I BELIEVE two half naked, beautiful young women will get more attention. Since writing this article, I protested HYPOCRISY at the Save Troy Davis rally and march in Atlanta on September 16, 2011 (days before he was executed anyway), at the King Awards Dinner at the Hyatt Hotel in Atlanta and at the King Day March and Rally on Auburn Street in January 2012.  Therefore, I am hiring strippers to HELP STALK 'EM BACK!

1. --- I already protested at CNN, The Johnnie Cochran Firm, Georgia Superior Court, the Malcolm X Picnic, Colony Square Hotel and that entire section of Peachtree Street, and other places.  The next scheduled event is July 5, Atlanta City Hall.  This summer, I will stalk the USDOJ in Washington (see the fourth link below - If cyberstalkers move it, just Google "Mary Neal Goes to Washington").  Please return to FreeSpeakBlog daily to see if/where I will be picketing government agencies and officials at their homes. I cowered in my home for over a year (surrounded by citizens police) and spent another two years being censored online and followed when I leave home to use library computers to advocate on behalf of victimized people.  I got tired of being essentially imprisoned for security, and I hope more Americans will.  Now I peacefully picket government offices and officials who made an oath to uphold the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA while they actually undermine its provisions for liberty and justice for all. I also picket mainstream media companies that enable violations against Americans' civil and human rights by censoring reports about secret arrests and murders, and organizations that accept public donations to uphold human and civil rights but refuse to address gross offenses.  If you would like to join me, we will gangstalk them. 2. The Bible says that when we have a problem with people, we should first take them aside and reason with them privately. If that does not yield the desired results,we should appeal to those in authority over them. If that fails, the Bible instructs us to take them to court. The Bible gives no instructions beyond that, because there was a time when judges were prophets of God; they were upright men and women who worked as though they worked unto God and not unto man. That is no longer the case. Many judges in 21st century America are corrupt, and they hold the Constitution in contempt. The blindfold has holes in it, and Lady Justice can see the races and socio-economic status of the people in court. She also sees the bribes that are offered for sham justice. Laws are enforced if that leads to another black, brown, or poor white person joining America's 2.3 million prisoners; laws are ignored if doing so denies justice for minority people and whites who lack wealth.

3. In obedience to the Word of God, every agency, official, and organization I stalk is first notified about problems they should address. Beneath each scheduled stalking, please find a link to information that documents the issue. Late summer 2011, I plan to stalk the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. I do not have the power to make decision makers change, but abuses of power and hypocrisy must be exposed in order to help people who do have power (like voters, taxpayers, and righteous decision makers) know about circumstances that need to be addressed.  See the announcement below.

4. I do not know if the City of Atlanta hired stalkers to attack my computers and follow me around, but that is a possibility. I protested The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm handling the Kathryn Johnston murder-by-police case. The Cochran Firm contracted to represent Johnston's survivors just six months after having itself pronounced "nonexistent" in the State of Georgia in May 2006 by Georgia Superior Court Judge Wendy Shoob in order to fabricate an excuse to dismiss my lawsuit against the law firm for defrauding my family as our wrongful death attorneys regarding Larry Neal's wrongful death in Memphis/Shelby County Jail.

5. Americans need to get used to doing peaceful in-person demonstrations (exercising our freedom of assembly rights), because the Internet may soon become as useless to all human and civil rights advocates in America as it is for me now. If Senate Bill 968 (the IP Protection Act) passes in Congress, it will allow government officials to target websites for removal from the Internet. Furthermore, the government can legally redirect links, prevent links from opening and control targeted persons' browsers - offensive censorship that has been done covertly to me by cyberstalkers for years. Officials may believe that if dissidents are silenced online, Americans will become more docile about the gross injustices that are happening.  Certainly, mainstream media will honor its agreement to allow government to preapprove its news reports and continue to censor information like Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder and The Cochran Firm denying that it has law offices within the State of Georgia or the City of Memphis.  Perhaps they feel that if there were no human and civil rights advocates discussing government corruption, police brutality, and sham justice online, these things could continue without the masses knowing about them or becoming upset.  They should consider the riots of the 1960s and 1970s, before the Internet was available to see how flawed that premise is.  When officials read about the frustrations of Americans online and see news published that they prefer to hide, they want to "shoot the messenger" (the Internet).  Removing the voices of anti-war protesters, prisoner rights activists, and advocates for collective bargaining will not resolve anything. How many Egyptians have the Internet in their homes?  They, too, rebelled against tyranny, as all people have throughout history.  Where was the Internet before the French Revolution?  Who had the Internet when Dr. Martin Luther King led the Birmingham Bus Boycott?  Yes, we really CAN all get along, and honoring the Constitution of the United States of America is how to do it.  Please learn more about S.968 at the first link on this page, or browse for "Mary Neal S.968."

