STATUS UPDATE -- Rev. Edward Pinkney appeared in Berrien County Courthouse regarding two motions today, February 27. A motion requesting re-sentencing was denied, and so was a motion by the ACLU requesting an appeal bond. On April 14, Berrien County Court will hear two more motions, which regard the tainted jury in Rev. Pinkney's trial. The public is invited. 2) Ms. Dorothy Pinkney was disappointed that her husband was not released on the appeal bond today, and she said that Rev. Pinkney was, too. It seemed to her that the Court had already decided how it would rule today. Ms. Pinkney said the system in Berrien County is racist, but even knowing that, she had been so optimistic that justice would prevail that she had packed her husband some clothes to wear home from court. Ms. Pinkney said that she continues to rely on God for justice in this matter. 3) The courtroom and the overflow room were filled with Rev. Pinkney's supporters today, although the court had unexpectedly switched the date of the hearing from February 24 to February 27. Ms. Pinkney thanks everybody who attended today's hearing and all of Rev. Pinkney's supporters who were unable to be there. 4) A Rev. Pinkney Blogtalkradio show is planned for Sunday, March 1, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Rev. Pinkney plans to speak to you from the prison where he has been detained since December 2014 on election fraud charges regarding a petition to recall the mayor of Benton Harbor, Michigan. 5) There is a call to boycott WHIRLPOOL, MAYTAG, AMANA, and KITCHEN AID products until Pinkney is out of jail and cleared of all charges. 6) Conversing with Ms. Pinkney tonight reminded me of innumerable brave spouses and families who have supported their loved one's decision to go into battle through the years, whether in military conflicts or in the ongoing war for basic civil and human rights for Black people in America. May God continue to comfort and strengthen her and us all. The struggle continues. 7) Rev. Edward Pinkney is founder and director of B.H. BANCO Org. Electronic contributions are accepted at the website: http://www.bhbanco.org/ 8) Contributions can also be mailed to: Rev. Edward Pinkney B.H. BANCO, Org. 1940 Union St. Benton Harbor, MI 49022 banco9342@sbcglobal.net 9) Please visit the Coordinating Committee for Rev. Pinkney www.PinkneyCentral.weebly.com Go to "Info" tab at the website to get updates. Media reports are at the website that will explain Rev. Pinkney's wrongful incarceration.
10) Former activist attorney Lynne Stewart said it helps prisoners substantially to receive mail. Please write to Rev. Pinkney at the prison address below: Rev. An Italian explorer, Giovanni da Verrazzano, wrote a description in 1524 of the "Carolina Indians" he encountered. He wrote, "The complexion of the Carolina Indians is black, not much different from that of the Ethiopians. Their hair is black and thick, and not very long, tied back behind the head like a small tail. As for the physique of these men, they are well proportioned, of medium height, a little taller than we are. They have broad chests, strong arms, and the legs and other parts of the body are well-composed. They're broad in the face and have big black eyes. They have a sharp cunning and are agile and swift runners."
Black History was misrepresented or omitted from many American history texts. In the 1970's, African Americans embraced a book by Alex Haley, who is said to have been an FBI informant. Haley may have been commissioned to write "Roots" as a disinformation campaign against Native Americans who are Blacks. Hear Dick Gregory discuss Alex Haley as being a U.S. Government agent in a video embedded below and published at YouTube http://youtu.be/VHzxceL5Zhw
Native Americans whose ancestors were from Asia and Africa apparently occupied Turtle Island peacefully and in freedom for thousands of years until welcoming interlopers from Europe. Oppressive whites moved people who were living here up or down the Mississippi River to relocate them to less familiar territory and enslave them along with the Africans arriving through the Middle Passage. Today's African Americans could be descendants of free Blacks who always lived on Turtle Island or descendants of African slaves, or possibly both. This is little known Black history. Ask yourself why there are not more stories circulating among Black people about elders who remembered the long ocean voyage from Africa to America. This writer has never heard any. It seems likely that for the vast majority of Blacks who were enslaved in this country, no such ocean voyage ever happened.
