DO YOU NEED A BAILOUT? Here is an opportunity to help justice and perhaps your family's finances. Help me prove the cyberstalking against my First Amendment rights and your own.

My niece reported to me that she was prevented from posting on my FB wall on Feb. 5. I will need affidavits from online friends and family members whose posts are prevented to present in court to prove our First Amendment rights to free speech and free press are being violated.

Our next lawsuit will be for conspiracy to violate our civil rights by The Cochran Firm and others. This is being done in part to prevent the world from knowing that Larry Neal, a harmless mentally ill heart patient, was secretly arrested in Shelby County Jail in Memphis, TN in 2003, and exterminated and that the DOJ refuses to investigate and prosecute parties for his murder. We are planning a lawsuit for violations against our civil rights, and that includes your own free press rights if your messages to my family via telephone and email are prevented and your input at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") is deleted, etc.

Another reason we are censored is to impede our work to decriminalize mental illness in America. More than half of America's 2.3 million inmates are mentally ill, and removing them from prison to mental hospitals or community care programs would financially impact prison profiteers. My online group, AIMI, might launch a separate lawsuit that could be a class action. We advocate online for decriminalizing mental illness, humane prison conditions, and against human/civil rights abuses. We experience much cyberstalking in many network communities and across the Internet.

Our work began as a result of my mentally and physically handicapped brother's secret arrest and murder, which was covered up by authorities whose job is to uphold justice. My mother and I sued the Johnnie Cochran Firm (after Cochran was terminally ill and again after his death) for lawyer fraud - secretly holding our lawsuit against Shelby County Jail and others inactive while Tennessee's statute of limitations rolled along for 10.5 months. The law firm used its position as our wrongful death attorneys to protect the jail, then authorities protected The Cochran Firm from our law suit by claiming it was served wrong since there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia where suit was served. That is the lie they told to thwart Larry's survivors from getting justice for lawyer fraud. Democracy in America is in a precarious situation, and they don't want you to know that until the trains and railroads and FEMA camps get ready.

YOUR AFFIDAVITS ARE NEEDED

1) Please take time to look at my FB wall after you post messages and help us expose the criminal activity that is done to prevent exposing the fact that Larry Neal's murder is covered up, and my work as a human rights activist on behalf of other inmates is being illegally impeded by cyberstalking. Look through my FB wall postings and verify that yours are missing, please. Then send me a statement.

My phone calls are also intercepted sometimes with a false message that says the number is not in service, or calls are immediately directed to voicemail, but we do not receive the recordings.

3) At Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill group on Care2, cyberstalkers deleted every discussion strand about Troy Davis, many Taser victims, and the Scott sisters. I re-posted some info about Jamie Scott recently, and I hope they allow it to stay. 4) If you joined Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill at Care2, please check and see if your membership is still active. Many people on our membereship rolls are deleted to make it appear that people are not interested in saving acute mental patients from suffering wrongly in prisons instead of being treated for their health condition. Check also to see if AIMI group shows when you see a list of your Care2 groups. Sometimes it is missing on my lineup. See if your posts have been deleted like many of mine are.

5) I discovered today that our YouTube videos, Cochran Firm Fraud 1 and 2 are censored again. Care2 members might remember the front page article I wrote last year when cyberstalkers covertly removed those videos from YouTube. My friends helped me raise an alarm, and the videos were re-posted by the censorship team that follows me across the Internet to clean up mention of The Cochran Firm's fraud. Today, I learned that Video 2 stopped playing after the first 1.31 minutes, although there are 7 minutes of footage. I raised an alarm at Twitter, and they now let the whole video play. I don't know how long it was that way, because the cyberstalkers illegally place my PC on a network and become my PC's administrators. Then they delete Adobe Flash from my PCs, which prevents me from viewing YouTube videos.

