How Much I$ Justice?

None for me, thanks!

A photo of Mr. Holder should be above, but the censorship staff prevented it from posting. (7 paragraphs, 5 links) I do not know how much of tea baggers' protest is because of prejudice, but when it comes to allegations that civil/human rights are disrespected, THEY ARE RIGHT. At first, the censorship force also prevented my posting the message below at Twitter:

Eric Holder: "Ppl need fair trials. Not U, Neal family w/ taxpayers & vets. I mean the camp detainees!" http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com
.
This administration signed an executive order to strengthen the Freedom of Information Act in January 2009, but what does that mean? Nothing. The United States Department of Justice REFUSES to answer my family's FOIA request about a black mentally and physically disabled American who was secretly arrested and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Here is the FOIA request the DOJ refuses to answer with responsive documents and a murder investigation. FOI Request to USDOJ re: Larry Neal and The Cochran Firm Fraud http://www.nowpublic.com/health/foi-request-usdoj-re-larry-neal-and-cochran-firm-fraud Apparently, African American citizens and disabled people are not deemed as important as Michael Vick's dogs, whose deaths and abuse mattered enough to merit investigation and prosecution. The secret arrest and murder of a disabled citizen should be something the DOJ cares about, not something the DOJ helps to hide and either facilitates or allows my censorship to prevent Americans from knowing about. As I advocate for justice to my family as well as to millions of mentally challenged Americans, my Internet input is censored. A censorship example is on YouTube - "Prison Labor Profits": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icRD77mugaI White people who disagree with the way things are going are called racists. Black people who disagree with the loss of civil rights are called "extremists." It is true that I am EXTREMELY disappointed. But there is nothing radical about wanting to be treated on a par with pit bulls. I do not agree that is too much for our family to ask. Who ever heard of judges declaring a defendant non-existent to dismiss a righteous lawsuit before my family sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud? Who ever heard of plaintiffs having to stay indoors for safety because they sued wrongdoers?
.
NO, THE NEAL FAMILY DID NOT HAVE $50,000 TO CONTRIBUTE FOR THE INAUGURAL PARTY LIKE THE COCHRAN FIRM DID, AND NEITHER DO MOST FAMILIES OF THE 1.25 MILLION MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE WHO ARE IMPRISONED IN AMERICA, BUT HOW MUCH IS JUSTICE IN THE USA? HOW MUCH IS NET FREEDOM? I HAVE TO GET THIS COMPUTER CLEANED TOMORROW AGAIN. I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS ON NEW COMPUTERS AND TECHNICIANS REMOVING ILLEGAL REMOTE ACCESS PROGRAMS FROM MY COMPUTERS, YET LARRY NEAL'S NEPHEWS ARE IN IRAQ HELPING TO SPREAD "DEMOCRACY" IN A COUNTRY WHERE THE LEADERSHIP ALLEGEDLY KILLED ITS OWN CITIZENS. LARRY NEAL WAS A CITIZEN.

Please support H.R.619 to decriminalize mental illness and re-open hospitals. No one should be punished for having a disability. One hundred percent of the police officers I polled agreed that mentally ill people should not be arrested, but police officers have no place else to take sick Americans when they have a health crisis except to jail. Some benevolent police officers even make "mercy arrests" duing winter months to save homeless mentally ill people from freezing to death. In fact, numerous psychiatric patients under arrest have no criminal charges. This started long before the Patriot Act. See www.jstor.org/pss/795072 - It is considered a CRIME to be mentally ill in America, sometimes punishable by death. Hospitals closed across the country, but prisons filled with mentally ill citizens since "de-institutionalization" in the 70's. Hundreds of thousands of acute mental patients now suffer behind bars, which is not an environment conducive to healing. Many of them are naked in solitary confinement cells. Police officers and prison guards are not psychiatrists. Therefore, nightsticks, gas, Tasers, and restraint devices are used. Mentally ill inmates suffer, and some die. However, when sick people like Larry Neal are killed in jail, the DOJ should not help to hide wrongful deaths. Neither should grieving families' lawyers defraud survivors to help authorities cover up such wrongful deaths, like The Johnnie Cochran Firm did to the Neal family. Our denial of records and justice after Larry's secret three-week arrest and death have spanned two administrations, so I suppose that makes it unanimous: Mentally ill citizens' and their families do not matter. United States citizens' right to life is considered arbitrary, especially African Americans'.

All we say to America is, 'Be true to what you said on paper.'~Martin Luther King, Jr.

Liberty and justice for ALL! Is that statement too radical for the USA?

  1. You say, "Care killed the cat. Take care." Thanks for the advice. I trust God to protect me. The Bible assures me of His protection as I ask people to care for the least of these, His brethren. The Lord said "Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent. For I am with you and no one will attack you to hurt you; for I have many people in this city." (Acts 18:9-10)

SLAVERY cannot exist because someone labels a people as slaves. Reciprocation is needed. One man says, "Slave, be quiet," and another answers, "Yessa, boss."

I speak boldly not because I am not terrified of sociopaths, but because I recognize I am not cut out for slavery. If we are going to prevent fascism from eliminating more civil and human rights in America, now is the time to speak.