This article is not an attempt to disconnect Blacks in America from Africa, our original homeland. However, it explains why there are indigenous Blacks in Asia, West Papua, Australia, India, and throughout most of the world, including the USA. Yes, we are all from Africa, but the issue is this: During what time period and under what circumstances did the foreparents of the majority of Blacks in America settle in what is now the USA? Archaeological findings and records by European explorers prove that Blacks lived in the Americas long before the first slaves arrived in the colonies in the 1500's. Read a book by Dr. David Imhotep, an ancient African historian, called "The First Americans Were Africans - Documented Evidence." Hear our interview with Dr. Imhotep on Human Rights Demand channel at Blogtalkradio at a link above the signature line for this article. The historian discussed African artifacts found in South America that dated to over 56,000 years ago. He revealed during an interview with the African History Network that mainstream media companies flew him to their headquarters for lengthy interviews when his book was published but did not air the interviews. The embedded African History Network interview below is also at YouTube video http://youtu.be/pE8LJzoupFM
“Africans not only came before Columbus but were in the Americas long before any other group, at least 56,000 years ago,” says Dr. Imhotep. “With this book, I produce and expand on evidence from several scientific fields, credible scholars, professors and researchers.”
This writer's grandfather was in his 70's in the 1920's. He told his children about the day a Union soldier arrived at his Mississippi plantation and read the Emancipation Proclamation to slaves who had been assembled at mid-day in front of their slave cabins. Most of the slaves immediately went back to the fields after the soldier left and eventually became sharecroppers. When my mother and her siblings asked their father where they were from, the elder told his children, "We are Black Indians. We were always here." Rev. Nelson explained his existence in this country and theirs in a statement that is commonly made by Native Americans: We Were Always Here.
It appears that America owes Black people so much more than reparations for slavery and Jim Crow.

Black History is steadily being "changed." Some school boards want to delete the term "slavery" and substitute it with "unpaid apprenticeships." Is it difficult to believe that Blacks' true history in the Americas was changed? Black historians are being persecuted and fired from teaching positions, perhaps in an effort to "change" our history yet again. This writer knows for a fact that regarding Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., there existed an effort to delete text from his speeches that portrayed him as a fearless freedom fighter and instead represent him as a nonviolent dreamer. I revealed that fraud, and it was hopefully abandoned. http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2008/12/martin-luther-kings-final-speech.html Dr. William Scott's Payback for Teaching Black History http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2014/12/dr-william-scotts-payback-for-teaching.html WASHINGTON (WJLA) Jan. 28, 2015 – "Howard U. YOU ARE ALREADY HOME, BLACK PEOPLE
Everybody came from Africa, even Caucasians. Blacks in America are being made to believe we arrived in America after the 1500s, although for the majority of Black people in the USA, America has been home for over a hundred thousand years.

JoNina Abron-Ervin, of Memphis Black Autonomy Federation, supplied the following report:
Memphis Cops Use Rubber Bullets for a White Man But Shoot and Kill Two Black Men
On Feb. 4, a law enforcement “task force,” including Memphis police officers, shot and killed Markell Atkins, 36. U.S. marshals, who led the task force, allegedly came to the home of Atkins to serve a warrant for his arrest in the death last year of a child. The cops claim Atkins, who was black, threatened them with a knife so they killed him. Family members present at the home said Atkins was in the backyard feeding a pet when the cops came.
The very next day, on Feb. 5, Memphis cops used rubber bullets against a white man, Terry Burch, suspected of stabbing a woman, according to a local TV station. Burch allegedly had a knife, but according to the Commercial Appeal newspaper, police sent negotiators to talk to him while he was inside a house. He was later arrested and put in jail.
Less than a week later, on Feb. 10, Tony Bess, 48, who was black, was shot and killed by Memphis cops at his home. Memphis police allegedly came to Bess's home to serve a warrant for his arrest for an assault he allegedly committed this past weekend in a Memphis suburb. Initially, the cops claimed that Bess threatened them with a gun. But now, the local news media report that: 1. In the process of killing Bess, one cop shot another cop, and that 2. Bess never fired a gun that he allegedly had at the time the police came into his bedroom.
Burch is alive because he is white. Atkins and Bess are dead because they were black, gunned down by Memphis cops acting as their judges, jury, and executioners.
Atkins was the 25th person and Bess the 26th person killed by Memphis police during the reign of terror conducted by the police department beginning in February, 2012. Only one cop has been prosecuted for any of these 26 deaths. Inquests Must Be Held in Memphis in Cases of Deadly Police Force
Memphis cops get away with murder because they are rarely ever forced to testify in court about their use of deadly force. Instead, the medical examiner, the county prosecutor, and the cops meet together in secret and decide that the killings were “justified.”