Please check on the Cochran Firm Fraud videos periodically and see if you can catch this censorship in action. If you do, write me an affidavit. Video #2 is the one they most often remove from blogs, because it carries information that points to numerous authorities joining Larry's wrongful death cover-up and it tells my most horrifying in-person stalking event when I was followed and accosted by four cars of people and a USDOT truck on September 27, 2008, and denied 911 police service. If you catch any cyberstalking that is intended to prevent advocacy for Larry Neal's right to life being protected and Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill's work to decriminalize mental illness and promote human rights for U.S. inmates, let me know. It is not only a violation against me, but also a violation against YOUR free press rights. Intended recipients of news have their constitutional rights violated when news is prevented from reaching them. You may be able to opt in for a class action lawsuit. On September 1, 2009, I sent eCards that many Care2 members, Yahoo groups, and othere individuals received, but the ecards had been stripped of all the data regarding Arthur Thomas' planned execution despite his DNA test resuts indicating his innocence. This has happened three times that I know about:

3) ecards inviting you to Amnesty Internationa's conference in Atlanta, Georgia

An Alabama judge put Arthur's DNA tests results under court seal to prevent the world from knowing that Alabama planned to execute a man whose guilt was in doubt according to the latest forensic technology available. Arthur's DNA test results came from the lab in July, and the Alabama D.A.'s office reported to Birmingham News that a death warrant was being sought for Arthur on August 11 - a month later! Mainstream media omitted reporting this, and I saw that Arthur might soon die and have his death covered up like my brother Larry's is. The media won't report Larry's murder and The Cochran Firm Fraud, either. Thank God that I checked online for news about Thomas Arthur after his daughter wrote to prisoner activists and reported the good news about his DNA test results in July. I expected to see pictures of her happy reunion with her father in August when I browsed for news about Thomas Arthur's case. Instead, I saw only Birmingham News's report that a death warrant was being sought by the D.A.'s office and one other blogger's report stating that Arthur's DNA tests cast doubt on his guilt.

I hastily published news about Arthur's impending execution while his DNA test results were held under court seal. I published a Care2 News Network article despite heavy cyberstalking. It took all night for me to get that article published! I published a poll on Voting Central asking the world if Arthur should be executed for telling a fibb - getting another inmate, Gilbert, to say he killed Wicker in order to save Arthur from execution on July 31, 2008 as being the murderer. I then sent Care2 ecards to let people know about my article and poll to try to shed light on what I perceived as being a planned murder by the State. My ecards were stripped of all my input about Arthur, although the data showed on my screen. Care2 reported that it was attacked in the ecard area on that on September 1, and gMail, which I use for my advocacy for prisoner rights, went down on that same day. I kept publishing news about Thomas Arthur's pending execution in my blogs and at Twitter. Now Mr. Arthur has been granted a hearing. I hope they release the innocent man or give him more DNA tests, as he requests. I hope that Arthur and his family will be interested in participating in the lawsuit regarding cyberstalking I endured to prevent the world from knowing about his DNA test results, as well as families of other inmates whose situations I report in blogs and articles only to find that the news was covertly deleted or altered. I will also invite Troy Davis, and the Scott Sisters, Sgt. Russell, and other inmates and free citizens whose news articles were deleted from the internet or altered to prevent my advocating for their just treatment. Let Net Freedom really begin!

We already have statements from some of my Care2 friends about email messages that I sent to them that were CHANGED after I sent them and after my friends had already read the emails with the original message before it was covertly, illegally edited. When friends checked for me an hour later, some found that the very same message they had received from me and read earlier had been illegally replaced. This is nothing that cyberstalkers can do by taking over my home PC, because I do not have control over Care2's email operations from my machines or by any means.

Cyberterror and censorship happen to me across many Internet websites, so it is not necessarily being done BY those sites, but by an entity that has the power to interrupt free press in this way. At NowPublic.com, my article entitled "Cochran Firm Fraud Continues Unchecked by the Courts" is missing. Only some of the comments remain. Care2 members and NowPublic writers and readers will recall that this happened before regarding some of my other articles.

No Statute of Limitations on Larry Neal's Murder

My family's website for my mentally and physically disabled brother who was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail under undisclosed circumstances was attacked by cyberdogs. Last year, they took down our YouTube videos "Cochran Firm Fraud 1 and 2" until I wrote a front page story at Care2 News Network about the interruption of my free press rights. They put the videos back after the news about my videos being missing was published and many of my Care2 friends objected, but they put a lie at the videos saying they were published as response videos to some recording artist I know nothing about. When I viewed them on February 13, 2010, the Cochran Firm Fraud #2 video stopped at 1.31 minutes, although the video has 7 minutes of footage (the film that tells about Larry's murder cover-up conspiracy among numerous authorities). They are not only suppressing news about The Cochran Firm Fraud, which is Cointelpro using the name many African Americans and other minorities trust in order to limit or eliminate settlements to them after police violence.  The censorship curtails my advocacy for Human Rights for Prisoners.  I advocate against the death penalty, wrongful convictions, excessive sentencing, and trying/sentencing children as adults.  In 2005, less than 2% of the $467 BILLION that was used for the War on Drugs went to prevention and treatment programs.  That is because prison profiteers want prisoners.  They have 1.25 million mentally ill people behind bars now, and municipalities have contracts with private prisons to guarantee them a certain number of inmates. 