6.  Until S.968 (nicknamed "the Internet Censorship Bill") passes, cyberstalkers are used to interfere with targeted messages. My articles and blogs have wealthy, powerful enemies because I (a) expose government crimes, including my handicapped brother's murder under secret arrest and the cover-up by the United States Justice Department, Memphis Shelby County Jail, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm; (b) advocate to release 1.25 million mentally ill prisoners either to hospitals or community care programs, depending on their offenses and functionality. Since many (if not most) of our judges, Justice Department officials, politicians and other decision makers invest heavily in private prisons, decriminalizing mental illness would negatively impact their investment portfolios. Therefore, they do not want many people to champion the idea of decriminalizing mental illness. Sick people were evicted from mental hospitals by the hundreds of thousands in the 1970s to seed the first private prisons. Insufficient provisions were made for their subsistence and continued psychiatric treatment. Since most of them wound up in prison or dead, deinstitutionalization did not work. Taxpayers saved zero. In fact, prison costs escalated to over $50 billion/year.  Private prison investors enrich themselves by cruelly imprisoning sick people in solitary confinement torture chambers 23 hours per day. An acute mental patient starved to death in a privately owned Utah jail in February 2011.  Reporting such news is why this peace-loving, Christian grandmother cannot have free speech and freedom of press. I use it to advocate "LOVE THY NEIGHBOR."  Jesus Christ had even more trouble communicating that message than I do.

7. DeKalb County Police Detective Miller told me on June 28 that it is NOT illegal for cyberstalkers to remove data from my computers and actually destroy the machines. She obviously chose to ignore or does not know about the Telecommunications Act of 1996 or the Internet Security Act of 2000.  Since police will not address the crimes against my civil rights (free speech/freedom of press), all I can do is expose the fact that America is racist, classist, and well on the road to becoming Nazi. Cyberstalkers also block my phone calls and emails so I cannot communicate with potential employers. Being unemployed gives me time to stalk officials and others who pretend to believe in democracy every day while ignoring their responsibility to ensure that the contract the government has with the People, our Constitution, is honored for everyone, whether black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, Jewish, Muslim, wealthy or poor, without regard to mental or physical handicaps.  They interfere with my securing gainful employment because they fear my access to computers and phones over which they do not have direct control like they have over those in my home. They fear I will communicate with book publishers about my manuscripts, attorneys about the crimes they have done or allowed, and human and civil rights advocates about my handicapped brother's lynching as well as my CoIntelPro-like persecution for complaining about his murder. Moreover, private prison investors fear that my advocacy to decriminalize mental illness will cost them money.

8. Christians have a duty to protest injustice against the least of these, His brethren. I try to do that online, but my efforts are continually blocked by cyberstalkers who are paid (perhaps your tax money) to interfere with my posts. I am usually denied access to Twitter, Facebook, and my organization ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL from my home PC. I have spent many thousands of dollars since 2005 on new computers and to have PCs wiped clean and reinstalled. When I use library computers, they are also taken over time I sign in using my library card number. Wealthy, unscrupulous people abhor my advocacy against mass incarceration and murders of mentally ill Americans, capital punishment, systemic racism and classism in the justice system. The hate my Christian advocacy for decision makers in America to please treat others as they wish to be treated. I doubt if any of them are fond of the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE initiative: No Shopping on the 9th of Any Month During 2011.  My FreeSpeakBlog carries reports about protests I have already done, where and why. Senate Bill 968 and H.R.3261 to Remove Dissidents from Internet

Wyden to temporarily block Senate's vote. If S.968 passes, the government will be able to legally take down targeted Internet sites. 1. GOOGLE OPPOSES SENATE BILL 968, called the "Internet Censorship Bill." OpenCongress.org carries information on the contested bill at this link: http://www.opencongress.org/bill/112-s968/show  - This freedom-killing bill was introduced by Senator Patrick Leahy, a Democrat like Rep. Alcee Hastings, who introduced H.R.645, the concentration camp bill, in January 2009. One might believe that Democrats want to eliminate the Constitution. S.968 contradicts: "Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press . . . " If S.968 passes, the censorship that has been done covertly to keep this civil/human rights activist offline to hide government crimes will become legal. Provisions of S.968 can be used to silence all voices of dissent on the Internet in the United States of America.

.2. Individuals and corporations that oppose government or corporate practices that erode justice in America are usually punished through the justice system. This is true of Google, which now faces antitrust allegations. Individuals like former Northwestern journalism professor David Protess, who founded the Medill Innocence Project, are fired. Human rights activists like Mary Neal, founder and director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, experience censorship, cyberterror, and gangstalking. Because Google opposes the Internet censorship, the company is now under attack. According to msnbc.com, Google's stock fell $6.66 or 1.4 percent, to $473.56 in midday trading Friday after disclosure that the Internet giant faces a federal antitrust investigation. 4. Google said, "It's still unclear exactly what the FTC's concerns are."