Under Tennessee law, Memphis police who kill people can be subpoenaed to testify in an inquest. For an inquest to be held, two people, preferably family members (but they don't have to be) must sign an affidavit and file it with a General Sessions Court judge, saying that they believe a person was unlawfully killed by another person. It is not necessary for the affidavit to be filed by a lawyer. Thee is no statute of limitations on murder. An inquest is a criminal proceeding. It has nothing to do with a lawsuit, which is a civil action that family members may choose to file against the police for the wrongful death of a loved one.
Will inquests guarantee an end to the reign of terror by the Memphis Police Department? No, they won't. But at the very least, inquests will require the cops to testify under oath and make it more difficult for the medical examiner and the prosecutor to cover up the truth when the police use deadly force.
Stop Police Murder! Prosecute the Cops!
It is this writer's assumption that Memphis Police Department is excused from federal overview because of a 47-year-old cover-up involving the assassination of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Thank you for your interest in how America contains news about crimes against humanity that happen here. Justice is gagged. My computer froze for roughly two hours as I readied the report from Black Autonomy Federation for publication last night. I assume murderers and accessories to murders after the fact regarding the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, my disabled brother who was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in Memphis, Shelby County Jail, are upset that Ms. Ervin said two relatives of deceased parties have the right to request inquests. My computer was apparently being controlled by someone outside the USA. It said "INTL" where it presently says "US". I could not turn the computer off, and I had no access to my cursor. Kendrick Johnson was found dead at his integrated high school rolled in a wrestling mat. Police falsely labeled his death accidental. Kendrick's parents had his body exhumed and examined by an independent medical examiner, who ruled his death homicide. Kendrick's organs were missing, and his body was filled with newspapers. As punishment for demanding truth, his mother and father are presently being prosecuted in Georgia for civil disobedience. They blocked the Lowndes County Courthouse, demanding truth and justice about their 17-year-old son's murder.
Kendrick is one of many African Americans who may have been murdered for fresh organs, but we're not allowed to talk about that. We're not supposed to write about that. We're intended to carry on as though the plentiful disappearances and unrequited murders of black people and denials of justice for victims' families do not happen continually in the USA - until it is your family's turn. Who's scoping you for your organs?
Mary "Loves Justice" Neal exposes crimes against humanity in articles and online radio shows since her own brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested in 2003 while police denied having him in custody until they decided to return his dead, naked body 18 days later - withholding any explanation as to how he was killed. Read about the "Secret War on Black America and Victims' Families" in the next four January and February articles, IF "they" let you, in "EXPOSED - FreeSpeakBlog" at http://FreeSpeakBlog.blogspot.com The term "victims' families" includes community leaders and neighbors who engage in efforts to ascertain justice for victims. Therefore, please note the article in FreeSpeakBlog about Fresno, California's chief of police who issued a warning to his constituents threatening to levy fines and/or arrest anyone who organized protests after perceived incidents of police overuse of force. This article and the next four all regard the secret war on Black America and victims' families, and no blood relation is necessary. If you act like family, you're family. Over 150 years after slavery ended, massa seems to have found new uses for black slave descendants. WHO HAS THEIR EYES ON YOUR BABIES' CORNEAS?

Pictured are photos from the Valdosta-Lowndes Regional Crime Lab regarding Kendrick Johnson. You know what they needed in Lowndes Co., GA? They needed a set designer like movies use. When a director says "cut!", before the filming resumes, I believe it is the set designer's job to ensure that the actors are in the exact same positions as they were before the cut. Their clothes and hair must look the same, etc. If an actor held shot glass in his right hand before the cut, the director must not resume filming with the same actor holding a paper cup in his left hand. Kendrick Johnson's body was about three feet into the mat on the crime lab's Photo 1, with no tennis shoes present, but his body was at the end of the mat with tennis shoes nearby in Photo 2. If the government is going to help murderers get away with lynching Black youths like Kendrick Johnson in their high schools and remove their organs, they should hire set designers, +Denise Johnson.