It is vital that Americans do not rely on mainstream news for reports about news in the public interest.  H.R.619 is a congressional bill to resume Medicaid to make mental hospitalization available for middle-class and indigent sick people, but prison investors prefer to keep the 1.25 million sick people behind bars.  Therefore, that bill has ZERO media coverage to date.  Most of the incarcerated mentally ill and their 10 million relatives do not even know about H.R.619, which was introduced in Congress by Rep. Eddie Johnson (D-TX) in 2009, because many media owners are also prison investors, and they do not report on that HEALTH CARE BILL.  The nation's focus has been on health care for over a year, but the mentally ill like Larry Neal were deliberately excluded from conversation and from coverage under the national health care plan.  Hospitals are for everyone else, but prison is intended for your mentally challenged neighbors, relatives, and friends - AFTER crimes, including murders they may do in their untreated states.  If a 30-year-old mentally ill person kills his family member or opens fire at the mall on you and your family and is imprisoned for life, prison investors stand to gain over $4 million according to his life expectancy.  Therefore, mental hospitals are steadily being closed, H.R.619 is getting no mainstream coverage, and community treatment programs are not adequately funded.  Most mentally challenged people are not violent.  Many people with this common, treatable health condition function well with treatment just like diabetics and people with conjestive heart trouble do.  But when treatment is withheld, it is likely to cause a health crisis.  That is why treatment is withheld from mentally ill people - in hopes of causing a crisis and the opportunity to respond to the crisis with imprisonment.

The Cochran Firm Fraud videos were published as a response to terror my family and I endure since suing that law firm for its fraud.  The firm singed contract to be Larry Neal's wrongful death attorneys but actually used that position to hold his case inactive while Tennessee's statute of limitations ran.  This was done in order to protect Shelby County's jail and county officials, including The Cochran Firm's managing partner in Memphis. Newsflash for cyberstalkers - You can delete what I write online about my brother's murder, but there is a grave in Memphis, Tennesssee that you cannot delete and which the "Justice" Department elects not to explain. I REPEAT: THERE IS NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON MURDER, and there should be none on accessory to murder after the fact.
We SUPPOSEDLY have a new administration in Washington, but the USDOJ still refuses to do its job to protect the rights of institutionalized Americans. I have every confidence that America will some day have a justice system that is really just. One thing that is required is for "we the people" to be made aware that we do not have people in power who care about justice now. Once that is understood, we the people will demand CHANGE. It is in part to prevent the people of the United States of America from knowing that we have a very criminal justice system that I am stalked and censored. Our justice system apparently does not agree that Americans should have liberty and EQUAL justice, or Larry Neal's family would not be the only family in America that must investigate a member's murder ourselves, have to fight cyberstalkers, hide at Chevron stations from terrorists (one of whom was driving a USDOT truck!), and contend with tremendous online interference to write about the crimes that continue and escalate to cover up Larry Neal's murder and limit my advocacy for the other 1.25 million mentally ill people who are enriching prison profiteers in America.

The people who attacked the WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL website may not be as pleased as they thought they would be when they see the result. They forced us to update the justice quest website before we would have. In the final analysis, it is not what we do for the dead that matters.

It is too late to help Larry. Memphis Shelby County police secretly arrested the acute mental patient in 2003 and kept him for 18 days while pretending he was not incarcerated long enough for him to die without his heart meds - or maybe they waterboarded Larry to train enhanced interrogation experts (inmate torturers). Authorities won't say. The laws enforcing open disclosure are ignored regarding Larry Neal's murder. But there are hundreds of thousands of LIVING mental patients who are also in prison. They are suffering right now, whereas it is over for Larry. Telling about Larry's secret arrest and murder is done to help the living. We could save many acute mental patients like Larry from suffering behind bars when they should be treated in mental hospitals or released for community care, depending on their offenses and their ability to live outside a controlled environment.