But the inquiry is expected to focus in large part on whether Google abuses its dominance of Internet search to extend its influence into other lucrative online markets, such as mapping, comparison shopping and travel. Rivals complain that Google, which handles two out of every three Internet searches in the U.S., manipulates its results to steer users to its own sites and services and bury links to competitors. 6. Mainstream media censors news, probably according to government dictates. But the Internet enables people to report abuses of power in the United States. Fascists oppose Americans exercising First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and press. Senate bill 968 is the latest of several bills Congress introduced within the last few years that could be used to censor Americans. I presently experience cyberstalking to prevent reports about my mentally, physically handicapped brother's murder under secret arrest. Larry Neal died in 2003 in Memphis Shelby County Jail while the facility was directly supervised by the USDOJ due to many prior abuses of power. USDOJ offiicials colluded with the jail and The Johnnie Cochran Firm (under new management) to cover-up Larry's death, and the media agreed to censor the news report. Therefore, I began reporting the murder cover-up online and have published over 1,000 articles, emails, and blogs about that crime and the kangaroo court processes my mother and I endured when we sued The Cochran Firm for defrauding us as our wrongful death attorneys. Most of my articles are about other victimized Americans, including minorities and white citizens who lack wealth. A team of cyberstalkers was hired to monitor my computer useage 24/7 and prevent my net freedom. My computer security system cannot stop the stalkers, but it captures up to four IP addresses working simultaneously to attack my PCs whenever I go online. Police refuse to trace the IP addresses and prosecute the criminals, likely because they know who they are and who issued the orders. Right now there are four cyberstalkers breaking through my security.  My security program reports: Deny PortScan Attack from Remote Host 192.168.1.254.  The cyberstalkers' attack continued, and they got won.  Now I cannot go to Twitter, send emails, or log in at Yahoo Answers.  My security program reported:  IE Sent Data to Remote Host 67.215.253.140; IE Sent Data to Remote Host 74.125.159.191; IE Sent Data to Remote Host 74.125.67.191; and Application "SYSTEM" sent data to Remote Host 67.125.253.140.  When I recorded a video about the attack, cyberstalkers heard me talking, either by using the mic on my PC or listening through my cellphone.  They can do both.  Therefore, they allowed me to open this edit screen, which they denied me access to for over an hour before hearing me record proof of what S.968 will allow Big Brother to legally do to censor you like I am now.  Presently, they do covert takeovers of targets' computers by remote hosts - actions that DeKalb Police call legal because police do not want to trace the IP addresses that attack me and prosecute cyberstalkers who I suspect are citizens police.  Google my article "Citizens Police: My New Neighbors and Yours," if they let you.  America seems to be in the position that pre-WWII Germany was.  Freedom of speech and press are the first rights to go when a nation slides into fascism.  We are not allowed to protest injustice online or in person.  Over 2,600 protestors have been arrested since 2009 in America.

7. DeKalb County, Georgia police told me on June 28, 2011, that cyberstalkers stealing data from my hard drive and destroying my computers via covert remote access are not illegal activities. Officer Miller ignored the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Internet Security Act of 2000, which made cyberstalking a crime. In America, laws are used to keep the "slave class" in line but are not enforced when working class taxpayers need protection from government abuses. In June 2010, Atlanta police officers told me they would taser and arrest me for making in-person reports about Larry's murder and other abuses of power. Therefore, I am essentially under an illegal injunction to prevent communicating about my brother's murder and abuses against other Americans. The illegal injunction is enforced by criminal computer geeks and by police officers who swore to protect and serve citizens.

