We have to continually purchase new computers as ours are attacked by NSA or other cyber stalkers who seemingly work for prison investors.

We also need a budget to offer our services to people who are unable to pay the nominal fees listed above for our advocacy and to license our organization as a non-profit. Please give generously to the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" and to "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill." Become a member of this advocacy. Members will be thanked on air during our broadcasts, but anonymous givers are also appreciated and will not be thanked publicly. Prison investors, past and present, who recognize the great harm that is being done to humanity to earn prison profits are encouraged to contribute. A U.S. Post Office box will be listed here for your checks and money orders, and we will post a PayPal depository for your convenience.

Thank you in advance for sharing this article with twelve (12) services to give voice to the voiceless. Please mail our contact information to families and prisoners who need advocacy. We appreciate your joining us on the Human Rights for Prisoners March. Nine(9) links and three pictures are in this article (counting the repeat of paragraph 1 below). Volunteers are also invited to contact us as we build our network. Please do not let the loss of net freedom negatively impact prisoners' right to speak and be heard. Blessings!

Neglected Prisoners' Gov Health Care Plan

PRISONERS ACROSS AMERICA DEPEND ON GOVERNMENT HEALTH CARE. This article highlights the lack of compassion and respect for human rights that cause great pain and suffering among inmates and avoidable deaths on a regular basis. Last week the U.S. Supreme Court found the national health care "tax" to be constitutional. Many people are excited about the prospect of all Americans having health coverage and worked hard to make this a reality. Others object to the plan because of the expense involved. The most striking objections for me came from health care professionals who doubt if they will be able to provide adequate care under the national health care plan. As a prisoner activist, I am aware of many cases like the two cited below where inmates who must depend on the government for their health and welfare die in harsh circumstances. (Five(5) links and four(4) photos are in this article.) Their lives could have been saved with timely intervention. I urge the federal government to mandate proper health care for every prisoner as a demonstration that the government can be trusted to avoid unnecessary suffering and loss of life. (Select "go to page 1" if you use a cell phone, please.)

CASE NO. 1 -- HORRIFIC CASE OF 16-YEAR-OLD KATHIA CASSEUS, a 16-year-old who presumably died because of tortuous medical neglect on the floor of a Kansas City youth detention center in February, 2012.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (CN) - A teenager with an IQ of 68 died after a family court detention center staff member shrugged off her complaint that she could not breathe and told her, "Oh, just crawl up the stairs," the girl's mother claims in court.

Nesly Destil, mother of the late Kathia Casseus, sued The Children's Mercy Hospital, a doctor and nurse there, the Jackson County Family Court Detention Center and six of its employees, including a supervisor, a nurse, a shift leader and three of its staff members, in Jackson County Court. Kathia Casseus "was born without a thyroid and had a functional IQ of about 68," her mother says in the complaint.

In August 2011, Kathia, "an unlicensed driver who had never driven a car, took her mother's car to go for a ride," the complaint states. "She had an accident in which she struck a carport at a local apartment complex. This resulted in a chain reaction that caused the multi-car carport to collapse and cause property damage. For this adolescent act, she was sentenced to an 8-month rehabilitation program in the Jackson County Family Court System."

Three months later, "for reasons still unknown to her mother," Kathia, 16, "was sent to Children's Mercy Hospital, where Defendants Children's Mercy Hospital, Delozier, and [defendant Dr. Stephen J.] Schuman prescribed and placed on her body the Ortho Evra birth control patch." Kathia's mother claims the birth control "was not indicated or necessary for Kathia. Information and history of injury and death from this most dangerous form of birth control is well published," according to the complaint. In February this year, three months after being put on birth control, Kathia began complaining of heart pain and shortness of breath, her mom says. [After complaining about chest pains and her inability to breathe three times, Kathina was carried into an isolation cell.]