I believe it helps the quest to decriminalize mental illness to report Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder and the subsequent cover-up that was facilitated by The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm while under contract to be Larry's wrongful death attorneys. As soon as I get to a computer that cyberdogs don't control, I am putting a draft of our next lawsuit against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm online and asking for suggestions from the public, especially lawyers. Attorneys seem too afraid of the cover-up conspirators in Larry's murder to take the case themselves, unfortunately. One attorney told me that Larry's murder and The Cochran Firm's fraud of my family is so political that his partners may not be able to run for political office if he represents us. What do you think about that? This is not the "Yankey Doodle Dandy" land I was raised believing I lived in; what about you?

I know lawyers would advise me that putting a draft to our next lawsuit online is not a good idea, because that would give The Cochran Firm an opportunity to see it and prepare a defense in advance of receiving service. Don't worry about that for two reasons: (1) their lawyer fraud is indefensible, and (2) everything I type is already seen by my cyberstalkers. They see each word as I type on my PCs, whether or not I am online at the time. That is because cyberdogs illegally put my PCs on a network over which they are the administrators. Of course, it only matters what illegal activities one does if one lives where there is someone to ENFORCE THE LAW. In America, we don't have a justice system that will do that when crimes are done by the elite, as many of us are just discovering and some have known always.

Even when I leave home to use computers elsewhere under the threat of being followed and accosted like they did throughout 2008 when police ignored my 911 call, I do not have Net Freedom. Listen to my online interviews wherein I discuss being stalked and entrapped at a Chevron station with my small grandson by the driver of a Department of Transportation (DOT) truck and four other cars of men on September 27, 2008, weeks before the murder of Duanna Johnson, another person who planned to sue Shelby County Jail after violence. 

I have read that people's confidence in the government is low.  I even heard a report yesterday that people may be "suffering" from a lack of the enzyme that has to do with trust.  That is not the reason.  The lack of respect and trust is well deserved in any country where a family is censored and stalked for asking for justice in the matter of a secret arrest and murder and advocacy for other victimized persons.

When my home computer is rendered useless because it is placed on an illegal Intranet where others control my usage via remote access, I use the PCs in public libraries or in computer rental businesses.  Whenever I insert my flashdrive into a library computer, a DOS screen flashes, and the message says, "copying files." I will show it to you on my videos - illegal spying that can be done because patrons must enter their library card number into the computer system to use the machines.  I typed a draft of the post you are presently reading while in the public library, and suddenly, the DOS screen opened, and the message said, "copying files." I guess they could not wait until I hit "submit" to read what I wrote and get ready to make damn sure I did not email the information I typed.

I asked a relative what he thought The Cochran Firm would come up with next time in court when they are sued for conspiring with others to defraud the court and to violate our civil rights to hide a murder. One judge agreed there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia where we served suit and dismissed our lawsuit in 2006. Another judge ruled in 2009 that everything The Cochran Firm did to defraud my 80-year-old grieving mother after police killed her "special" child was "immaterial." (The Cochran Firm entered contract with Larry's survivors under an undisclosed conflict of interest and proceeded to hold Larry's wrongful death case inactive for the next 10.5 months of Tennessee's one-year statute of limitations in order to save Shelby County Jail, where Larry was murdered. The jail was under the overview of the DOJ and The Cochran Firm's managing partner in the firm's Memphis office.) Authorities could not care less that The Cochran Firm used U.S. Mail fraud to write my family lying letters about legal work that was not actually being done during the period we were their clients. This justice system addresses crimes committed by people in the "slave class" and generally ignores crimes done by people who could live on their interest income.

In Georgia Superior Court, The Cochran Firm denied having a Georgia office. In federal court, they denied the existence of a Memphis office of The Cochran Firm. Then they forgot the lie and wrote me a check the judge ordered because they had dodged service of process so hard and run up unnecessary fees (LexisNexis had to actually sit outside their Dothan, Alabama office before dawn and CATCH a partner to serve our lawsuit). I asked my relative if he thought those lawyers and whatever judge THEY picked would say next that Larry never existed, or if he thought they had run out of lies after six years of conflicting stories. He smiled at me and replied, "Some people never run out of lies, and no lie is too big to pass through their lips."

I do not write the truth boldly because I am fearless, but because I am not cut out to be a slave. People must be willing to fight for freedom and human dignity. GIVE ME LIBERTY, OR GIVE ME A CHEVRON STATION TO HIDE IN - that's what I say!