8. If Congress passes laws that restrict freedom of press on the Internet, it would be possible for the government to secretly arrest and kill more "useless eaters" like Larry Neal (Hitler's term for mental patients). The USDOJ and Memphis Shelby County Jail refuse to divulge whether Larry was murdered (1) while being used as a medical test rat, (2) as a waterboarding subject to train the USDOJ's advanced interrogation specialists (torturers), (3) by Taser, (4) by restraint table or chair, (5) by brutality, or (6) by police withholding his vital heart drugs. Police kept the middle aged heart patient under secret incarceration and lied to his family and social worker, denying that Larry was incarcerated until he expired under circumstances that are treated like a national secret. Once the Internet is legally censored, police may come for your Autistic child, elderly mother with Alzheimers or age-onset dementia, or your bipolar friend. 9. I thank God for Google's commitment to protect freedom of press on the Internet and the fact that the overwhelming majority of people who voted at OpenCongress.org are against the S.968. Google is likely being persecuted by an antitrust investigation because the level of integrity the company's management has surpasses that of Justice Department officials and mainstream media owners. Google handles nearly 90% of Internet searches and offers a host of other valuable services. The company therefore sets the standard that other Internet search engines must strive to meet to be competitive. Not only is Google hated for protecting net freedom, but unethical companies like The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fear Google Wiki, which allows Google Chrome users to publish comments that can be accessed at web pages by other Google Wiki users. The Cochran Firm does not want Google Wiki users to read comments I might post about the law firm's fraud against my elderly, grieving mother. Lawyers at The Cochran Firm contracted to be our wrongful death attorneys immediately after Larry died, then helped Shelby County Jail cover up his murder. In fact, David McLaughlin, Esq. kept Larry's wrongful death lawsuit secretly inactive while Tennessee's statute of limitations passed in order to protect the jail and USDOJ officials. The USDOJ officials may have accepted a payoff to ignore Larry's murder, which I communicated extensively with DOJ about in 2005. In 2006, USDOJ officials allowed Shelby County Jail to enter false testimony and reports into federal court records that omitted Larry's death. High government officials were indicted in Willacy County, Texas in 2008 for allegedly withholding federal investigations regarding inmate abuses and deaths. The indictments against several judges, former Vice President Chaney, and former Attorney General Gonzales alleged that they allowed abuses to go unpunished because they were private prison owners/investors and/or because they were paid to ignore crimes against humanity that happened inside correctional facilites. It is unfortunate that the agency that is charged with protecting Americans' civil liberties is itself corrupt.

10. Among other things, Senate bill 968 will enable the government to force Internet service companies to stop serving targeted websites. Therefore, websites that carry news the government does not want published could (and likely would) cease to exist on the Internet. This would likely be applied to my blogs advocating against mass incarceration and murders of mental patients; TruthOut.com, which suffered a cyberattack recently that removed 10 days of posts; Wikileaks, a site the government hates because it exposes hypocrisy in some of our leaders; CLG News, which publishes anti-war news; and IndyMedia, which has a false security warning claiming it would damage my PC to open that news site. In a short while after S.968 goes into effect, people might begin to censor themselves - watch what they post at their own blogs in fear that the blogs will be targeted for removal from the Internet. Independent news sites will also be very careful about news they allow members to publish in fear that the Government will target their Internet sites for removal. The censorship techniques that S.968 will make legal, such as redirecting users' browsers to prevent access to certain news, have been done to me by cyberstalkers for years. They do this to prevent me from learning about specific cases of abuses and murders of mentally ill Americans. They know I will republish the news at Twitter, Facebook, and in email messages, because I hope such accounts help decriminalize mental illness. Senate bill 968 can be used to scrub the Internet clean of any and all traces of police brutality and other government crimes. Senate bill 968 is the most Nazi piece of legislation I have come across. Below is an excerpt from a report about S.968 by Stephen Lendman, entitled "Internet Censorship Bill Introduced" (see the full report at the link below).

11. If enacted, PROTECT IP will give federal authorities "unprecedented power to attack the Internet's domain name system (DNS)," by:


12. -- forcing ISPs and search engines to redirect or reject user attempts to reach certain cites; and


13. -- vaguely call DNS servers: "server(s) or other mechanism(s) used to provide the Internet protocol addresses associated with a domain name."


14. This definition endangers other technologies, including operating systems, email and web clients, routers, and others able to provide IP addresses when given domain names like traditional DNS servers.


15. . . . Abigail Phillips explained . . . "It [S.968] includes 'a private right of action for intellectual property owners (as well as government to) seek injunctions against websites (allegedly) dedicated to infringing activities' in addition to court orders against third parties providing services to those sites."


16. Its [Senate bill 968's] language also adds new third-party provider categories, including "interactive computer services" and "servers of sponsored links," requiring they no longer serve targeted sites.