A set designer would have known that your son's neck needed ligature marks for SJSU and San Jose PD to declare his murder was a suicide by hanging. A big man like Gregory Johnson, Jr. supposedly hanged himself, suddenly dropping the weight of over 220 pounds into a drop cord nose, but NO LIGATURE MARKS APPEARED! Neither did Gregory's eyes bulge. Outrageous. Since the government is enabling lynchings that are probably done by affluent white youths "sowing their wild oats," they should go all out and hire Hollywood set designers. What do you think? In Gregory's case, plastic surgery should also have been used to hide that long gash in the back of his head where his brain was oozing out. A set designer might have told them what was needed to cover-up these killings more effectively.
I understand that Brenden Tiggs' parents are suing SJSU for their son's murder, which was also declared a suicide. So is the family of the 17-year-old freshman who was terrorized by his roommates calling him "fraction" and "three-fifths." They placed pictures of Hitler on his room's blackboard at SJSU, and even attempted to CHAIN him like a slave. It is good the freshman's parents intervened. For he had probably been "chosen" to be the next SJSU suicide, but he got away. A few months later, Tiggs died instead - a well-adjusted college sophomore who was making good grades and was well liked. See Tiggs pictured below.
Cover-ups of 21st century lynchings in America are common. But instead of launching more effective cover-ups with set designers, the government is prosecuting Kendrick Johnson's parents for blocking the entrance to Lowndes County Courthouse to demand a righteous investigation of their 17-year-old son's murder and demand prosecution of his killers and organ thieves. I don't think they should be jailed for a year for asking for equal justice, do you?
You and your husband protested with the students at SJSU when racial terrorism against the young SJSU freshman was publicized (see the photo below). He sued, too. It is a wonder that you and Mr. Johnson were not arrested for trespassing at SJSU or something. In New York, the police are being equipped with machine guns to deal with protesters. Black people are NOT allowed to protest these murder cover-ups, you know. Look at what they're doing to Kendrick Johnson's parents. The racist justice system is not interested in prosecuting affluent white killers, but it will prosecute Black families for complaining to the hilt! Machine gun them! Don't be fooled by them putting Black attorney generals and police officers and district attorneys in place. Most are just black faces on white supremacy.
My family undergoes extreme persecution that is done to prevent disclosure about Larry Neal's lynching in Memphis Shelby County Jail as a mentally, physically disabled black man. They take over our telephones, computers, and send people to follow and terrorize us. We are also financially persecuted - they block communication with potential employers. I did not know before meeting you that many other families have been treated that bad and worse during the 21st century to hide lynchings. Before the government and The Cochran Firm colluded to cover-up Larry's murder after 18 days of secret incarceration, I actually believed that America had overcome systemic racism. WRONG. I hope you find an attorney to also sue SJSU and the San Jose PD for organizing a cover-up conspiracy about your son's murder in the Sigma Chi fraternity house. Although Gregory Johnson, Jr. died in November 2008, it is not too late. Number 1, we have ten years to file lawsuits for RICO Act Racketeering. Number 2, it was already decided that when police do a cover-up and the survivors do not fully realize at first that their relatives were murdered, the statute of limitations expands. See what happened in the Jerry Amaro III case in "Legal Victories" blog at http://legalvictories.blogspot.com/2013/11/police-murder-cover-up-settled-17m.html
I cannot do a thing about the government torturing and murdering so many mentally disabled people - I guess this period is like the beginning of the Nazi Holocaust when around 300,000 people labeled as being mentally challenged "useless eaters" were exterminated like bugs. But I do try to warn Black people about The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud. Isn't it a damn shame that those traitors demanded only $75k for John Crawford, III - the Ohio Walmart police victim? That is much more than my family received when The Cochran Firm handled Larry Neal's wrongful death lawsuit.
We did not even get a Walmart gift card, because the CoIntelPro law firm never actually filed suit, never conducted discovery, never even wrote a single demand letter. Our file was empty after the Tennessee statute of limitations passed - nothing, nada, zero, zip! White supremacists simply do not believe that Blacks are humans, much less citizens. They don't agree that wrongful death settlements are owed to Black victims' survivors, and it is apparently The Cochran Firm's job to reduce or eliminate such payouts, because for them, BLACK LIVES DON'T MATTER. Get Yourselves Some Set Designers to go along with your CoIntelPro law firms, Government Murder Accomplices!