Did you hear about the three little monkeys who saw no evil, heard no evil, and spoke no evil? They went to the same concentration camps as the outspoken monkeys. You might as well take a stand for justice now while your First Amendment rights are still on the books. The Constitution will not be enforced under Marshal Law, just as it is not enforced now for Larry Neal and his family.

If you want to know more about plans being made for you and your relatives, ask Massachusetts if you can read the Marshal Law Bill the State passed on October 13, 2009. Ask your representatives if your state has one with similar language on standby right now with provisions to intern you and yours in FEMA centers if you refuse to take the H1N1 vaccine or jump some other hurdle when ordered to do so. That goes for EVERYBODY - black, white, Asian, Latino, pregnant women, newborns, elderly, feeble, healthy, rich and poor. Of course, some people are not disturbed to learn that handicapped Americans like Larry are being secretly arrested and exterminated, and the prospect of enforced vaccines does not alarm them. After all, there are different vaccine serums available - some with less toxins.

Go ahead and ask your representatives about H.R. 645,    a Congressional bill that proposes spending your tax money to build six concentration camps within the USA, and find out why infrastructure improvements will begin with repairing and constructing railroads, not repairing bridges and streets where free people travel. Inquiring minds want to know. You should call and ask. My phone is usually on lockdown.

I called my telephone number at 678.531.0262 from several people's phones for a number of days recently, and an automatic message said, "The number you called is not in service." When I asked others to call me from their phones, their calls also got that message or their calls were sent straight to voicemail. The message might become true soon if God delays answering our prayers. Paying small bills is a chore since being followed home from work every night inspired me to pray hard for God to PLEASE DO SOMETHING! Police ignored my stalking reports like the DOJ ignores my brother's murder, although I have witness affidavits and security reports from guards at my job attesting to the crimes. God works in mysterious ways. I was laid off the next week, which was not exactly the answer to prayer I expected.

After lay-off, I had time to write hundreds of articles and blogs and thousands of emails, sometimes working around the clock at my kitchen table, giving ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL and other inmates. I was pleased to find out recently that I could get income from the hundreds of articles I wrote over the past few years, but no. When I started AdSense in September, Cyberstalkers intentionally clicked on ads at my blogs so much that Google had to suspend my account almost immediately to protect advertising customers from inflated rates the extra clicking would have cost them. My elderly mother and I are punished with poverty and terrorism for advocating for America to treat instead of imprison mental patients, exposing lawyer fraud, and for asking what happened to Larry Neal. I also learned recently that when perspective employers respond to my resumes (15+ years as a legal assistant), their responses are directed to the SPAM and TRASH folders at my email box - mln@wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com

Cointelpro can hide my articles and blogs and prevent my emails at will. But authorities cannot hide Larry's grave - proof that Americans' right to life is not protected in the U.S.A - particularly if they are minorities or disabled people. Please help us end the cover-up surrounding my handicapped brother's death and expose other problems in our justice system by sharing this article or others that are available in this blog (see the handy index on the left margin).

Some elected officials care about what voters care about, and voters cannot care about conditions they don't know about. It behooves us to help spread awareness that many people of all races need support in their justice quests, especially condemned people who are denied new trials with substantial new evidence that denotes wrongful conviction and inmates who are denied DNA tests (even at their own expense) to prove their innocence. Some inmates belong behind bars for reasonable sentences because of hurtful things they did, and the focus at "correctional" institutions should always be on rehabilitation, not brutal punishment. But innocent, wrongly convicted people and acute mental patients should not be there.

I am disappointed over hypocrisy in our justice system that investigated, prosecuted, and bankrupted an athelete about abusing and murdering dogs but REFUSES to investigate my brother's murder and our family's victimization. However, many thanks to lawmakers for this law: There is no statute of limitations on murder. For victims' families, there is nothing ever "cold" about those cases - even murders of harmless, indigent, black mental patients. The Constitution is another example of good lawmaking, and freedom for every American hangs on its enforcement by the Justice Department and elected officials, just as they swore to us before God that they would do. Like Dr. King, "All we say to America is, 'Be true to what you said on paper.'"