17. Cyberstalkers are assigned to disrupt my Internet postings until they receive an order to destroy my computer again. In the meanwhile, they will not permit me to download Google Chrome, but make me use IE8, knowing that Microsoft is in favor of S.968. Although my gMail account is cyberstalked like my Yahoo Mail account is, I believe that if/when I subpoena records from Google to prove how many emails I am not allowed to receive, the company is not likely to work with the government or The Cochran Firm behind my back to falsify records. We hope our telephone carrier will also be forthcoming about the hundreds of phone calls we are not allowed to receive at (678) 531.0262. Our calls, other than from family members, are usually directed straight to voice mail, then deleted without anyone in our household being allowed to hear them. Sometimes, stalkers make our callers hear a lying message saying that our phone is disconnected. We live like prisoners in the United States, essentially kidnapped like Larry was. My family is absolutely denied the opportunity to communicate freely with the outside world. I am followed when I leave home, because criminals fear that I will use a computer or telephone over which they do not have direct control. S.968 will put virtually every computer in America under government control, and there will be no further need for cyberstalkers to censor human/civil rights activists like Mary Neal. If the government succeeds in making Google relax its stance against S.968 and other Internet censorship measures that are sure to follow, my family might be killed like cyberterrorists threatened often. Authorities presently worry about how the public would respond if officials or wealthy, unscrupulous lawyers do actual harm to a family for complaining online about the secret arrest and murder of a handicapped member. Over a million people know about Larry's murder despite the media blackout. The public also knows about cyber threats against me for advocating for justice for 1.25 million mentally ill Americans and immigrants who are cruelly imprisoned to boost prison profits rather than being treated for their dysfunctions in hospitals or community care under Assisted Outpatient Treatment programs. If you think I exaggerate their level of debauchery, please consider that my elderly mother has continuing nightmares about possible methods police used to exterminate Larry, but officials ignore our right to due process of law regarding open disclosure. Officials deny the Neal family any legal recourse regarding Larry's wrongful death and do everything they can to prevent us from revealing the murder cover-up and The Cochran Firm Fraud. But the public reads my articles and can see our videos, which I usually must have a third party upload due to determined cyberstalkers. I shiver to think about what sociopathic officials might do to people in our position once online censorship is legalized. Officials would no longer worry about truth-tellers' videos going viral online and destroying the carefully protected fasade that America is a democratic country that respects its citizens' right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

Regardless of how expert cyberstalkers are, computer security systems and digital cameras capture irrefutable proof that Americans are censored, and some of us are terrorized for publishing reports about government crimes. When San Francisco B.A.R.T. officers killed Oscar Grant on January 1, 2009, with a single bullet to the young father's back, they immediately tried to collect all cell phones with video capabilities from commuters who were horrified about the public lynching. The officers wanted to prevent any film of Grant's murder from being uploaded on social media and broadcast around the world, but they failed. The Internet allows people to publish articles and videos proving government crimes that mainstream media censors.

(10 links)    AFTER COWERING AT HOME FOR NEARLY TWO YEARS due to online and in-person stalkers who terrorize me for asking how/why my disabled brother was secretly arrested and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003, I began stalking 'em back.  That is to say that I picket agencies and individual officials who have a sworn duty to address injustices in America but renege on their promises to uphold the U.S. Constitution, which provides for free speech and freedom of press.  I am denied those rights because I use them to request that decision makers DO UNTO OTHERS AS THEY WOULD HAVE OTHERS DO UNTO THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES.

I planned to begin picketing at the MLK Memorial dedication ceremony on August 28, but the event was delayed by an earthquake.  The ceremony will be well-attended by black people and white liberals gathered to dishonor Dr. King.  Many so-called leaders and the media ignore such atrocities as the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal or actually participate in cover-ups regarding police violence.  Dr. King protested war without provocation, racism and class consciousness that is rampant in the justice system in America.  I believe Dr. King would be disgusted at the rate that civil and human rights are being traded for "security" in America. He was assassinated while on a mission to promote workers' rights, yet workers suffer more than ever as jobs are being outsourced overseas or to prisons where slavery has emerged as a major industry once again.  The Voting Rights Act was used to elect some people who allow or facilitate my terrorism and censorship to prevent disclosure about my brother's lynching, the victimization of 1.25 million other mentally challenged Americans, wrongful convictions, excessive sentencing, capital punishment - including BLACK OFFICIALS WHO PRACTICE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST OTHER BLACKS and CLASS DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WORKING CLASS WHITES AND OTHERS.  I congratulate the MLK Memorial Committee and everyone who worked hard to get Dr. King's likeness on the Washington mall - the first man to be honored there who was not a president.  However, I plan to picket the assembly at the King Memorial dedication because I protest elite integration against middle class and poor Americans.  If you doubt how many New World Orderlies are among people in mainstream media and counted as "black leaders," send some a printout of this article or others in my FreeSpeakBlog.  Ask WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL, a lynched handicapped black Memphis man.  You will receive no response, but you may attract your own crew of stalkers. Having to live like a prisoner in America gave me empathy for actual prisoners, some of whom are as innocent of wrongdoing as I am.  I simply asked why/how Memphis/Shelby County Jail killed Larry Neal and why the USDOJ shields the jail for his murder and imprisons instead of treats mentally dysfunctional citizens.  Plus I revealed THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD, the largest CoIntelPro operation in history.  Send information about persons in need of advocacy, including the individual's name, his mailing address and a website, if applicable. 16. Billey Joe Johnson: Mississippi high school football star; killed by shotgun blast during police traffic stop (another Cochran Firm case with no compensation to the family)
17. Oscar Grant: First unarmed black man killed in 2009; shot in the back by B.A.R.T. police officer who was convicted and served only 11 months in jail although Michael Vick served two years for killing dogs

19. Carlos Umana: Hispanic man, age 20, acute mental patient arrested during a psychotic episode and starved to death in a Utah correctional facility; weighed at 180 pounds on jail entry in October 2010 and exited as a 77-pound corpse in February 2011.
20. Michael Vick: Investigated, prosecuted, sentenced to prison, bankrupted and fired for killing dogs by a justice system that refuses to ask Memphis Shelby County Jail and police officers or local government officials how/why Larry Neal was murdered.