Kendrick Johnson's Parents Prosecuted for Demanding Due Process of law in Georgia regarding the murder of their teenage son, Kendrick Johnson, in his high school and theft of his ORGANS
Organ trafficking is not the rise in Africa and America, but Black families are NOT allowed to demand answers about missing and dead relatives in America. See a PressTV video at YouTube link http://youtu.be/8Du1OiKuGJU about that.
GEORGIA SPEAKS FOR ITSELF ~ I have written much about my life in Georgia since The Cochran Firm's fraud to help cover-up the murder of Larry Neal in Shelby County Jail. I wrote about these ten(10) subjects and more:
1. Georgia being pronounced the nation's most corrupt state in 2013.
2. the Confederate flag on the State-issued license plates
3. the retribution my family endures for asking What Happened to Larry Neal, a disabled black man who was murdered in Memphis, TN in the Shelby County Jail after being secretly incarcerated there for nearly three weeks.
4. Georgia judges who pronounced The Cochran Firm as being nonexistent in the State of Georgia, presumably to help the firm get away with its fraud against my family.
5. police in Atlanta who told me I have no freedom of speech in that town and threatened me with Tasering and arrest if I did not immediately go home and stop telling people about Larry Neal's lynching and the fraud going forward from The Cochran Firm against the family of Kathryn Johnston, the 92 year old black woman who Atlanta police killed.
6. the police officer who came to our house when we reported a burglary during which only our original court files and evidence from Neals v. The Cochran Firm lawsuits were taken. It took two days before the police department decided to confirm that the man who came really was a police officer, which I don't think he was. 7. the fake nurse who came to provide my mother "home health care." I suspect this was an agent who planned to insert a poison suppository, such as is suspected to have killed Marilyn Monroe. The fake nurse had my mother's diaper down with her buttocks thrust out when I entered the room. My mother's doctor and nursing service both confirmed that they did NOT send a nurse. Detectives said the fake nurse's actions were not illegal since I admitted her. The 911 operator I called to report the assault told me that the fake nurse had not stolen anything. I asked her how she knew that and received no response. 8. the fake computer technician who came to my home after intercepting my phone call to a real repair service and destroyed my computers. 9. the worse night of my life - when I was followed from the grocery store with my little grandson by a government vehicle leading four other cars and called 911 from the Chevron, but no police arrived in the hour I was there terrified - and the men who followed me stayed for the entire hour, also.
10. the two black police officers who arrived at my house to tell me I could NEVER tell their superiors that they ignore my police reports . . . and much more.
Recently I posted news that Georgia has executed three mentally challenged men in the last two months. And you might have read my articles about Troy Davis.
But now Georgia speaks for itself! The Johnsons are being prosecuted for demanding answers about their teenage son who went to school and never came home. Kendrick Johnson was murdered by people his parents presume law enforcement want to protect from prosecution. The Johnsons face JAIL for insisting on answers.
Georgia can show you better than I can tell you. Despite all of Georgia's national icons for the civil rights movement, these parents are being prosecuted for asking what happened to their son who never came home from high school. But Georgia won't answer what happened to Kendrick and Kendrick's ORGANS. Incidentally, President Obama is interested in YOUR DNA. See an article entitled, "Got genes: Obama proposes genetic biobank of 1mn Americans’ DNA to fight disease" >>> http://rt.com/usa/227967-dna-genetic-analysis-disease/
I've known for years about the "Secret War on Blacks in America and Victims' Families." That is the title of our Black History Month programs at Blogtalkradio on "Human Rights Demand" channel. We will meet every Wednesday in February at 9pm EST and examine some of the many instances where family members of victimized black people were themselves persecuted, prosecuted, and some killed because they demand justice like the Johnsons and Mary Neal. Join us.
Human Rights Demand, a Blogtalkradio channel, presents "Secret War on Black America and Victims' Families" Mary Neal, station director MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com (678)531.0262 or (571)335-1741 Wednesdays throughout February 2015, at 9pm EST Join discussions via phone (347)857-3293, or computer http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand (Archived tapes are re-played on Sundays at 3pm EST and are available after live shows for your access 24/7) Pray for Mr. and Mrs. Johnson. They sued for $100m against 32 parties regarding Kendrick's wrongful death, denial of a proper investigation and answers, and the theft of his ORGANS. Some of the people sued were white people -- maybe mostly white people! Now the Johnsons face a year in jail. They must not have known that African Americans are NOT allowed to ask about lynched black boys like Kendrick and handicapped black men like Larry Neal. They should have read my articles.