May I ask you for a favor? Will you please join me in saving other mentally ill people from suffering and dying behind bars for reason of a common and treatable health condition? Please write your representatives and ask them to support H.R. 619 to restore funding for inpatient treatment for people in crisis. Passing that bill would save money and lives. We need more officials who care about Americans with mental disabilities like Rep. Johnson (D-TX) who introduced H.R.619 to resume Medicaid funding for inpatient psychiatric treatment. Many of our representatives care. There are now 177 bills pending before Congress that were introduced to help Americans who suffer with mental health issues. In 2008, members of the 111th Congress from both sides of the aisle worked together in the midst of a major election to pass very relevant legislation. We need officials to support H.R. 619 and Assisted Outpatient Treatment programs (AOTs). AOTs combine mandatory psychiatric treatment and monitoring for acute mental patients to STOP the revolving door in and out of prisons. We need elected officials who have no conflict of interest with decriminalizing mental illness. Many people are more concerned with increasing their prison profits than saving people like my brother, Larry, Danielle's brother, Nick, Tim Souders, Sean LeVert, Oscar Morales, or Chu and victims of the VIRGINIA TECH MASSACRE - www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18138369 (See a gallery of photos from the Virginia Tech tragedy at the link above.) Most mentally ill people are non-violent like my brother Larry was. Psychiatric patients are more likely to be hurt or killed during lunacy arrests than to harm anyone. However, AIMI advocates for mentally ill inmates. Most of them have done some crime to be incarcerated ranging from simple vagrancy to murder. I am not implying that all mental patients are dangerous, but some definitely are. Lack of appropriate care for America's acute mental patients makes our police officers' jobs more dangerous and leaves our communities vulnerable to avoidable tragedies. In order to have an alternative to prisons for acute mental patients who show a propensity for violence, police must have hospitals to take patients to for containment and treatment - hopefully BEFORE avoidable deaths, especially when patients and/or families ask for assistance. After prison or hospital release, monitoring through AOT programs would reduce homelessness, arrests, future hospitalizations, and incarceration by around 85%, according to the rates experienced by New York participants in the Kendra's Law program. AOTs ensure that program participants stay with their treatment plans and provide needed subsistence assistance, thus reducing recidivism. Timely, appropriate care would save money and restore many differently-abled inmates to wholesome lives. Mental illness is no different from other chronic diseases that require ongoing monitoring and treatment.

Find out where your elected officials stand on H.R.619 to resume funding for mental hospitals under Medicaid. Hospitals cost no more than prisons, which are still obligated to treat mentally ill inmates. Why pay for a sick person to be tortured by solitary confinement in a cell you pay for PLUS get treatment they often don't actually receive? Increasing the availability of psychiatric care in hospitals is essential to stabilize mentally ill people in crisis and provide long-term care for chronic patients who require ongoing containment in a secure treatment enviornment to protect them and society.

JAIL IS THE LAST THING THAT MENTAL PATIENTS NEED, AND TOO OFTEN, IT IS THE VERY LAST THING THEY EXPERIENCE. Please join our effort to decriminalize mental illness. Sean Isbell and Other Wrongfully Convicted

The Patriot Act - the power to seize liberty

A YOUNG MAN wrote to me seeking help publishing the fact that he is wrongly convicted. Sean Isbell laid out substantial evidence on his website attesting to his innocence. He is 23. Like most innocent people who wind up behind bars, Sean is convinced that he needs only to prove his innocence, then he will be released. It is not that simple. Sean has already been convicted. Courts have no burden to consider even irrefutable proof of a convicted person's innocence and overturn a wrongful conviction, according Supreme Court Justice Scalia. Furthermore, the High Court determined in a 2009 ruling that convicted persons have no constitutional right to prove their innocence after conviction through DNA tests. What matters is the conviction, not fairness, justice, or the fact that while innocent people are behind bars, guilty parties remain free and may continue to commit crimes. Sean said the "Pledge of Allegiance" every morning in school and at ball games. He went to fireworks on Independence Days and probably has family members who are or were in the military. Therefore he believes we live in a land of liberty and justice for all. He probably does not know yet what I was late learning: Americans' "inalienable rights" to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness are really quite alienable. Those rights are easily set aside when one is charged with crimes and lacks the resources for a good defense at trial or if convincing evidence of innocence arrives after conviction. Furthermore, "inalienable rights" are not bestowed equally on all Americans in the first place. Minority citizens, poor people, and the mentally ill are therefore over-represented in prisons throughout the country.