Hank Skinner:  Denied DNA test to prove innocence during his stay of execution which was granted by the U.S. Supreme Court in March 2010.  A new execution date was set for November 9, 2011, although nothing was done to prevent wrongful execution.  Apparently, the injustice system grants temporary reprieves such as Skinner and Davis received when the public expresses outrage about unrighteous punishment in the absence of irrefutable proof, but there is no real intention to actually grant DNA tests or new trials to present post-conviction evidence.

I grew up during the civil rights era and love a good protest almost as much as family picnics.  I look forward to meeting you in Washington or receiving your letters about people or issues you wish for me to present at the USDOJ and in my future articles. You may want to add your name to eliminate racism and classism in the justice system, attacks against undocumented workers, promote collective bargaining protection and stronger environmental protection laws. This invitation was published Independence Day weekend, when America celebrates freedom from tyranny. But some of our elected and appointed officials have become King George, III.  Advocating liberty and justice for all is often treated like homeland terrorism.  In fact, over 2,600 protesters were arrested in America since 2009.  People and companies are persecuted for upholding and actually using the very liberties that will be celebrated throughout America this weekend. College students in Georgia who protested reductions in the Hope Scholarship may have their eligibility for the grant suspended as punishment for using their freedom of assembly and free speech rights.  Google took a stance against S.968 (known as the Internet censorship bill) and got hit with an antitrust investigation in June. David Protess was recently terminated by Northwestern University after he and his journalism students at Medill Innocence Project investigated wrongful convictions and were responsible for 13 innocent Illinois prisoners being exonerated, some of whom were on death row. Protess continues to expose wrongdoing in the justice system in his Chicago Innocence Project. I have found that articles regarding the denial of civil rights, the peace movement, and prisoner advocacy (especially regarding capital punishment or prison profiteering) are censored. Americans are expected to meekly accept drastic changes in how we live and what we can expect without rhetoric.  Frederick Douglas said, "Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have the exact measure of the injustice and wrong which will be imposed on them."  RESIST OPPRESSION!

Activists who rely on the Internet should probably use every opportunity to publish their causes now. It may be necessary to revert to pre-Internet advocacy methods in the future, like rallies, marches, flyers, letters, public radio and TV (which is suspiciously underfunded), and public speaking. Senate bill 968 is being considered by Congress and has bipartisan support. S.968 is the most recent of several bills congressional representatives introduced in the last few years that could reduce Americans' net freedom if passed into law. First Amendment freedoms are the cornerstone for all other rights a people can have.  No society that calls itself democratic should muzzle dissidents. The best way to honor the country on July 4th is to guard our rights and stand with fellow citizens and immigrants whose rights are trampled.  Americans should not forget the lesson from Nazi Germany:  Problems that seemingly affect only the disenfranchised can eventually ensnare an entire nation. This has never actually been a land of justice for all, but it behooves each generation of Americans to keep the country moving in that direction.

You cannot punish me sufficiently to make me accept that my mother is less than a pit bull bitch whose pups' deaths you investigated and prosecuted. Americans will likely lose their net freedom in the near future, like I did in 2006 when I started using the Internet to broadcast my brother's secret murder and advocate for justice and compassion for mentally ill prisoners.  The Internet provides the only avenue for victims of government crimes to make their own mass media reports when mainstream media will not.  Senate Bill 968 may accomplish what numerous other Internet censorship bills failed to do, unless concerned citizens and representatives intervene. Even then, it may not be enough. Elected officials do not seem care much what Americans want any longer, with electronic voting machines. According to political writer, L. J. Lendman, Senate Bill 968 will terminate "privacy and judicial review protections guaranteed under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Privacy Protection Act, and financial privacy regulations no longer would apply." Congress was rushing S.968 through until Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) placed a hold on the bill pending input by concerned users. Use this holding period to call, write, or email your representatives to stop the repressive bill that will further erode Americans' privacy. Because of what I endure, I know that more than your privacy may be lost. S.968 will also make it easier to identify "targeted" persons online and censor their input, like mine is to prevent your learning about my mentally, physically disabled brother's murder under secret arrest or about other atrocities I write about, like the 20-year-old bipolar man who starved to death in Utah in February. Google, Visa, Yahoo, and American Express Company are against S.968, and so are 89% of the people who voted on the bill at OpenCongress.org. These are the Last Days.  American officials want the right to kill mentally, physically handicapped people like my brother, Larry Neal, without any protests from people of God, although when dogs are injured, thousands of Americans protest vehemently ( see http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/ ).  People of God and/or people of conscience must decide whether we will cower and serve Satan by doing things we know are wrong and leave undone those things that we know are right to do.  Fascists are trying to train Americans to ignore the suffering of our neighbors in direct disobedience to God's commandment that we "love one another as Christ loves us."  For example, Florida residents are being arrested for feeding homeless, hungry people.  God says, "Give to every man who asks you."  Former Northwestern journalism professor David Protess was fired because he and his students exonerated 12 wrongly convicted people, and each prisoner is worth money to prison investors whether they are guilty or not.  Some of the innocent inmates Protess and his students exonerated were facing execution.  I did not know a few years ago that American business persons made billions each year by imprisoning people and forcing them to work for little or no wages (slavery).  My terrorists say I must stop using "freedom of speech" to protest the mass incarceration and murders of mentally ill Americans like my brother Larry was.  I am censored and gangstalked because I advocate for compassion and justice for acute mental patients who comprise over 60% of inmates in cruel solitary confinement.  God's Word says in Hebrews 13:3 that we must have compassion on prisoners and consider their torture as though it were our own bodies.