Hear a radio program about the Kendrick Johnson case and its implications for Black America. Elaina Porter joined Mary Neal for a broadcast on February 3, exposing oppression against the parents of Kendrick Johnson, the 17-year-old from Lowndes County, GA whose parents are in court this week facing a year in prison because they blocked the courthouse to insist on answers as to how Kendrick was killed in his high school and his organs were stolen. (A shorter radio program was also taped on Feb. 3). http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand/2015/02/03/kendrick-johnsons-parents-prosecuted-4-protesting-sons-murder-and-organ-theft
If stalkers redirect the links for our Black History Month radio broadcasts or for the Washington Post article about Georgia, please copy links and paste them into fresh tabs using Google. My phones and computers are taken over by stalkers. A police detective told me when I complained about attacks against my free speech and freedom of press that such sabotage is NOT illegal in Georgia. I was afraid to ask if that was true only for blacks who live here, but I suspect it is. The Johnsons should not be so impatient, like the president said. My family has waited for nearly twelve(12) years for answers about Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail. The president said we must exercise patience about racism. Instead, the Johnsons engaged in civil disobedience and blocked the doors to the courthouse demanding answers. Don't they know their places? I have caught pure-D hell standing for justice in Georgia. Now the Johnsons are receiving their RETRIBUTION for asking about Kendrick.
How ironic that Georgia begins Black History Month by prosecuting grieving black parents for asking what happened to Kendrick Johnson, their murdered son. Georgia is speaking to Black people through Johnson's parents' prosecution. When relatives go missing like Larry Neal and Kendrick Johnson, Blacks are being conditioned to ask no questions and demand no justice, because Black lives don't matter. These Last Days are interesting. As Elaina Porter and I were on BlogTalkRadio discussing the persecution and prosecution of Kendrick Johnson's parents, our radio program ended after only 14 minutes. We taped another broadcast on February 3 at 3pm EST and invited guests to call-in (347)857-3293. The link to access that Kendrick Johnson show is above. We hope "they" allow your access.
Do these people REALLY expect black people in the USA to say NOTHING while our teenagers and disabled loved ones like Larry Neal are murdered? Kendrick Johnson's ORGANS were stolen. The medical examiner ruled his death homicide. But rather than looking for the killer, there appears to be a cover-up, and his parents are being prosecuted for demanding answers.
Kendrick Johnson deserved his life. Larry Neal deserved his life. These people CENSORED US TO HIDE THE PROSECUTION OF KENDRICK JOHNSON'S PARENTS! I cannot stop them from killing mentally ill black men like Larry Neal or teenagers like Kendrick Johnson, but they will NOT do it without my protest. I obey GOD, who said, "Speak for the voiceless and everyone who is appointed to destruction." Prov.31:8-9.
Retribution is happening to Blacks who expose and oppose oppression. We have a right to either discuss this issue or expose censorship to the United Nations and the entire world. I need affidavits from everyone who is prevented from calling "Human Rights Demand" and "NNIA1" for any shows. The show at the link below should have lasted 45 minutes, but after only 14 minutes, CoIntelPro or some other oppressor ended our broadcast.
Thank you for your interest in how America contains news about crimes against humanity that happen here. Justice is gagged. IF either link in this article fails to connect you to appropriate web pages or the Blogtalkradio program taped February 3, 2015, then please copy the link and paste it into a new tab to reach the censored data. Thank you.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH 2015 - "Human Rights Demand" began a discussion on Wednesday, January 28, which continues throughout February: "Secret War on Black America and Victims' Families." Please call (347)857-3293 Wednesdays at 9pm EST to participate. Family members of victims often experience retaliation in the form of financial persecution, police harassment, arrests, or even murder, especially if they expose and oppose wrongful convictions or wrongful deaths. In the bad old days, crosses would burn in Black survivors' yards to warn them against seeking justice after lynchings. Retribution sometimes happens to non-relatives and unrelated supporters, i.e., attorneys and civil/human rights advocates. Eighteen(18) examples might include:
~Kendrick Johnson, Jr. was killed and organs stolen in Lowndes Co., GA - His parents are currently being prosecuted for complaining.