Sean doesn't get it yet. I imagine he worked for many hours building a website to display his proof of innocence. He probably agonized over which documents to present and in what order. Poor young man. I wonder how many years wrongly convicted people do that sort of thing before they finally understand that their innocence does not matter. Some wrongly convicted people hope that public exposure about their wrongful conviction and support from We the People will help make the justice system behave fairly. I am inclined to disbelieve that since I have spent the past six years on a justice quest after the secret arrest and wrongful death of my mentally and physically disabled brother - an executed man who was not convicted of any offense whatsoever. Larry Neal wound up dead in a jail that had denied having him incarcerated for weeks and ignored his missing person reports.

After Larry Neal's death, the same justice system that drags healthy people down corridors and straps them on lethal injection tables to take their lives refuses to answer how Larry Neal was murdered in government custody. In defiance of the president's executive order to strengthen the Freedom of Information Act, boastful claims of transparency in government, and in total disregard of Larry's and his family's human and civil rights, the jail refuses to release information and records on Larry's secret arrest and murder. The Department of Justice also refuses to release records or ask police how they killed the lifelong mentally ill heart patient. Instead, the justice system decided to cover-up Larry's inconvenient death in 2003, and the cover-up continues.

Larry Neal was black. It is less common for black men to be lynched than a few decades ago, but African Americans being killed by police and black families having their civil rights ignored are American traditions. Therefore, Sean Isbell and other white citizens may be more surprised than African Americans are when they are wrongly convicted. It is one of those tragedies that one never expects to happen. The truth is that wrongful convictions happen regularly to people of all races, men and women alike. Sean asked for help getting his case before the public, and I hope this blog helps him to do that. I have much in common with Sean and other wrongly convicted people. When Larry's death was followed by a cover-up facilitated by our wrongful death attorneys, The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, various officials, and the USDOJ, I responded by taking the matter before the public on a website. Like Sean, I published documents that evidence the injustices against Larry and our family, expecting change. Larry's family had to publish our own injustice like Sean is doing, because mainstream media blacked out The Cochran Firm Fraud (Google the term). I imagine that most innocent inmates are as disappointed at the lack of repentance the unjust justice system shows as I am. Not only is the system reluctant to set things right, but district attorneys actually argue against possibly innocent inmates getting new trials or DNA tests on evidence that was used to convict them (even at the inmates' expense). When the system is wrong, it does not appreciate any DNA test results or witness testimony evidencing the fact. Instead, there is an unGodly tendency is to cover-up mistakes or intentional wrongdoing by people in the justice system, even by illegal means. Regarding Larry Neal, the justice system plans never to investigate his lynching while under secret arrest (and have to prosecute its own members), but instead, my family is persecuted for asking, "What happened to Larry Neal?"

Unfortunately, America's voting machines do not give receipts. Many elected officials no longer seem to care what the public thinks about injustice, and they now propose to expand/improve railroads and build six concentration camps within our country for Americans using taxpayers' money (Google H.R.645). Like many people, I find it alarming that prison is planned for millions more Americans, perhaps under the Patriot Act, which requires no criminal charges. I express my concern and so do relatively few other brave citizens. Our criticism is not welcome; in fact, I am greatly censored. Public opinion simply does not matter as much as Sean thinks it does, and neither does the Constitution. Even if Sean and other wrongly convicted persons do get substantial public support as they hope, most judges and parole boards continue to ignore their evidence of innocence and deny them new trials. The Thomas Arthur case, involving another wrongly convicted white citizen, is evidence of that fact. When Arthur's DNA results ruled him out as being Troy Wicker's murderer according to the crime scene evidence tested, a judge simply ordered Arthur's test results sealed, and Alabama's D.A.'s office announced plans to ask for Arthur's death warrant a month after his forensic evidence indicated innocence. Arthur's daughter, another blogger, and I reported Arthur's dilemma, unlike mainstream media, and he will now get a hearing. Meanwhile, Arthur remains on death row.

Democrats vote to renew Patriot Act

With almost no debate, the Democratic leadership in Congress pushed through an unamended extension of the USA Patriot Act’s most notorious provisions, granting sweeping powers to eavesdrop and seize library, Internet and other personal records of US citizens. The provisions were set to expire by Sunday. President Barack Obama is expected to sign the legislation before then, securing his administration the ability to continue and expand the domestic spying and attacks on basic democratic rights that he and other Democrats had pretended to oppose under the Bush administration.