Inmates in solitary confinement spend 23 hours each day in a 9' x 6' cell suffering sensory deprivation that physicians recommended to the CIA to torture War on Terror suspects.  Some human beings have been in isolation in American "correctional" institutions for over 40 years.  Americans would not stand by and watch their neighbors keep their dogs in a tight dog house for years without calling Animal Control to arrest the cruel dog owner, especially if many of the dogs were killed in deadly restraint chairs, sprayed with gas if they whined in distress, or if the animals were used for dangerous medical experiments or torture training.  My family does not know which method was used to kill Larry Neal, because the Untied States Department of Justice, Memphis Shelby County Jail, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm colluded to hide Larry Neal's death that occurred after three weeks of secret arrest.  My family has asked to be treated at least as well as dogs are for almost eight years.  We have filed lawsuits, Freedom of Information Act requests, and federal subpoenas, but the government refuses to answer how and why Larry Neal was murdered.  These government murders did not end with Larry.  Tim Souders died on a restraint table where he was tortured for four days without food and water.  Sean LeVert died after being in a restraint chair. 

America's 1.25 million mentally ill inmates are the sick, naked prisoners that Jesus identified with Matthew 25:40 when He said, "Such as you do unto ONE of the least of these, you do unto Me." Prisoners wear orange jumpsuits, except the mentally ill. Bipolar and schizophrenic inmates and those with severe PTSD, like some veterans have, are frequently kept naked in isolation cells to prevent them from harming themselves, whether or not they are actually suicidal. Medicaid insurance for inpatient psychiatric care was deleted and many hospitals were closed over the last 30 years so that prison investors (often the lawmakers) could use mental patients to seed the first private prisons. Recidivism is kept high through inhumane requirements that mentally ill people prove they are an immediate "danger to self and others" (usually by committing a crime), and by withholding funds for community care programs.  Every year, sick people are killed during arrest attempts or while incarcerated. God is not pleased. Therefore, I refuse to allow demonic people make me disobey God, though they stalk and censor me and threaten our family.

Please ask officials to stop terrorizing me because I ask what happened to Larry Neal and speak out for other prisoners.  Ask your representatives to stop censoring my Internet input, destroying my computers, sending men to follow me to computer rental businesses or the public libraries, or allowing others to do these things without police intervention.  Email Eric Holder at AskDOJ@usdoj.com  - Below are tweets I published to affirm that whether or not you join me and support my mission, I will stand on the Lord's side all my life and obey His Holy Word - even against wealthy, unscrupulous prison investors and rich, unethical lawyers like those in The Cochran Firm who defrauded my family to help Memphis Shelby County Jail get away with murdering Larry without having to say how and why he died. 