~Larry Neal, 54, secret murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail - Mary Neal endures censorship, terrorism, and stalking.
~Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated - mother assassinated, brother died under suspicious circumstances.
~Malcolm X was assassinated - First male descendant, Malcolm Shabazz, complained about government stalkers; killed in 2013 in Mexico.
~Johnnie Cochran, Jr. represented wrongful death victims' survivors - Cochran's brother and 16-yr-old nephew were killed by unknown assassins in two incidents.
~Jason Smith, 14, died in LA, and his organs were stolen - Father claimed being run out of Eros by the KKK.
~Gregory Johnson, Jr. killed by blunt force trauma at SJSU (falsely ruled suicide by hanging) - His mother claims being censored.
~ji-Jaga Pratt was wrongfully arrested 27 yrs on a CoIntelPro setup - His godson, Tupac, was killed by an unknown assassin.
~John Crawford, III shot by Ohio police in Walmart - His girlfriend, Tasha Thomas, was interrogated by police and died in a suspicious car accident 1/1/15.
~Tamir Rice, 12, shot dead by Officer Tim Loehmann in OH - His sister was arrested at the scene.
RETRIBUTION AGAINST NON-RELATIVES
~Eric Garner's NYPD choke hold death - Ramsey Orta filmed it and is being prosecuted.
~Darren Rainey killed by scalding in a FL prison - Psychotherapist George Mallinckrodt was fired for complaining about his patients' abuse.
~Micheal Brown killed by former officer Darren Wilson - Protesters were tear-gassed, plummeted with rubber bullets, and intimidated by militarized police.
~Alton Maddox, Esq. represented victims of oppression - His NY law license was suspended.
~Lynn Stewart, Esq. represented members of the Black Panther Party and others against the government - Her NY license was suspended, and she was jailed on a 10-year sentence until winning a compassionate release due to illness.
~Rev. Edward Pinkney protested victimization of Blacks in Benton Harbor, MI - Prosecuted and sentenced on voting fraud charges related to a recall petition.
~Social Studies teachers at Howard U Middle School - Fired for teaching Black History. Some objected to the common core curriculum.
~Dr. William Scott, Black History Professor and Author - First male descendant imprisoned over five years without trial - Terrell Scott, Pennsylvania. On February 4, 2015, our special presenters will be Ralph Poynter and Randy Short. Poynter is a retired New York school teacher, a former union organizer and legal investigator. Short is a well-known human rights advocate who regularly addresses matters of human and civil rights concerns on international media. Human Rights Demand issued an invitation to Alton Maddox and Lynn Stewart to join us on a Black History Month program later in February. We hope to present journalists from African American media companies on a later show, also. Bob Darby will speak during one broadcast about the civil rights era from the standpoint of a Southern Caucasian abolitionist, including the Freedom Riders, his work with a civil rights group at Emory University during the 60s, and the reaction of his fellow students in the Northeastern college he attended upon hearing the announcement of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s death. On February 18, our guest will be H.I. Williams and another guest who will address police oppression and the prison industrial complex.
If you have experienced retaliation or wish to discuss either case listed above or others, please call in every Wednesday in February when the "Human Rights Demand" subject will be retribution. We are particularly interested in speaking with the eighteen(18) people listed above or their representatives. Listeners who do not wish to speak can join us via phone or computer. Archived tapes will be stored at the link below for future access and re-played every Sunday at 3pm EST throughout February. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand

The photo is of my brother, Larry Neal, a handicapped American who was secretly arrested and returned to his family as a naked corpse after 18 days with records and accountability denied. That led to my becoming "America's Most Censored: Mary Neal." See this link http://goo.gl/aELp3 - I founded and direct Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI"), advocating for 1.25 million inmates who are wrongly and cruelly imprisoned rather than treated for their mental dysfunctions. I love God and the IDEA of America - a melting pot. Many hard lumps remain in the custard today. AIMI members work to have civil and human rights applied to all, including the mentally ill. We oppose wrongful convictions, prison profiteering, excessive sentencing, police brutality, capital punishment, and inequities in application of the law due to racial and economic disparities. We also oppose crime and recognize crime as being violations against human rights and property rights. Imprisonment is often warranted, but never brutality, torture, or death. We advocate love. The need is for America to "be true to what she said on paper" (MLK).
