Because of intense censorship, black people continue to put their police violence cases in the hands of The Cochran Firm frauds. They do not know about all the lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by former clients who sued for racism and fraud. That is mostly because the lawsuits are reported in legal journals, but not in mainstream news.

If Marquez Redden is defrauded by his attorneys, like so many of The Cochran Firm's black clients are to benefit police departments, will he try to sue the firm? If Redden is defrauded and sues his lawyers, will The Cochran Firm have the Georgia courts say the law firm has no offices in the State of Georgia like it claimed when the Neals sued? If The Cochran Firm in Atlanta is sued and claims nonexistence for lack of a better defense, will Georgia courts again allow the perjury and dismiss the lawsuit? That is the game played in the injustice system against African Americans seeking justice. The Cochran Firm's real role seems to be CoIntelPro - limit or eliminate payouts to black plaintiffs who sue after incidents of police brutality and wrongdoing by certain major corporations. Although I try my best to warn the public about this, censorship keeps the news regarding The Cochran Firm fraud from becoming public knowledge. The Cochran Firm was sued by black employees who contracted with The Cochran Firm to represent them against their employer in a race discrimination lawsuit. The Cochran Firm had the workers to sign a confidentiality agreement for mediation. The Cochran firm then removed the signature page from the confidentiality agreement and used it in a settlement agreement without its clients' knowledge or permission and settled their lawsuit for a miniscule sum.