When federal officials in the United States Department of Justice decided to help Shelby County Jail cover-up Larry Neal's murder, they allowed the jail to submit perjury into federal court proceedings to cover-up his arrest and death.  The Cochran Firm was sent to be our wrongful death attorneys, so none of the officials worried about Larry's family exposing the death via lawsuits.  The Cochran Firm's part in the cover-up was to hold the Neals' lawsuit against the State of Tennessee for negligence and lawsuit against Memphis Shelby County Jail for wrongful death secretly inactive while the statute of limitations passed.  Meanwhile, the lawyers sent us lying updates about legal work they were not actually doing.  When we discovered the fraud, it was too late to find another attorney to get Larry's records and sue for us - only a few weeks remained on the Tennessee statute of limitations.  All the law firms said that was not enough time to begin the work The Cochran Firm pretended to be doing for almost a year.  Not the first step had been taken to secure Larry's arrest and incarceration records, interview witnesses, or have Hattie Neal named as the executor of Larry's estate to get medical and psychiatric records.  My mother and I believed we would at least get to know how police killed Larry if we sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud and deliberate malpractice.  That might help my mother stop having nightmares about the possible murder methods.  But judges did not honor our Motions to Compel records released in this matter.  Everyone worked against us.  Judges even pretended there was NO Cochran Firm office in Georgia where we filed suit in order to excuse dismissing our suit against The Cochran Firm, and another judge ruled that the firm defrauding the Neals was "immaterial."  Both courts were determined that no jury would hear what the fraudulent lawyers did to protect the jail where Larry died - likely because The Cochran Firm is used to defraud clients in specific cases and would lose its usefulness. 

The media participates in Larry's secret murder cover-up by refusing to report the handicapped black man's secret arrest and lynching, then the media refused to report that The Cochran Firm went to court and denied having any law offices whatsoever in the State of Georgia or in Memphis (the two offices where my mother and I had our client intake meetings and signed contract).  Cox Enterprises refused to obey our federal subpoena to release The Cochran Firm's advertising records to prove the liars have law offices they prolifically advertise in Georgia, and the federal judge would not make Cox honor the subpoena.  But if GOD be for you, it does not matter if the whole world is against you.  God loves justice, and I know that some day, He will do what needs to be done in this matter.  The media, State Bars, consumer protection organizations, civil and human rights organizations (yes!) refuse to address The Cochran Firm's fraud against my family and its denial in court proceedings that it has offices in Georgia and in Memphis in order to help the devious firm keep its record clean so that other minorities will entrust their death-by-police cases to the devious lawyers who replaced those who worked alongside Johnnie Cochran.  In fact, The Cochran Firm attorneys may now be able to defraud whites as claimants' attorneys on the DePuy hip implant team and the BP oil spill litigation.  Cochran Firm lawyers were assigned by the courts to key positions in both those class action cases that have thousands of victims of corporate impropriety.  Whose side will The Cochran Firm lawyers be on, I wonder - their clients or their clients' defendants?  Lord have mercy on working class Americans and retired people!

America's justice system is CORRUPT with people who care nothing about their fellow human beings, God, or this country.  That is not to say everyone in the justice system is going to hell, but those at the top who ignore my emails, letters, tweets, and phone calls for help are certainly going to be judged by God for allowing the lynching cover-up and my terrorism to continue.  Since our lawsuits against The Cochran Firm were dismissed wrongly, none of the co-conspirators want the world to know about any of this - Larry's 2003 lynching and the initial cover-up, The Cochran Firm fraud, or the horrible things assigned stalkers do to intimidate us and censor the reports I make online.  Therefore, the stalking and censorship gets more pronounced the more people who learn about it.  Does that make any sense?  If half a million people read my NowPublic.com articles and 500 blogs and thousands of emails, is there any hope that each one is not telling one about this atrocity? I believe American officials hold citizens in contempt and have started relying on our fear to keep us submissive and quiet about injustices, just as Revelation said would happen.

Today, I had to go to three locations before I could complete this blog.  I just got my computer out of the shop, paid $95 that my mother and I needed for a bill, and cyberdogs already infected it with trojans and took away parts of its capabilities, like playing and burning CDs.  Authorities and fraud lawyers fear my CDs because I videotape cyberstalkers' computer censorship as it happens and post some of the films on my YouTube channel JKEMPP703.  Immediately when I plug up my PC, a Remote Host sends a PortScan Attack.  That is a process to find out essential information about my PC and determine the best attack.  My security program records the stalkers' IP addresses, but no police officers or justice officials care about my "freedom of press."  In fact, Atlanta police officers said they will Taser and arrest me for telling people about Larry's secret arrest and murder if I try to talk to people about it in person in Atlanta, home of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and many people who pretend to care about civil and human rights today.  The last three IP addresses stalkers used to attack my PC from were:  74.125.45.138, and 74.125.45.100, and 192.168.1.254 - in case anyone wants to give my aged mother and me ANONYMOUS help getting free of Pharisees (unrighteous lawyers) who hold us a virtual prisoners, prevent me from communicating with potential employers, contacting honest attorneys, and speaking with publishers on our phone (which they also took over) about the two books I have written about MY LIFE these last few years.  People who did not want to be in books about my life should have excused themselves long ago -- not prevent me from publishing the tale by curtailing phone calls to and from our home or redirecting them all to voicemail and destroying them - (678) 531-0262.  Below are my recent tweets.  My tweets and articles are a plea for justice for myself and family and others whose plights I become acquainted with along the path of my justice quest.