In the "segregation cell," Kathia yelled for five to seven minutes that she couldn't breathe, her mother says, "but eventually went quiet, and she looked like she was sleeping, lying on her side with her eyes closed."

Kathia Casseus, a retarded child, suffered a backdoor death penalty for taking a car for a joyride. One can only speculate about WHAT was happening to Kathia at that juvenile facility to make them put her on BIRTH CONTROL. Abuse is rampant in correctional facilities across the nation, especially to mentally challenged inmates. NOTE TO KATHIA'S MOM: I suggest that you exhume your daughter and have an independent autopsy done. Look for needle puncture wounds. Maybe she did not die from side effects to the birth control patch. Perhaps she died because she would have told WHY she was put on the birth control patches. This could be another secret jail murder. It happens all the time, and authorities do cover-ups to protect the facilities. See http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com Cyberstalkers had coded the part of this article that tells about your daughter being put on birth control to be surreptitiously deleted. I think it must be important.

CASE NO. 2 -- XAVIUS SCULLARK-JOHNSON, PRISONER, DIES [IN HIS OWN URINE] AFTER HE'S DENIED HEALTH CARE - A prisoner was left in his urine-soaked cell to die after a nurse turned away an ambulance, even though he had suffered several seizures, according to documents obtained by the Star Tribune.

Xavius Scullark-Johnson, 27, was three months away from getting out of prison when he died in June 2010. He was serving a five-month sentence for a probation violation stemming from a second-degree assault conviction. Now his mother, Olivia Scullark, is suing two nurses employed by the Minnesota Department of Corrections at the Rush City prison, as well as other medical staff and corrections officers, according to the Pioneer Press. Scullark told The Huffington Post she filed the lawsuit because that's what her son, who suffered from schizophrenia and a seizure disorder, told her to do if he didn't make it out of the prison alive.

"You can't even leave an animal like that," she said. "I'm pretty angry, but I'm glad that some justice is gonna come."

According to DOC documents and ambulance reports obtained by the Tribune, Scullark-Johnson was found "soaked in urine on the floor of his cell" on the night of June 28, 2010. "He was coiled in a fetal position and in an altered state of consciousness that suggested he had suffered a seizure," according to notes taken by nurse Linda Andrews.

The Tribune notes that ambulance runs are "strictly monitored" in "an effort to cut costs" by Corizon Inc., the for-profit company contracted by the DOC to care for its prisoners. Read the entire news story in Huffington Post at this link http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/26/xavius-scullark-johnson-dead_n_1625547.html

IT IS TIME FOR AMERICANS TO ASK THE TERMS OF THE HEALTH CARE PLAN WE HAVE BEEN DRAFTED TO BUY. Does it include enforced microchips and vaccines? Will the health care benefits under the plan decline according to the U.S. economy? Is medical neglect that many prisoners suffer indicative of government health care provisions? Note that the two cases of medical neglect in this article involved young people who were serving light sentences. Neither of them seemed to need expensive intervention like brain surgery or cancer treatments, but they were both neglected to death. So are many other prisoners who must depend on government health care. Institutionalized people rely on the U.S. Department of Justice to uphold their rights, and that is a thoroughly corrupt agency. In 2008, I read that eight California prisoners died that year of tooth decay when infections from their rotting teeth entered their bloodstreams. Judges and juries sentence defendants they find guilty to prison, not to torture and slow death by medical neglect or brutality. Those are backdoor death penalties that inmates do not deserve. (There are five links and four photos in this article.) Some prisoners who died in jail due to medical neglect were awaiting trial and had not been found guilty of any offenses whatsoever. Inhumane treatment is happening throughout the nation to people who depend on the government for their health care in state and federal correctional facilities. Can Americans be sure that we who are not prisoners will be treated any better than Kathia and Xavius? You should care more about prisoner health care. Lawsuits cost more than treatment, for one thing. Secondly, if you miss paying your premiums for coverage under the national health care plan, you will find yourselves behind bars! That's government tough love.