To illustrate how deaf the justice system is to public outcry against injustice, consider Troy Davis' case involving the wrongful conviction of a young African American. Davis was convicted for the murder of a white police officer in Savannah, Georgia nearly two decades ago. The case against Davis is so weak that he has fervent support from a former president, the Pope and other world leaders, as well as millions of people worldwide. Yet Davis remains on death row, gagged to prevent him from discussing his evidence of innocence like Sean Isbell can. Public protest against Davis' execution in the absence of proof of his guilt and millions of requests for him to have a new trial were ignored for years. Finally, The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in July 2009 that the Davis case will be heard by a Georgia USDC judge to determine if Troy gets a new trial. The High Court placed stipulations on the judge's decision, however. First, Davis must present irrefutable proof of innocence (although his case has no forensic evidence), and secondly, the proof must come from evidence that was not available when Davis was convicted. If Davis' overworked public defender overlooked any evidence that should have been used in his initial trial, it will apparently be ignored when the judge decides whether to grant Davis a new trial.

NOTE: I do not care about people's race. However, race is a definitive issue in criminal justice matters. I pointed out the races of persons being treated unjustly in this article to dispell any belief my readers may hold that denial of justice is something that pertains to only one group of people. Wrongful incarceration can happen to any of us. With the Patriot Act being extended and H.R.645 gaining support in Congress and in view of Massachusetts' Martial Law Bill that passed on October 13, 2009, imprisonment in the absence of crime may be the future being planned for millions more Americans. Congressional members and other leaders who are righteous and courageous should stop the End Game and support justice system reform.

Who Gets Wrongly Convicted and Why - Published on Thursday, February 25, 2010

On Feb. 4, Freddie Peacock was cleared of his wrongful conviction for rape 33 years ago in New York state. He’s the 250th innocent person exonerated in the United States by DNA testing, according to the New York-based Innocence Project. To mark the occasion, the Innocence Project released a report that details each of the 250 cases.



The report has some fascinating figures on who gets wrongly convicted and why. I've listed a few of the most interesting numbers below.

The 250 innocent people have been sent to prison in 33 states for a combined 3,160 years. That's an average of 13 years in prison. Think about where you were in 1997. (I was in the middle of my sophomore year in college). Bill Clinton was just a year into his second term. Now think about spending every day from 1997 till now in prison for a crime you didn’t commit.



—60 percent of the 250 exonerees are African American; 29 percent are white.

—17 were on death row when they were exonerated. That’s 17 innocent people who would have been executed had DNA testing not cleared them. You have to assume there's been an innocent person somewhere who wasn’t lucky enough to have testable DNA in their case and was wrongly executed in this country—quite possibly in Texas and quite possibly Cameron Todd Willingham.

—76 percent of the wrongful convictions were caused, at least in part, by witness misidentification. In 38 percent of the cases, more than one eyewitness wrongly identifying an innocent person.

—52 percent of the cases involved faulty forensic evidence. Makes me think of the flawed arson convictions of Curtis Serverns and Ed Graf that the Observer chronicled last year.

—In 27 percent of the cases, the accused falsely confessed to a crime that DNA would later prove they didn’t commit.I know many people can’t envision how someone could confess to a crime they didn’t commit, but it clearly happens. And I believe that’s what happened to Alfredo Guardiola, who the Observer profiled last fall.



—Finally, the 250 wrongful convictions allowed the actual perpetrators to commit at least 72 violent crimes that could have been prevented. This is the facet of wrongful convictions that’s often overlooked. Wrongful convictions harm many people, not just the person imprisoned for a crime they didn't commit. That includes the victims (and their families) of violent crimes that could have been prevented had the right person been in prison all along.

It has been confirmed that a coordinated attack on Web sites including Google, Facebook and Twitter was directed at one individual, a pro-Georgian activist blogger known as Cyxymu. The attack caused a blackout of Twitter for around two hours, while Facebook said its service had been "degraded."

Today, I again have a DoS at Voting Central. This was cleared up a month ago, but such problems recur at sites where I frequently write about the secret arrest and murder of my mentally and physically handicapped brother, Larry Neal, and the cover-up that followed his death, which was facilitated by The Johnnie Cochran Firm, while pretending (under contract) to be his wrongful death attorneys. GROW UP, PLEASE. THIS ISSUE WILL NOT SIMPLY DISAPPEAR, EVEN IF MY STALKERS ACTUALLY HARM ME. Many people will lose stock value when hospitals replace prisons as America's answer to mental illness. They do not like my advocacy for H.R. 619, a bill by Rep. Johnson (D-TX) to restore Medicaid funding for inpatient psychiatric care.
